Without a doubt the best at what they do. I do not have a printer in my immediate accomodations and so I use various printing services to get the jobs done. Having tried various other companies I am delighted with how letterstream prints, with a variety of qualities, single or double sided and with the option of colored paper. I’ve used letterstream for several years for my work and personal matters. It is a wonderful service. And the prices don’t break the bank. Most mailing services seem geared towards high volume huge businesses and require monthly minimums or subscriptions. Not letterstream. And the prices are not much different if you went to post office yourself. And great customer service it’s not a huge company which is nice also.

I found LetterStream after having to switch from another letter-mailing service that didnt work with our new software. Not only does it work with our software without an issue, but its even less expensive than the last service we used! Like many during the pandemic, Ive started working from home instead of at the office. And I lead a team of people who are doing the same. We discovered Letterstream and started experimenting with how we could use it as a group; as we have learned more about its features and as the service has quickly been developed to include more and more user-friendly options, we have been very impressed. It is easy to use and figure out, sends out good quality work (weve tested this), and has prompt and friendly customer service. The price is generally comparable (when you factor in paper, toner, envelopes, staff time, and postage) to what we would spend if we were doing this all from our office. The exception to that is larger packets (75+ pages), which became pricier than wed hoped. But were overwhelmingly satisfied with the service thus far!

I have had very positive experiences with letterstream. This time, I needed to send out a form which was time sensitive had to be postmarked by a specific date. I needed a record of it, so I sent it certified. Since I was overseas, it wouldve been expensive and difficult to mail this letter..I submitted a job the day before it had to be postmarked, and was unclear from the USPS status on when it would be considered postmarked as it was in transit from letterstream to a postal office facility.Concerned, I called their support, and talked to a support person (after hours at around 7:30ish) who was informative, helpful and patient and provided the exact information I was looking for to determine when the letter would be postmarked or received by the USPS.I used letterstream before, but now I will definitely come back again and use your service again.

Great service! I would be giving it five stars just because its so efficient, easy to learn, and charges a reasonable amount, but somehow they even make it FUN. Seriously, I have more fun sending a letter with their system than I do with most smart phone games. Move aside Angry Birds.By the way, Im not a business user of the service, but rather I use it for my household billing and other correspondence. I have a very large family with tons of paperwork to insurance companies, etc., and its a lifesaver.Anyway, obviously I highly recommend! Even if you just use it every once in a while, its entirely worth the effort to set up an account.

My experience with LetterStream was wonderful. I was searching for a way to send a certified letter without going to the post office and came upon their site. As a certified letter it is obviously important to reach its recipient, so I was a little skeptical and read the other google reviews first before deciding to try it. The price was only slightly more than what the post office would have charged me and it was well worth it for the convenience. My letter was sent out the next day and tracking information was provided so I could easily follow it all the way to delivery. The service worked exactly as expected, but what really wowed me was their customer service.When trying to upload my PDF, I ran into an issue with my signature not showing up in the uploaded doc. Ashlee responded quickly and not only told me what was going wrong (so I know for future reference) but took the time to correct my PDF for me so it would upload correctly with the signature. This is the kind of assistance I would have expected if I was a big time account using their service often at large expense, not as a first time user with one single letter to be sent. I was exceptionally impressed and will be using them again in the future as needed.

Our company serves a lot of Amish clients. For this community, paper is the best technology for communication. As an IT Director, I evaluate the effectiveness of technology based on how close it can get to Anytime, Anywhere, Effortless and Error free. Office printers, copiers and postage machines rank poorly on this scale and could have been a business killer during the pandemic. Thankfully, Letterstreams services for printing and mailing make this work happen anytime and anywhere for our staff and we are able to continue business without interruption.

They were super fast in getting my letter out. The cost was very reasonable. I think USPS would have charged me $4.85, and Letterstream charged $7, so it was definitely worth the extra $2.15 for them to do all the leg work! It was worth more than $2.15 to not have to stand in line at post office during a pandemic!! I had some questions that they answered right away. It was incredibly easy to send a certified letter and I could follow along with the USPS tracking number as well as clicking on the History button on their website! Definitely recommend Letterstream if you need to send a certified letter - its easy, cheap and efficient.
