I visited AHC-Scottsdale for the first time and am very pleased. Leza is very knowledgeable, very thorough, and was very helpful in working with me on my devices. She took extra time to update the software, make a repair, added new tips, and spent lots of time showing me the Starkey app and all of its features. I can hear MUCH better now after working with her. Karen in the front office is a pleasure to work with, helping me schedule the appointment and taking care of the insurance side. I’m happy to have my new audiologist!

Recently had my hearing test completed by Lesa Gaudreau, she’s very good communicating with me as I have severe hearing loss. I’ve been to several audioprosthologists over the years and Gaudreau is very good at what she does.I highly recommend her if you plan on getting tested or to purchase hearing aids.Thank you Lesa Gaudreau.

I had a hearing test administered by Lesa Gaudreau, the audioprosthologist.What a great communicator and total professional! She knew exactly what to do to solve my problem and made me feel very comfortable. Great personality, as well! She knows her stuff.

The service I received was exceptional!I came in unable to hear out of one ear, and left within 20 minutes hearing perfectly.Lesa and her assistant were able to extract a substantial amount of wax buildup from both ears, very efficient, professional and also very personable!

I originally called the hearing center when my uncles hearing aide broke. They helped me even though we were not paying customers. After that wonderful experience I took my uncle in for a hearing test and purchased a new hearing aide for him. The follow up care was amazing. I would highly recommend this amazing place for anyone needing a hearing aide.

I loved this place. My mom, for the first time in the 15 years shes been wearing hearing aids, is wearing them both and doing really well. The explanations were fantastic and my mom is very happy with her new found hearing.
