I called Riverton in Scottsdale, AZ, to ask whether they have a Yamaha with a silent system and I spoke with Sonja. She suggested a Roland and we talked at length on the phone. I was so impressed, I got in my car and drove to Scottsdale and ended up buying the top of the line model (Roland LX708). For those of you for whom great, old-fashioned customer service is very important, I highly recommend Riverton. You can get a piano anywhere, whats not easy to find is a person who is willing to spend all the time you need to make sure you are getting exactly what you need.

I visited here on one Monday afternoon, having already decided on the digital piano model I was interested in beforehand. I received excellent service and guidance from Sonja. I particularly appreciated, that I did not feel forced at any point in the process. If I would have wanted to try out different models, Im sure that would have been no problem at all. However, I was pleased with my original choice and its price, and all the following paperwork went super-smoothly. Also the post-sale customer support was really great, I got prompt responses to my emails and plenty of advise. Having bough the digital piano on Monday, I got it delivered by an experienced mover already on Wednesday, who not only brough it in, but also plug it in to electricity before the moving the last inches towards the wall, then played the piano a while to check it was working AND then assembled the included bench. Definitely the best customer service Ive had in my life. And I am not particularly young. Can recommend.

Salesman Howard Kessler met my husband and I at the door of the store and, after making introductions, he asked us the purpose of our visit and immediately showed us some piano options. Although we had intended to purchase a used upright piano, he discussed with us the advantages of purchasing a new digital Roland model. His presentation was not high pressure, but was insightful and straight forward. He demonstrated the many options of this piano, explained the ten year warranty, and showed us the benefits of the Roland Buyer’s Club. After we decided to purchase the HP-702 Roland, Mr. Kessler made the sale effortless and helped us to arrange a prompt delivery. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole experience.

I worked with all three of their staff members here, and they were each excellent, polite, and very knowledgeable. It took me many months to save and make a decision, but in the end Sonja helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was quick to let me know when a special sale popped up with the digital piano I had my eye on, I made an appointment to see it right away, and boom!--Piano owner! It was even delivered the same day. The option to finance was very helpful, as it allowed me to purchase sooner than I expected and still have it paid off in under a year. Went into this store and it was great. We werent sure what to expect with them being the Steinway store but to our surprise, we were able to find a piano in our price range that we could upgrade to a Steinway later if we wanted to. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and they made our piano purchasing experience great! Their service is exemplary and I highly recommend them if youre looking for a piano.

What makes this business so great is not just the magnificent Steinway and Baldwin pianos, from uprights to 7 foot concert grands, but the friendly and extremely knowledgeable sales team. Larry and Sara know everything about these instruments and can guide you to the right choice and price. I love this place!
