Eric at the front desk was friendly and professional. Dr. Sage was awesome! She explained my hearing test results so that I could understand them. She taught me everything I needed to know about the hearing aids. I would highly recommend her to any of my friends

Have required hearing aids for more than 35 years, and paid a lot of money to people who did not know how to do their jobs. Found Connect hearing, and a GOOD Audiologist, and could not believe the improvement! That fellow was replaced with a GREAT Audiologist who instantly improved them again, by about 50%! Kathy knows her stuff, listens and responds, and is always pleasant. Eric, (front office), is also a pretty cool guy, who is really easy to work with. I have discovered I dont need a hearing aid store as much as a pro Audiologist. Will always in the future depend on Kathy for her talents. She really improved my life, and my wifes as well. Wife was astounded at the difference, after so many years of always being my crutch, it took her longer to become accustomed to me being able to hear, than for me to become accustomed to hearing again.Thank you Kathy!

Very positive experience! I discovered Connect Hearing after visiting another hearing aid distributor, where I was steered toward an option I really did not want. Kathy educated me on the pros and cons of the choice I preferred and assured me she would make them work for me. She has already made some helpful adjustments and Im confident shell continue to do whatever is necessary to customize them exactly as I need them. I should also mention that she is a pro at working with insurance companies to make sure claims are processed properly -- a nice additional benefit!

I was looking for just the tubing that connects to the hearing device and inserts in the ear. Eric and Kathryn at Connect Hearing in Scottsdale, AZ, knew exactly what I needed and supplied me with the correct parts. They were very professional and courteous. I was, also, impressed with their adherence to COVID guidelines of taking my temperature, making sure I was masked-up, and asking me questions regarding how I was feeling. Went through two other audiologists before finding Kathy. The difference is that she is a programming whiz who can work across the spectrum of devices available while most others have a working understanding of one or two makes at best. There may be lots of places where people can purchase hearing aids, but even the best equipment won’t be effective without the expertise of the fitter and programmer. I went to Connect Hearing early this year for new hearing aids. Kathy (sp?) does a great job, from initial setup to my quarterly adjustments. I wouldnt hesitate, and in fact have, to recommend using Connect Hearing. Remember, no one ever has said they got hearings aids to soon. Dont wait, do it.

I live in Atlanta GA but I am in Scottsdale AZ visiting my son (a Plastic Surgeon) and a daughter, and of course all the grandchildren. I was having difficulty with my PHONAK hearing aids so we searched on that to find a local Audiologist to hopefully fix my problem. Connect Hearing came up and with Kathryn Zietz a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist as the technician. I made an appointment for 12/7 and had an amazing office visit with her. Fantastic is the word that best describes her abilities and depth of knowledge from 20 years of experience.
