OVERLY IMPRESSED! Purchased my house back in Feb 2020 and since then I probably have had close to 10 estimates ranging from 8-50k. 50k estimate was Renewal by Anderson even after they saved me 30% haha! Almost gave up and luckily got in touch with Sal who showed me an honest estimate which I recently had completed after only a short weeks after signing on the dotted line. On time, quality is fantastic, 1 day install and crew was SUPER clean which was one of my girls request because she is 8 months prego plus Ive had other contractors ruin my newly installed floor. We hired DunRite to install our new front door. They kept us up to date during the entire process. Due to Covid our door took 5 months to arrive at DunRite from the manufacturer. This wasnt DunRites fault and wasnt a big deal to us since our old door was still functional. When it came time to install our new door and sidelight the crew arrived on time and were very professional. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were remarkable. Would highly recommend!

Was looking to replace some doors and windows in my home and called to get a quote from DunRite. We had a great experience with two teams working together from DunRite: Colin & Chris as well as Kevin & Matt N. They did a great job, worked extremely hard for two solid days, and made sure that we were satisfied with their work and their product. This company was referred to me by a friend who had used them to do window installation. AZ Dunrite and the whole crew did an exceptional job and I would HIGHLY recommend them. They were responsive, knowledgeable, had excellent communication skills, were on-time and very clean. We had every window in our two story house replaced including adding a 12 foot slider where a regular size slider and window used to be and added a new fire proof door from our garage to inside space. We are thrilled with the quality of windows and door and the quality of the job, including all the sub-contractors. I wish all other home construction went this easy. We even made a change to our electrical at the last minute and Sal was very accommodating. I have thus paid it forward and referred them to another friend. Great job - love all the new windows and new door!!

I am so impressed with DunrRite Windows & Doors. Their Salesman was very nice and not pushy. Really knows his product. The office was great about scheduling. Everyone had their jobs and they worked like a well oiled machine. I stepped out of my home office, ( The only room not getting a new window) every now and them to sneak a peek... there were amazing how fast they were and everything inside was covered for protection , everything outside was covered or had a drop cloth. Kevin was very good with directions. I have never had a contractor so respectful and hardworking . I cant say enough. The windows and my new sliding patio door look amazing !!!!!!! DunRite from start to finish was amazing! You will not be disappointed going with them. Our house had a number of vinyl windows the previous owner had purchased that were awful and had failed. There were holes in the corners from the heat pealing the edges and glue apart to where you could see the inside frame, some as large as an inch open. We had the installing company out to fix but they refused and said they had bought the prior company. Because of this we really wanted to find a company we could trust and that would do a great job. We ended up getting 6 quotes, ranging from those that install their own brand to some that say they manufacture here. We received a ton of different opinions and views on what was wrong and what was needed to fix and a wide range of estimates. Because of this we were unsure of what to do. Based on reviews online and research we followed up with two. Ultimately DunRite was our choice. They never pressured us, answered all of our questions and the owner Sal even looked at our windows to reassure us and explain what they would do to fix. We had the windows installed a week ago and couldn’t be happier, they look amazing! You’d never know we had the prior issues, including the prior damaged stucco they had to repair. We know it’s a solid job that they will stand behind. We’re grateful for the time they put into explaining everything and that the results matched their reviews and word.

Had DRW&D replace four exterior doors, that were upstairs on my terrace. Total cost was $7,800.00Our sales person was professional and courteous. Helped us through the selection process and never tried to up-sell features we really didn’t need.Six weeks later, two teams of two installers showed up, on-time and ready to go. They worked from the moment they walked in the door and couldn’t have been a nicer group of guys. Work was spot on and not a speck of dust left anywhere.The next day, my wife noticed a deep scratch in one of the doors, sent them a picture and an hour later, the owner called me, apologizing for the damage, and told me they had sent the picture to the door manufacturer and order a replacement.The truest measure of any business relationship is how do they deliver when there is an issue. DRW&D was top-shelf from beginning to end and when an issue arose, they took care of immediately and without question.I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Amazing!

