I ordered products. I received half of my order. The company did everything correct in shipping them yet I still did not receive them. I am out money, product and time. Despite how poor the conversation went I would not have left a review. At the end of it, Im laughing at how we could get this heated over paper and make a joke about what a roller coaster of emotion this is and the sharp comment by the son of the owner was very insulting. Despite everything, I believe these are good people running a good business who made a bad call in my case. I strongly suggest purchasing from Paper Rolls N-More and not to let my review sway you.

Update! 8/2/21: Theyve improved their packaging by 100% and I am impressed!! Its sturdy, not taped together and is an overall a solid case for plotter paper to ship in. RESPONSE UPDATE: The inability to work with your customers does in fact make you horrid & UNHELPFUL. I made it crystal clear that this rush order, you took a full day to respond to me and when you did so the information you provided was useless and irrelevant and a waste of everyones time. When I was finally able to place an order you took a further day to get around to telling me you wouldnt send to ANY of the addresses I provided you with. That is multiple days wasted on what was supposed to be a rush order. No worries though. Plotter Paper Direct had no problem shipping to me immediately AND at a lower price. So yea. Comparatively, your company is horrid and unhelpful.Absolutely horrid & unhelpful company. I asked if it was possible to expedite a shipment which they took hours to look into & then told me no. Fine. Ill place the order and hope it arrives on time. So I do. At the end of business hours the following day I receive a call informing me that they do not ship to PO boxes. Fine. Here is an alternative address where I am personally in residence. Nope. Wont ship there either. Well just cancel the order.

Return policy - I have been dealing with this company for about 2 years and been very happy. The printer we had died and I had kept some extra toners on hand so we would never run out. Now I would like to return the ones we did not use, still in the box that they shipped to me not opened, original tape and all. I understand a restocking fee and shipping costs, but they will not work with me at all. I will need toner for the new printer and other items I purchase from this company but will now go elsewhere.It is not the money, it is the principle of what is right, I am stuck with toner I will never use. Someone else can use it, I purchased it a few months ago. So, I have decided to end my relationship with this company.

I buy all of the bonded paper for my Architectural Firm from PaperRolls-N-More. Always a quick turnaround with the order and shipping.

I order on line and they are sent to my address at which time I take them to the shop. I haven’t found this particular paper receipt paper pre printed with thank you for your business. We got a lot of compliments when we first opened and have kept them.

SCAM ALERT !! This company accepted my order and charged my credit card. When I did not receive my order after 2 weeks, I emailed them. Barbara (who identified herself as the owner) replied and claims that she called me to let me know the order did not place, but that my voicemail was full. (The first of many lies from Barbara). I replaced the order with a different credit card, and it too was immediately accepted. Barbara emailed me the following day to state that neither card was approved and advised me to call my bank while snarkishly remarking that this was my problem. When I advised her that both charges went through, she said Well I didnt get any payment and offered to email me proof (she later sent an email that claimed to have attachments proving this, but of course there were no attachments on the email or proof inside the email itself). When I advised her that I regretfully will have to put through chargebacks without her voluntary cooperation, she yelled FAN-FREAKIN-TASTIC and slammed down the phone. This was the 3rd time she hung up on me while trying to get this situation resolved. Looking over some of the other reviews, it appears that Barbara takes this rude approach with several people, and has a lame excuse in every response to each review, never taking responsibility for the companys mistakes and being super NASTY to customers. I found my items for about HALF of their price on Amazon.com anyways, so my advice is to shop around and AVOID THIS SCAM operation at all costs. Thank you

We’ve used this company for a couple of years and the experience has always been great. They offer savings over purchasing at Office supply stores. The customer service department is always friendly and the deliveries have always been prompt.

I was asked by PaperRolls to write a review and you will see there is a communication breakdown in their system or they would not have asked. I spoke with a representative before placing my first order. The product was confirmed as correct. When I received the paper it did not fit my Clover. I contacted PaperRolls-N-More and was told there would be a restocking fee of 20% plus mail the item back at yet another cost to our company. Second suggestion was for me to manually unroll each of the rolls in the two cases received. They are proud that they are the cheapest vendor which may be true - however success comes through customer service as well. I expected them to exchange the product for the correct product. When the conversation did not go smoothly you would have thought the manager would have reached out - but I heard nothing until they asked for a review. I need to partner with vendors I can trust. Extremely poor customer service.

Some of the worst customer service I have found. Ordered my products on Monday evening. They did not ship until Friday morning, and only after I inquired about its status. Was told that a status email had been sent, but it did not get sent to me until after I inquired on Friday. Left hand...right hand...?

I would have liked to have seen the items wrapped a bit tighter (they were wrapped in plastic wrap before put into box with bubble wrap) as some of the edges got a little bent while in travel. Purchased a two rolls of 24 in plain paper and a roll of 42 coated stock. Received all plain paper instead of coated. Contacted support and supplied multiple pictures, stock numbers and did not hear back. Called again and was referred to stock manager ( apparently also the owner as this is a garage run marketing business) who requested the core number. Did not hear back and finally got through again and was told that the core number is for coated stock (does not matter that the paper is not coated) and therefore the problem is solved. When I explained that if you send an apple with a sticker for a banana it is still an apple and he hung up on me. I will not be using these jokers again.

