Great pricing on different brands and types of hearing aids. Chad was my technician and did a good job of explaining my purchase options after my hearing exam and explaining my hearing results. Great customer service and you always have the Costco satisfaction backing. Definitely recommend.

Someone referred me to Costco for my next set of hearing aids. So I went to the Scottsdale location and after researching bought the KIRLAND brand. They were supposed to b in within 1 week but it took 3 weeks. But they are easy to program and the battery lasts a week to 10 days!Then I had to make 3 appts to have them adjusted for my specific hearing needs. Appts were taken on time with a very pleasant & friendly staff. The patience and understanding given to me by CHAD & ROBIN each time was extraordinary. They listened to my needs and by the 3rd appt got the hearing aids to work perfectly. I now refer to my hearing aids as my hearing buds (cause they are my buddies).I highly recommend the KIRKLAND brand as well as the Scottsdale Costco location. Thank you very much CHAD & ROBIN for making my experience go so well. I am so enjoying my new world of nearing again.

Bought the same Phoenik hearing aids I paid $ 5200 for 5 years ago upgraded to the newest Signature 9 made by Phoenik for $1500!

Ive had three free hearing aids tests in the last 30 days getting ready to purchase hearing aids. Costcos was by far the most in-depth and extensive test.

On our stay in Arizona for 6 days, we did shop at Costco on March 24 of 2015, and also stopped by at the Hearing Center.Previously on March 5, 2015 we did visit the Costco Hearing Center at Peachtree Dunwoody Rd, in Atlanta, GA where I could not get my husbands right hearing aid repaired. The reason was, she said, the hearing aid was too old (5 yrs) and there were no spare parts anymore so my husband ought to buy a new set.Now with the very same hearing aid, we got offered a very swift and courteous repair; on the spot, by Ms. Robin. No questions asked, very professional and with a gracious smile. It took her only a couple of minutes and we were told there is no charge. What a difference such outstanding service makes within one and the same company but two different states!