I’ve been trying to find someone to replace a glass panel in our Cantera door. Through Google search I contacted Dun Rite. Sal called me back shortly after I left a message. He couldn’t take care of the glass panel but, he was kind enough to give me the name of some glass companies who could help us. I appreciate his willingness to take of us. Where do I begin? My wife and I are new to home ownership and needed to have numerous windows replaced due to their age and failing seals, parts, locks, you name it. We reached out to a few window installation companies and quickly knew we liked DunRite.Sal was from the get go very kind and flexible when it came to scheduling follow up meetings as we kept coming up with new questions every time we met, and he continued to have answers for us each time! Never once did he pressure us into buying his windows or services. We finally decided on moving forward with window installation using DunRite after reviewing the multiple bids we received from others in the valley, DunRite stood out as being the right choice for us. After another measuring appointment or two they were ordered and then we waited for install!After a couple of weeks the windows arrived and we were on the books for installation. The install crew were extremely polite, respectful, and did everything they could to keep our house and the surrounding areas near the windows as clean as possible. Collin was nothing but patient with us as my wife and I asked a million questions before, during, and after each day of install. They wrapped up pretty quick over all (roughly 3 days) and the windows look amazing! What a difference we are noticing in our house temperature wise and just the overall appearance of our house having been updated with these beautiful windows.We have had some settling of stucco and the caulking used (inside and out) with the temperature changes but we were reassured this is normal and to our delight Sal was quick to respond and have JJ come out to do a once over of the windows and then fill in any openings from the material expanding and contracting. JJ by the way is just awesome, as well, having been here to measure in the beginning and now after the install was complete to ensure we are happy customers.For two first time home owners and first time window project people DunRite has been there every step of the way for us. It also required interior plaster refinishing and exterior stucco repair. Sal and his team were super! Worked with me to pick the right window for my home in McDowell Mountain Ranch Trovas and discussed all pros/cons of every choice. Then we customized some new windows, allowing better views of the preserve mountains! I needed to replace my 94 single pane windows and cold called DunRite Window. I was extremely pleased with the presentation by Sal; there was no hard sell, just the facts maam. He made sure I understood the products I could purchase and then kept me informed of the progress of my order. The crew arrived on time and wasted no time getting to the work at hand. It was a two day install and they left the work space clean overnight as well as when they finished. I will be ordering from Dun Rite again!

We have been wanting dual pane windows for several years. After much due diligence we found that DunRite Windows & Doors were among those recommended on Rosie on the House. It showed good reviews, but as I am skeptical, I checked other sites and they had great reviews on all of them. We had them come out and give us an estimate and showed them some areas that I thought would be a problem, but to my surprise they said there would be no issues and he was right. We contracted with them and when the windows were installed the guys did a great job and they look fantastic. so much better then the single pane old windows with broken decorative pieces. Amazing I call to ask for an appointment to install a new front door and an outside door from my office in the house, because we live in Ahwatukee they refused as they need to do 3 projects in order to travel from N Scottsdale. I have gotten 2 other quotes and they have been running $15,000+, so this is not a small job, but they refused because I dont have 3 projects. Surprised there is no common sense involved or looking at each individual situation to determine if it is an exception to the rule, no it is black and white. As impressive as the other reviews are I would have to disagree with a business model that refuses to look at jobs outside the black and white scenario

After getting estimates from several companies I decided on using Milgard windows from DunRite. I was very hesitant because I thought the stucco cut-out would be very noticeable. DunRite has done a wonderful job - and the stucco cut-out is so minimal that you can hardly see any difference. I love the new windows - so much easier to open! Colby & Todd were the installers and they showed up on time, were very respectful, and the install was fast and efficient!

The DunRite team is amazing. Probably the best remodeling contractor experience that we have had.I suspect that there are numerous reasons why people have their windows replaced. Ours were 20 years old, the seals were sagging, the plastic frames were cracking and there was way too much dust getting into the house. DunRite gave us several window options that matched our objective, budget and the style of our home. We selected Anderson Series 100 windows. Also, there was no waiting for a bid. Once we selected the brand of windows, the bid was completed at our home within minutes.I am very handy and do most of the remodeling/renovations projects at our home. I have also replaced windows before so I am fairly qualified to comment on the quality of work. My wife is very particular about keeping our home clean and organized. Because our home is stucco, the old windows needed to be cut/sawed out. My wife was very concerned about the mess and dust that would be created. JJ and Doug kept all the dust outside; there was absolutely no dust or mess on the inside and they cleaned up the outside to make it look like they had never been there. The installation of the new windows was done really well and there is no way that anyone would suspect that they are replacements. They look great.It’s been 3-4 weeks since our new windows were installed. The dust inside our house has been almost eliminated because of the tighter seal that the windows provide. What I like best is the insulating effect. Even though outside temps are fluctuating 25 – 30 degrees each day, the temperature in the house fluctuates only 3 -4 degrees and the heater/AC is not on.Thanks Sal and the DunRite Team!