Searched our printer model on their site, it came back with a recommended ink cartridge model, and we placed an order based on that recommendation. The cartridge did not fit our printers, called to get the ink swapped out but they insisted on charging a 20% restocking fee for a faulty search algorithm on their own site. Shady at best, most likely con-artists tho. Stay away, I should’ve listen to the other reviews.

Paper rolls & more has been very well priced, but however their customer service department seems to be lacking. ( Or specifically their return center, ect.) I have been using them for about a year and never have an issue with the purchase, however trying to return plotter paper incorrectly sized has been quite a trial, no one has gotten back to me and soon it will be with out of the time limit

We placed an order Friday night. Realized we had made a mistake and wanted to cancel our order Saturday morning. There was no place to cancel out order. We left 2-3 messages over the weekend to cancel our order. They shipped the paper on Monday. We called on Monday and they said our warehouse is different location from our office and our office has not heard your messages. We asked to return it and they said that we can do it at our own cost. Not a company I would do business with as they did not take responsibility for their lack of cancellation process.

I purchased 2 rolls of 18 x 100 - 36 lb plotter paper (2 core) recently - here is my review. The packaging was a little flimsy, it did not have enough padding or thick enough cardboard to keep the rolls from damage. Fortunately, the damage was minimal. As I used the paper, my plots had considerable curl (happens when the paper has been on the roll for a long time). Normally this curl happens at the very end of the roll, not at the beginning. And speaking of the end of the roll, there were defects in the paper at about 10 to 15 remaining on the roll. The defects were creased lines in the paper that were visible after the plot is completed. The last 15 of the roll had to be trashed.

Allowed me to order cleaning supplies and then waited until I messaged them a month later wanting to know where my order was and then told me Id have to wait a couple more MONTHS until I can get my order. It should say on the website that the items are back ordered and you will not receive it in the however many business days shipping time that you selected.

Terrible- I was not sent what I ordered. I was told that it was not a software issue, which I agree. It is a business issue. I ordered the 4pk crayons 125 pks, individually wrapped. I was sent zip lock baggies with crayons. I was told that I didnt order the individual. I know I did because the price, and when I google bulk crayons, the ones that I ordered come up on the website with the picture of the cello around it, the ones they say I ordered I had to hunt on their website for. Then I was told there was a 20% restocking fee. This is a poorly operated place.

We ordered 12 rolls of plotter paper and only received 6 rolls in good condition and 2 rolls unusable. The remaining 4 rolls are MIA. We have complained but at this time not received any response from PaperRolls-N-More about replacement. They also shorted us 1 roll of paper in May 2019 that has not be replaced or refunded. We WILL NOT purchase any more paper from them.

Very disappointed, ordered 6 cases. Product did not match description would not work. PaperRolls-n-More agreed the item shipped did not match the item description. Still no refund or return shipping labels. I would not recommend to anyone. Going to have to fight the charges on CC. I have given up waiting for a response after a chain of emails.

I have been ordering paper from this site for the past couple of months, and this is the second time I have had an issue receiving my order. Their customer service team has horrible communication skills. I ordered paper that showed it was in stock on the website, and have still not received it. I called to ask about my order and they said it was on back order, but they just received the paper I ordered and they promised it would go out in the mail Friday. Its now Monday, and I still do not have any type of tracking number, and it still shows my order is processing on the website. Not impressed with this company at all.

Can never rely on when the product will be delivered. They say that deliveries are made within 3-7 business days. I placed an order for 15 cases of paper on 5/9/18 and it finally arrived today 5/24/18. When I called earlier in the week to see where my order was, I was told that it did not ship out yet because There is a shortage of thermal paper in the US. It would have been nice if someone from the company had sent me an email or called to let me know that my order was delayed. Then, when the order was shipped, instead of sending it via FedEx as normal, it was sent through a trucking company that wouldnt deliver until it could schedule a delivery time. What a hassle. Im taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered my paper on May 19th and it was just shipped a day ago... I should have stayed with my old company sine I wont get my product until June 5th. I could have ordered from anywhere else and got the product faster.

Wrong paper shipped- We bought a roll of paper to test out from PaperRollsNMore; however, when we got the paper the company had shipped us the wrong size. We check to see if we ordered wrong but our paperwork was correct. When I called to get the product exchanged to the correct paper, I was told there was a 20% restock fee (which they would waive because it was their issue) and that I would be charged for the shipping costs on the product. I felt I was being nickeled and dimed for the right paper shipped back to me especially when it was their fault to begin with. Their internal procedures need some work! However, customer service was friendly and did what they could for me. I will settle for the $8.00 they charged me on the incorrect shipment, but a company should own up and take care of the customer when its their mistake.
