Both of the springs in our garage door broke on a Sunday morning. My wife called US Garage Door Heroes, and Al came to our house that afternoon. He said he couldn’t get springs in the size we needed until the next morning, so we figured we wouldn’t see him until later in the day. But he was back by around 9 a.m.! He replaced the springs (actually with a size that works more efficiently than those that broke), and the garage door has been working perfectly ever since. We HIGHLY recommend US Garage Door Heroes — and Al in particular!

We called US Garage Door Heroes because another company committed to be at our house on Monday between the hours of 10-1. We got a call about 9:00 to tell us the technician was on the west side of the city and could repair our garage door. This is the same technician who told us NOT to open the door. How can he be there when he committed to being here. US Garage Door Heroes had a technician there by 12:30. I called the owner of the company because I was so impressed with Kevin, their technician. When I opened the door he introduced himself as he held out his hand. I explained to him that I had accidentally closed the door that morning. He told me it was too dangerous to open. He then ASKED if he could bring his tools and ladder through the housed. I agreed. He was very upfront when he looked at the door. He explained why both springs needed to be replaced. He also told me why my opener wasnt working. He also explained to me the process of replacing the springs and why the labor might be more. I knew it would but he was very open and honest. He gave me a signed receipt. I would hire this company again!
