Very poor quality. Very poor customer service. The Elite Protection Plan is a waste of money. They overcharge for accessories like cleaning kits and wax guards. I’d give them a zero if I could.

They lie! Beware! When the first pair didnt work as advertised, they convinced me to upgrade for free. They said to make sure and wear them 30 days to get used to them. I asked if the 45 day return policy started over and they said yes. When I tried to return after 31 days because of the same issue they said I only had 10 days to try the new pair. Every time you talk to them, even their recorded message says you have to use 30 days.

Elderly parent has hearing issue. Purchased aids with clear understanding that she might not like them and or refuse to wear. Sure enough, doesnt like them and they were returned after following a very rediculess set of return policies. Now they are dragging out my return credit ? Im disputing it with my CC and reporting it as a fraudulent policy. In addition it is my intention to report my experience to local media as it takes advantage of Seniors. Why offer a free trial period if its not valid! Scam , rip off and unacceptable! Order #246631.Do not order! Much more reputable companies out there, once they get your money its nothing but a fight!

My dad ordered a pair. One was defective. They replaced it. Dad gave it a good try to get these to work for him and they just dont. Customer service to get them returned has been challenging. We have returned them with no sincere gesture to refund my dads money. I absolutely would not recommend this company and wish I would have read all these reviews prior to ordering :(((( The reviews on their own website are clearly quite filtered.

Scam. Never buy from them. Ever! They will take your money and keep sending you junk until the “warranty” is up then say you didn’t qualify after you have sent the product back. Scam!

The original hearing aid I purchased for $497 didn’t work very well so I sent it back and Nano provided a different model. However the different one had an issue with the tubing that would not stay in the left hearing aid although the right one would. I contacted Nano and they said they would send replacement tubings. Unfortunately the ones they sent was for the original model not the replacement one. So the problem still not solved. We contacted them again to inform them and they agreed to send the correct tubing but even though the left hearing aid was the one which needed the correct tube they sent tubing for the right hearing aid which didn’t solve the problem. So we sent everything back so they could see we didn’t receive the correct parts and we knew how to insert the correct tubes. A month later I didn’t hear anything from Nano so I telephoned them. They said the tubing for the left aid would stay in so we would need to pay 80 something dollars for their cleaning of the left aid and $9.95 to have it shipped back to me. That was upsetting so I refused to pay that additional charge and would share that story. I might add that my lack of proper hearing ability has also been very frustrating for my wife.

Buyer beware! I called to return my hearing aids because they just didnt work for me but they talked me into an upgraded pair but they didnt work for me either so I returned them expecting a refund but they said my 45 days expired (only because I didnt get additional time to try out the new pair). The hearing aids only amplify all sounds so you are no better off with these hearing aids. They are not worth it, dont buy them, you will not get your money back if you are not satisfied (you wont be)!

THEY ARE FRADUALENT! SELECTING THE LOWEST RATING IS NOT LOW ENOUGH I returned a pair of hearing aids on December 28, 2019 for the 45 day money back guarantee. Was emailed four times that the return was acknowledged, hearing aids were clean and eligible for return money (last communication that my money was being returned was 3/30/20). Never got money and filed fraud alert on credit card, they waited the entire 90 days eligible to respond and nano claims this is still a legitimate charge on my card on 6/16/20.

I returned the hearing aids within the policy timeframe. They were received in the middle of October by Nano and I have yet to receive my refund. They keep giving me new fake reasons why there is a delay. 2 1/2 weeks ago I gave them an ultimatum and they responded that they had prioritized my refund and that someone would contact me. That hasnt happened, so 3 days ago, I told them they had 3 days before I started giving bad reviews. If I could have given them a negative 100 stars review, I would have. They are the biggest scam artists out there!

I returned my hearing aids in January 2020, and here it may 20 ,and no Refund.I keep getting the same BS story, be patient, be patient, well I’m out of patience.I have to pay Affirm loan every month $84 ,which about $15 dollars is interest,for hearing aids I no longer have.I once used Nano in 2018 and they were a good company then, now they are so big,they don’t care about the customer. It’s too bad a good company has gone bad. I wouldn’t get hearing aids from them if they were free. A disgruntled customer, with no more patience GIVE ME MY REFUND BACKRAYMOND MAROT ps. They say 45 working days to get your money back, it’s been over 60 Working days and no refund.

Ordering NANO was the biggest mistake of 2019. They have no informed customer service and you have to call the company before 8am to get thru, other wise you will be on hold forever! I just bought a $124 each hearing aids from Amazon and love them....

On November 22,2018 I ordered hearing aids & had funds for $397.00 charged to my card. This was for order # 49112. Have not received them yet on January 10,2019After many e mails & phone tries, the company sent me a new order # 60604.I still have not received my hearing aids.On November 22, 2018, I ordered separately batteries . I received batteries promptly so I know company has my correct addressI see many glowing reports but am wondering if there is anyone wishing to file a complaintThank youSammye Baker

I bought two sets of hearing aids from this company and have had the worst customer service ever! I paid for a 5 year warranty on my second set. I had them for 2 weeks and one quit on me. I clearly stated which model it was and yet I was first sent the wrong one. They sent the one for my husband, which did not work for me. They would not send me the correct one until I returned the wrong one they had sent. I was several weeks without my hearing aid. Now, less than six months since my purchase, my hearing aid has quit again and I am told this is the last time I can have it repaired or replaced because I have had too many replacements! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the same thing. The other replacements were for the other set and was all in less than a year which is what they were guaranteed for. So I wasted 79.00 for a 5 year warranty! Since it has been only 6 months since my purchase they would have been covered anyway. Nothing was stated in my warranty that there was a limit to my repairs! My son tried to talk to a supervisor on my behalf and after being on hold for several hours was told that she declined to speak to him. These people hide behind their customer service people who often dont even know what they are talking about. These hearing aids are junk! The last one they sent to my husband to replace one that quit, didnt work on arrival and after weeks of waiting for it, I pretty much gave up bothering with them and he is just getting by with one because it is so impossible to get anything done right and not waiting weeks and a month or more!Go anywhere else for hearing aids!Sharol Holznagel

