I am grateful that this doctor saw the need to provide Mobile Audiology, as I am unable to visit an office. The mobile visit included all the testing equipment and technology needed for a comprehensive examination and diagnosis of my hearing impairment. Further, Dr. T provided a patient and detailed explanation of auditory impairment and what is needed to correct it as much as current technology provides. His knowledge is vast and the patient can rely on its accuracy. I was able to choose from a variety of hearing aids that worked with my budget and would provide the best solution to restore hearing to a comfortable degree. Ive been using the aids for almost a month and they are doing the job as promised. I hear sounds I forgot were part of my daily life prior to hearing loss!The AA Audiology team of Dr. T and Carla is consummately professional, highly knowledgeable and perfectly efficient. I feel so fortunate to have found A&A Audiology when I needed hearing technology this year. The service was absolutely outstanding. Dr. T does a great job of explaining everything, and his staff goes above and beyond with issues like insurance. During the pandemic, I even got a house call. I cant say enough good things about this provider!

The crash totaled my car. Even worse, it permanently damaged hearing in one ear and I didnt know what to do next. So I visited Dr. Taghvaei for a consult. He helped me work with the insurance company and – more importantly – during the exam he took time to learn about me. He understood what I was going through and how it changed my daily living so he came up with a therapy customized just for my situation. He captains a tight ship and many thanks to him and his crew (especially Carla, shes a superstar), they all helped get me passed the accident and on the way to managing my hearing loss.

The best ever!! My husband is electric wheelchair bound secondary to quadraparesis and Dr T has seen him at the office and additionally made trips to the nursing home for maintenance of his new hearing aids and his wife Carla has put much effort into assisting us with wheelchair/ van transportation and follow up, ever so much more than we could have accomplished by ourselves. We are very grateful for their efforts with providing us both with the best hearing aid service we have ever had in the many years we have required the assistance of hearing aid devices in addition to selecting the best devices that we individually require. Neither one of us would ever take our care needs elsewhere.

Dr. Navid and Carla are a team that have changed the way I hear and that has changed the quality of my life. I have had hearing problems for at least 5years and a hearing aid for at leat 4 years. But the previous hearing aid was nothing better than a bluetooth headset. It did not solve my hearing issues.So I was very wary of audiologists.I picked Dr.Navid from the BCBSAZ directory and called them. Carla spoke with me several times before and after my hearing tests. Dr. Navid conducted tests for almost 2-3 hours and then told me that he was going to fit me with Signia 7x charge and go, and an ear mold. He explained hsi decision methodically and very patiently. I was still skeptical and did my research again. He was right on every count. These hearing aids along with the custom ear mold have been fantastic. I actually went back to him and asked him to create some programs to reduce the amount I was hearing!. Of course, he said -no- because he wanted me to hear everything. But he did program it to reduce noise when i listened to music or phone calls.So why am I leaving such a detailed review- this pair- Dr Navid and Carla- are the best audiology team you can find and this is the least I can do to pay it forward. They are honest, fair, empathetic and professional. Wish I had found them 4 years earlier.Be as skeptical as you want- and do your research but give them a try, let Dr. Navid explain and help you.

The exam was thorough and the details were explained very well to let me know the hearing problems I had and what results I might expect with getting a hearing aid. Questions were answered in both technical aspects and how it related to my hearing.Options for additional features such as ear molds, battery or rechargeable, etc. were clearly identified and offered without any sales pressure to allow making an informed choice to my liking.Follow-up interface were handled efficiently and with continued information as needed. I have had hearing aids and testing before and this was an exceptional experience.