DunRite gave a very competitive quote for the products we were interested in (2 large sliding glass doors and 9 windows). Sal was communicative throughout the process and quickly notified us of any changes to the schedule due to the manufacturer. The two guys that installed the windows were total pros and explained to me what they were doing at different stages. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves as they went along.

Great experience from my first meeting with Sal and having all my questions answered up front. Called him back the next day and signed the contract. Heard from him to follow up right on schedule hed given me and we determined best day for the install.Install team was J.J. and Doug, showed up right on time. They work together seamlessly with J.J. doing the install and Doug close by assisting each step and keeping a clean jobsite. They did all the windows on day 1, then came back early day 2 to cut in the new door, which was expertly done and feels like it will stand for a lifetime. Highly recommend DunRite Windows & Doors.

Sal, JJ and Doug are all phenomenal! Sal helped me find windows that fit my needs and budget. JJ and Doug did a great job of installing. Because one of the windows was so large, heavy and high off the ground, Sal came over to help. Even though it was extremely difficult, they got it installed securely and it looks great. I can already tell that these windows block the heat much better than those they replaced. I will have more windows to do and will be calling DunRite when its time!

We purchased a new front door (Therma Tru) with Sal at DunRite. The door is beautiful and the workmanship with the install far exceeded our expectations. They were very prompt and conscientious with the work performed. I would recommend them for doors or windows.

We used Dunrite based on customer high ratings and the company did not disappoint. We had a custom made window and custom made door and frame with a security screen installed the house we just recently purchased.The installers were efficient and cleaned everything up nicely. Our salesman, Sal, was awesome. He was very accommodating. He answered some questions for me about other windows and doors in my house. He offered my advice on some screen installation. He actually recommended a different type of company to complete the work I wanted done. (just like the movie Miracle on 34th Street).I would highly recommend the company.

Dunrite came in and quoted me a price on the entire house for Andersen windows and they were reasonably priced compared to other companies I had come out. We agreed upon a price and Sal came out a week later to measure each window. When he came out he saw the salesman missed a small window and he assumed I wanted that one done also. He said it was their mistake and added the window in at no charge to us. Excellent customer service experience #1. The windows took a while to arrive at no fault to Dunrite but they came to install them as soon as all the windows were ready. JJ and Doug were skilled, clean, fast, and personable while here for the three day install. Problem number two arose when the two half round windows were ready to be installed. Either Andersen doesn’t make a true half round or my original windows are weird but the new windows were too short and too high and would not look right. Sal came out again and said they would eat the cost on those two windows and order two other ones that were manufactured to specific measurements. Those two windows were cheaper so they credited me difference back. They came out a couple weeks later and installed the last two windows once they arrived. Couldn’t be happier and man, is it a big difference. You can’t go wrong with Dunrite. If there is a problem they will make it right and show what true customer service is.

We just finished having nine windows, a set of French doors, and an a set of Arcadia doors installed by Dunrite Windows and Doors. Sal visited and discussed the best type of windows to use for our over thirty year old old home. We decided on Anderson windows. They arrived on time. JJ and his associate installed everything in just two days! They cleaned up as they went and checked on our animals as they went room to room. Now that is Service! The price was better than many companies I had bid. The finished product is beautiful and I highly recommend Dunrite Windows and Doors for your home too.

