Chris, the audiologist, is very thorough in her exams and in the fitting and recommendations for hearing aids. The staff is very efficient and appointments are kept on schedule. If you have the slightest doubt about the possible lost of hearing acuity, this is the place you should go to get it checked out.

Wow! and Thank You Dr. Beagle! After losing most of my hearing in my right ear (due to a virus), I had been wearing cross-over hearing aids for many years. They never worked very well and my husband finally convinced me to give Dr. Beagle a try after he had gotten hearing aids at Metro Hearing. Dr. Beagle did a very thorough series of tests on me and said she could help me. I can now hear from that ear ( for the first time since the virus) with my new hearing aids and I dont have to worry about batteries, as they are rechargeable. I am thrilled.

I wasted and ordered hearing aids 7 months ago. I have tinnitus in one ear and my other ear had a hearing issue. Dr. Beagle tuned the hearing aid that the tinnitus wasnt heard anymore. After a month I noticed it was way too loud, and she softened the sound. It still was right, but I used the cell phone program to fine tune the hearing aid to my compfort level. Dr Beagle was then able to fix the sound to my liking. Dr Beagle noticed that my one hearing aid was not allowing to change the filter easily. She fixed that today. She is well worth the extra money you pay for the hearing aids due to her knowlege and care..

Ive been a patient of Dr. Beagles for a long time now and although Ive moved a little farther west now, I still take the 40 minute drive to her clinic because of the amazing customer service she provides. Ive never had a doctor who cared about me so much and she even worked with me during the pandemic to help me afford my new hearing aids. My Dad has had hearing aids for 7+ years. This was an amazing experience! My husband worked around heavy equipment for years and has experienced some hearing loss. We had gone to another audiologist in the valley and felt very rushed and pressured to buy without fully understanding my husbands needs. Dr. Cummins-Beagle took time with us to fully explain the hearing loss and our options. She included me (wife) in discussions of the assessment and conversation around options which is so important because the loss of hearing impacts partners as well! She allowed my husband to try on some hearing aids and walk around the complex so that he could hear what he had been missing. I was amazed as I did not understand how much he had been not hearing! She provided options to us and cost and there was no pressure to purchase now. We did order and he went back a week later to pick them up and be fitted. He just completed his second appointment where some adjustments were made and he will go back in 6 months for follow up. In the meantime if he has any questions or concerns he is very comfortable and confident in Dr. Beagle and will reach out to her. The office is friendly and warm and this has been a wonderful, positive and professional experience. We highly recommend!

My husband recently purchased hearing aids & we love them! I dont have to repeat myself, the tv is not LOUD any longer and my husband says are easy to use. Dr. Cummings-Beagle was excellent. I recently went to Metro Hearings Scottsdale location and met with Dr. Beagle. She is top notch doctor of audiology and thoroughly conducted several tests. This is the complete opposite of another Audiologist that I had previously gone to. She listened to my description of my hearing problems and did a complete assessment. My hearing was terrible and I could only hear about 20% in business meetings, had to have people repeat what they were saying in conversations, could not hear much on phone calls, could not hear the television and on and on. This has been a LIFE CHANGER FOR ME. I can hear everything great now. The hearing aids I was fitted with are connected to my IPhone, I have a TV transmitter that transmits clearly through my hearing aids (its like having surround sound) and rechargeable batteries so that I dont have to keep changing batteries when Im having a conversation. I go on YouTube and stream music and it comes through my hearing aids perfectly. I hear sounds that I havent heard in years such as birds chirping and other sounds that I forgot about. Im thankful that I found Dr. Beagle.

Dr. Beagle answered my many questions. Im a first-time purchaser, yet have lived vicariously through my parents and grandparents. Hearing aids continue to improve. While technology is great, its far better to have someone like Dr. Beagle who can explain how the technology works, the difference between the many choices, and to guide me through using the app to adjust my settings.

Ive been able to interact with the Audiologists of this practice, and have found them to always put the interests of their patients first and foremost. I would recommend them to anyone in need of quality hearing care and service in the Phoenix metro area!

I met Chris Cummins Beagle several years ago when she helped my mom with her hearing loss. Based on that very positive experience, when it appeared that I might have hearing loss as well, I was glad to see that she is still practicing in Scottsdale. She completed some testing which showed moderate loss and then recommended hearing aids to address that. I have been totally satisfied with the results and the hearing aids I chose. Chris made the entire process a pleasant experience and I recommend her very highly. I dont think you will find a better audiologist.

I have had two previous sets of HAs, the last being about 3.5 yrs ago. Both were from Costco. I knew that the new technology would likely be worth the cost of a high end set and a phone conversation with Dr. Beagle confirmed my thoughts so off we went. My research lead me to considering both the Oticon and Widex top of the line models. After discussing the results of my very thorough exam w/ Dr. B, we gave the Oticon a try. I was told that I could exchange these and try another device if I was not fully satisfied. Big improvement but a few issues. I kept wondering if the Widex would be even better and shared this with Dr. B. I anticipated having to become somewhat aggressive in expressing my desire to try out the Widex. WOW... what a pleasant surprise when SHE said I think that you should try the Widex and see which you like best so you will be completely satisfied.Great patient care and service! Equally professional front office is another big plus. I ended up getting the Widex. Just know that whatever your problem/budget, They take the time to educate you and give you the best result possible! Very Pleased I went here!

I really enjoy wear my hearing aide with out been irritating... Thank to mrs. Chris. For pick out right hearing aide that fit my need and i have in color red which is my favorite color.. I can control and adjust the sound on my phone thru the app. 😀

After purchasing my $4000 hearing aids I was extremely dissatisfied. Not only were they very uncomfortable, but really did not address my hearing needs. When we changed our insurance carrier I was somewhat hopeful I could find a new Audiologist & start all over again. Thankfully, Humana referred me to Chris Cummins-Beagle.We clicked immediately. She listened to my concerns & assured me that my hearing aids were top of the line (therefore I did not need to buy anything new) & that with a few tweaks I would see an improvement. I was relieved to say the least, & excited at the prospect of putting my expensive hearing aids to work. Dr. Cummins-Beagle did a complete hearing test on me, fine tuning & adjusting to meet my hearing needs. She explained that I needed to wear the hearing aids everyday so that my brain adapts. I promised her I would wear them everyday until our next appointment, 2 weeks later. What she did for me was nothing short of a miracle! On my Apple phone I have a Bluetooth app for my hearing aids that I now have the ability to adjust to my environment & customize for social situations.When in public with background noise, I can tune out the background to better hear the people I am with. When I am at home I can adjust the volume on the TV to hear comfortably without blasting everyone out of the room! I am able to hear more clearly without the frustration I experienced prior to Chris’ professional assessment. The improvement has been a life changer, in just 2 weeks! I am indeed thankful for the gift of hearing! Thank you, Chris! You have made a huge difference in the quality of my life!
