We had a great experience with southwest spas & pools. Lisa was very knowledgeable when selecting our spa and was not pushy. She gave us a correct timeline for delivery as well. Delivery guys were amazing! We had our spa wired independently and it was not done correctly so they had to come back another day to finish the setup— great group of guys. We had a positive experience and would recommend Southwest Spas & Pools to anyone we know!

Excellent service from Lisa. Shes the best. We would absolutely, highly recommend anyone looking for a hot tub to talk to Lisa. She was very much on top of everything and made sure we were taken care of. Even during the most busy of times, she was able to deliver the hot tub to us before their commit date. Unheard of!

If you’re looking for a spa, I highly recommend the Scottsdale location of Southwest Spas and Pools. We had visited several stores, but none offered the high quality, and variety of spas we found at Southwest. Equally important was the excellent customer service we received from Lisa. She was very knowledgeable and really listened to us. Her primary concern was that we find a spa that met all of our needs, and we did! She genuinely cares about the people that walked through their doors and finding the best spa for each of them. The outstanding customer service doesn’t end when you buy your spa, Lisa encouraged us to call if we had any concerns, or questions on operating or taking care of the spa any time after it was installed!

She provided very helpful advice and we never felt pressure to purchase more than what we wanted.The electrician/spa installer, Emir, was very knowledgeable. He installed our electrical line and installed the spa. The process was easy and efficient.My husband would highly recommend going to Southwest spas and pools.’

We ended up ordering a 14ft swimfit lap pool. Looking forward to taking delivery of it and installation and late August or early September. Lisa is a fantastic sales person that is very knowledgeable about the products and can do a good on the spot comparison against other manufacturers to show that her product is superior!