SCAM! This company has scammed my 90 year old grandma out of $700. There’s no manager to talk to in the office, he won’t call you back when “he has time”, supposedly his name is Louie, and they don’t have a number to the finance department??? She sent this joke of a “hearing aid” back to the company two months ago and they keep telling her her money will be refunded in 3 days. They’ve been telling her that for over a month. This isn’t over. You don’t get to prey on elderly and get away with it.

I ordered these on line in July. I had high hopes. They are more like earplugs and no matter what bud I used or how I adjusted the volume, they were awful. Very distorted and very uncomfortable in the ear. After a full 21 days I started the return process. It took me several days just to get a return label emailed to me. The young man I spoke to seemed confused about the whole process. I used their label and mailed the devices back on August 28th. It is now Sept 18 and still nothing. My CS rep, Leah Llauder said my refund was processed on September 10... It is now September 18 and still no refund on my card. ( she said 3-5 business days til I was credited my money. It has been 7) Yes, thinking this is not a reputable company and it is definitely not a very good product. Now I have to get VISA to start a dispute and probably end up calling my lawyer. Just dont do it.

Im extremely unhappy. The hearing aids didnt work as expected, have been trying to return them, to no avail. Instead of giving me instructions on how to return them and get a refund, Nanos reps cheerfully offer to upgrade to the newest and most expensive set. I believe they are stringing me along so I will run out of time and they will not have to refund me. This looks more anod more like a scam.

I ordered the Nano hearing aids for my husband on Saturday May 4th. I ordered then with Jeremiah which was a nightmare from the beginning. I had to do everything I could to go through with this order, he was the rudest sales person that Ive ever spoken to. I went through the whole order with him thinking that the order price was what I was looking at online, $247. I was supposed to have a 10% discount due to 1st time buyer. He NEVER explained that the hearing aids werent in stock. I called back the next day to confirm everything and ask about the 10% discount. I was told that I had a discount & the final price was $247. I was told that the price was $297 & that I got a $50 discount. When I explained that the price I saw online was $247, I was told that it was an online price and that I couldnt get the 10% off. At that point I wanted these hearing aids for my husband so I let it go. I was still never told that they were out of stock. Yesterday I went online to check on the shipping of the order (I was told that they were to be shipped out & that I would have them within 2 weeks).. There was no record of my order on my account so I again made a call. Sara transferred my call to another line and when no one picked up I left a message. No call back!. Today I called and spoke to a lovely woman, Dixie. When I asked about my order, she proceeded to tell me that the hearing aids are out of stock & wont be in until this Friday at which time they will hopefully go out and that I would still have to wait to receive them. I asked if the order could be expedited due to all of the issues that I encountered. I was told that the company didnt have the ability to do that. I dont understand, if a company has a shipping department I would think that they could most certainly send a package overnight! Dixie said that she would have a manager/supervisor call me back. II am so very disappointed in this company as I had read good reviews and nothing like this was addressed. Now looking at google review, I realized that all of the reviews were on their website. Maybe this review will prompt a response!

No Communication, No Help, and taking my Money Hostage!!!On July 8th, I talked to Nano about getting hearing aids, wanted in ear, rechargable aids and the salesman said they had them and the ones I wanted were $649.54. PERFECT! Bought them and waited for them to come in. When they arrived, they were NOTHING what I ordered. Behind the ear with a pack of batteries. I knew immediately I didnt want them so I called and said I wanted to return them. PER THEIR POLICY I had to wait 90 days before I could ask to return them or else there would be a penalty fee. This is fine and I waited. When the time came I called them, did the full return process they asked for with the return RMA number and all. They were sent back and I got confirmation from Nano that they received them. NOW COMES THE BAD STUFF. A month goes by with no refund of MY MONEY. So I call, they say we were put on a list that had to get their refunds pushed back, but they verified we were on the list and should be refunded within 2 weeks. Two weeks later, NOTHING. Call again. Theyre checking on it, took my banking information to direct deposit into my account, should be in within 10 days. NOTHING. Nov 27th. Call again. They said MY MONEY will be in my account by Dec. 6th. IS THIS A SCAM!!!! Making me call and call asking where my money is? ARE THEY HOPING I FORGET THEY HAVE CLOSE TO $700 OF MY MONEY????? Nano if youre reading this, give me back my money. I have followed all your rules to return the hearing aids that I didnt use at all. For the rest of you reading this. Ill update you if I ever get my money.

I ordered some hearing aids on January 8th 2019. I was told I would have received them no later than 3 weeks because I explained to the representative I was pressed for time and she told me dont worry you will have them no later than 3 weeks. They already charged my credit card in the full amount of $696.00. I dont like to be told something and it doesnt happen. Its like they already have my money and they dont care how long it is going to take for me to get them. I even called to see what was going on with the order and they still could not tell me anything or how long it would take for me to receive the hearing aids. The order number is #66941. Im not a happy customer for sure.

I brought a pair of CICd,exchanged for a pair of X2S,have had continuous issues with company, and now I cant even get my $597.00 back for a full 100% refund as PROMISED if not satisfied, even got ripped off of my $100.00 warranty I paid for.lame,bad business all the way around.!