At first I was encouraged by my visit from DunRite and figured Id likely give them my business. But I changed my mind 5 minutes after the estimator left when I did some research. I told the estimator I had already gotten a couple quotes....one discount type of quote for around $3000, and a ridiculously expensive quote for more than $10,000 (from Andersen). He said he could probably cut the Andersen quote by 45% for the same window. He did...but for a completely different Andersen window (which he subtly acknowledged in passing just prior to leaving). The 100 series is clearly a step down from the Renewal by Andersen...something he failed to mention. However, that wasnt my biggest complaint. I was shown three options....Cascade ($3400), Milgard ($3750), and Andersen ($5500). He made it sound like a no-brainer because of Andersens warranty and superior build. He said the other two brands have 10 year limited warranties, but the Andersen 100 has a full lifetime warranty. When I asked for details about the warranties....here are Sals (nearly) exact words. The Cascade and Milgard warranties are about 12 pages long with all sorts of limitations. The Andersen warranty is about 2 sentences and includes basically everything. This is just a flat out lie...theres no other way to spin it. In 5 minutes of research, I found that Milgard Styleline actually has a superior warranty to Andersen 100.Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the quotes on Cascade and Milgard seemed reasonable, and because he showed up on time. If it werent for that, I would give only a single star for the lies and the $5500 quote for Andersen (which, knowing what I know now, seems too high). I absolutely feel like he tried to take advantage of the fact that I had a ridiculously high previous quote from Andersen.Edits: Sorry to be long winded here, but I want to be as fair as possible when leaving negative feedback. Here are my edits based on the response from Dunrite. First, he did not read it directly...he did it off the top of his head as he was paging through the brochure looking for it. Second, while I havent done my research on Cascades warranty, it is quite easy to find both the Milgard and Andersen 100 warranties online. The Milgard is a Full Lifetime Warranty (one full page, not 12 as I was told). The Andersen 100 series is a 20 year (glass) and 10 year (other than glass) limited warranty (also one full page, not a couple sentences, as I was told). Id be willing to remove this review if this was miscommunication or a misunderstanding, but it certainly was not. Third, the quote that he referred to that he was 18 cents above was not a Cascade product. I did mention in my initial review that I thought the pricing for Cascade and Milgard were reasonable...thats not my beef. Its possible that my assessment of the Andersen 100 series pricing being too high may be a bit unfair...I cant really say for sure. What I can say for sure is that at the very least, he downplayed the fact that this was NOT the same window as the Renewal by Andersen. He may be correct that he never stated frankly that they were identical, but he absolutely tried to sell me on the fact that the Andersen 100 is basically the same window as the RBA (my words, not his). I appreciate the time he took to meet with me, but I believe my review is fair.

DunRite was awesome! We replaced two sliding glass doors and 9 windows in a 1970s ranch style home. I will start off by saying that I found it very tricky to compare across brands/ companies (even with a background in vision science!). I think the industry as a whole does this on purpose, but I did find that Sal was very good at explaining the differences between models, even those that they dont carry/install. We had quite a few estimates done and felt very good about our decision in the end. I felt their prices were fair and the staff was very knowledgeable and experienced. We ended up going with the aslide daylight windows, its an affordable (middle of the road) choice while still being very energy efficient and attractive. I did quite a bit of research before committing to DunRite and the Aslide windows.A few things I learned that were not readily apparent are1) some companies say that they have their own exclusive window but in actuality is is just a small variation on a particular brand. For example Window World uses aslide windows but they dont advertise that. *again this makes it difficult to compare if they are not being very transparent with their advertisements!*2) Its not just about having energy efficient windows, you must also have them installed properly to actually reach full efficiency. This is where having a reputable company install them makes it worthwhile to pay more than you would at say, home depot or lowes. With the big box stores you dont necessarily know who they contract out to do the labor.3) In some cases I couldnt figure out why some brands/companies were dramatically more expensive than others for what appeared to be a similar product. In those types of cases I asked lots of questions and if I still wasnt satisfied with their justifications for the expense then I basically crossed them off the list of potentials LOL!3) There are some inexpensive energy star windows (e.g., Cascade) which seemed nice but apparently arent as durable over time because of the type of vinyl used. Just an FYI, I realize that some people dont really care about durability if they are moving, planning on staying, investment property etc. but going with the most inexpensive choice not recommended by many windows professionals (for our personal situation).In the end, Sal was able to articulate things that other salesman were not, probably because he isnt *just* the salesman who comes to give you a cost. Like I said, I did research before hand so I was prepared before all the window estimate people came out for each company. However, they were still so helpful in making the final choice!I wasnt there for the install, but from what my significant other said, it went very well and the finished by lunch time. I was impressed! They also cleaned everything up and nothing was damaged in the process. Great experience, would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.
