Studio 41 is not a big box store. They have fantastic high end products. We did a full house remodel - kitchen and 3 bathrooms - all now outfitted with unique plumbing fixtures. We had to plan several months ahead to avoid supply chain issues to keep construction on track. Ultimately, Scott Schweda, our Studio 41 expert helped us through the few bumps we encountered and we are pleased with our experience with Scott and Studio 41.

Matthew helped me greatly with looking for sink options for my client. They have an incredible amount of product available for you to select from in their wonderful showroom.

Great store, absolutely tons of nice faucets, tubs, sinks, shower fittings. Much nicer than big box stores. Very friendly staff.

Despite making an appointment which was confirmed 3 times via email and 1 personal call - when I arrived the receptionists said I had no appointment. I drove over an hour to be stood-up. Funny thing - there was only 1 other client in the store yet there were 10+ Studio 41 employees sitting at their desks, staring into computer screens. Nobody greeted me. Nobody asked if I needed assistance. Nothing. Im taking my $150K kitchen/bath remodel business elsewhere. Five stars for rudeness.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I had a large cabinet project that I signed up with them on, covering all of the house. The designer totally messed up the measurements in so many places. To make any changes to fix this issue, they wanted more money, even though it was their fault. Try to escalate this to their management, even at a corporate level, there was nothing other than defensiveness, trying to blame my contractor or their own recommended installer. Calls and emails went unaswered, and there was ZERO effort in trying to address a customer issue. AVOID them at ALL COST.

Receptionist completely ignored me when I walked in. after walking through the entire store, was given a look of indifference so I left.

Huge selection of quality fixtures. Helpful, friendly sales staff. More than just a showroom for ordering from display samples, some items are in stock! We needed a bathroom sink faucet and they had enough in-stock selection that we found one we loved and walked out the store with it.

My wife and I visited this place today for our first time because we heard they have a great selection. We were both ignored and not 1 of the 5-6 sales people (all sitting behind their own desk) took the time to say hi or ask if they could help us. For our remodel, we will not be buying any items from here Shocking to both of us and thought if we owned this business we would want to know this about our staff.

The worst experience. I am a young looking 34yr old woman who is remodelling her 3,000sqft home and I was treated with disregard by a 40-50yr old blonde woman.She took my name down incorrectly from a printed sheet, I corrected, she didn’t pay attention or offer valid alternatives when I explained a brand and style I liked but thought was too expensive.She failed to email me the following week with any information. I called the studio and complained - they tried to get me to stay on hold while they asked the two possible women if they knew me... I told the girl on the phone that I was busy and she can resolve this without further wasting my time. One week later still no email.My in-laws all work as new home builders in Phoenix - hence why I went to the store, are appalled and will no longer use studio41. This woman needs to retire. She has no interest in actual service and didn’t realise what a cash cow I could have been for her. I’m appalled.

Honestly, Im really sad that the customer service was so bad, because the show room and range of products were wonderful.

Selection is the best in Arizona. Beautiful showroom. Happy, helpful sales consultants.

If you need something different than what is at Home Depot or Lowes, come here. Their designers will give you 1:1 help and their prices compare to like items even online. Positive experiences.
