I’m from Seattle, wanted to try a coffee place not familiar with. Coffee and pastry was very good. However, the guy taking care of my order seemed a bit disinterested. Not much eye contact, kinda mumbled and just playing cool. That’s okay, it was early and he may have not had his coffee yet either. But when a pretty young gal dropped in, he really perked right up. I probably would have too but I was the old guy left unimpressed. I’ll try a different place next time. Good coffee though!

First and last time going to this place. Digusting turkey club sandwich. I think the mayonnaise was rotton. It seems as if all restaurants in the phoenix area are serving rotton mayo and mustard.

Good coffee, good space to work. Indoor and outdoor sitting. Plenty of options for drinks. The batista is so patience and helpful. Give them a chance! Prices are also super reasonable!

This used to be my favorite coffee place in Scottsdale. Lately it seems they are having a problem attracting and keeping good staff. I was in there yesterday and the guy behind the counter had zero communication skills. While pouring coffee he was about as disinterested as any public facing employee Id ever seen. I havent given up on them yet, however, I am getting close. The most dreadful loud music youve ever heard, however, a very good Cafe Americano.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Follow up - I went back a few days later and there was a cheerful happy person behind the counter and the experience was more like what I remember from past visits. Now if I can find what when Mr. Effervescence days off are I can avoid coming in for coffee on those days. Changed my review from 2 stars to 3.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------3 strikes and your out! We encountered Mr.Effervescence again behind the counter and Im telling you, this guy has no business in a client facing role - whats worse, he is apparently the manager. Is it any wonder they have help wanted signs on the door as you walk in. Fooled me three times, I guess Im not as bright as most folks. Not likely to return -too many other choices out there.

Got the breakfast wrap & an iced coffee and left bery satisfied! Impressed with the decor, customer service, food & overall ambience. Hot sauce rocked too :)

Had not been for a long while but went inside to get some coffee to go and a smoothie. Both were good , pretty decently priced and employee was friendly. Place was clean and had a nice and quiet vibe but surprised how busy and kinda close people were in there without masks during COVID. Not comfy enough for me to dine in but if the others are okay with it, good for them.

Great place to go to meet up with friends. And I love there cappuccino.

I had an awesome visit with friends this morning at Coffee Plantation. The iced mocha coffee was delicious, and the patio was a delightful place to enjoy it all.

Nice big coffee shop with many soft leather seats, conversation settings and places to use a laptop. High quality coffee of course and a wide selection of tea.Coffee shops are also places where you go for a little quiet and time to think. Islands of peace in a tempestuous world. This is why there is a great connection between coffee shops and book stores. The book store gives you things to think about and the coffee shop offers time to think.

Absolutely fantastic coffee! Prices are very reasonable. Especially for such good coffee. They have food options too. Again reasonably priced. I had a breakfast wrap, delicious. They make it right then and there for you from scratch. Its not premade. Nice lounge inside and out. Overall fantastic experience!

I remember the Coffee Plantation that used to be in the Biltmore. This location still has that same vibe. It was quiet, not a great deal of customers but the coffee was definitely tasty. I ordered a White Mocha and my fiance a Hazelnut latte. We were both satisfied. The staff is welcoming and the cafe is very clean.

I come here almost every day. The staff is friendly and their coffee is the best.

New to AZ and this cafe isn’t far From my house - the chai latte was bomb! The food is bomb! And that chocolate croissant?! Wayyyy better than Starbucks ...Soo flaky and buttery... danced the entire time bc the music is amazing. I’m in love!

Excellent meals and service. The drinks are among some of my favorite in Scottsdale.

Ordered a simple cappuccino @ 130 degrees. Was told that they couldnt do that because of the temperature of the FOAM??? What I got? A shot of espresso in a large cup with the rest being FOAM. Literally the silliest coffee drink I have ever received. Once upon a time, there were a number of Coffee Plantations across the Valley. This has been the last blast of that era for quite some time. Perhaps closing IT would be the business equivalent of putting it out of its misery. Just completely awful.

This was a very pleasant afternoon at CP for coffee with a friend. Staff member serving us was very cordial, welcoming, and helpful. Her demeanor made ordering delightful. It was cool enough to sit outside today and linger over great coffee and conversation.

Yet another one Ive never been to. Ive tried to have you dismiss it or tell you I havent been here but I just havent been here. I know of no other way to get you to stop sending me these so Im hoping this works. I gave them a good rating because its not their fault you keep sending these things that Ive never been to.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops. Plenty of space inside and out, great drinks, friendly staff, comfy seats, and I would occasionally see people playing board games here. Another big plus is that its open till late. I havent tried their food yet but there are plenty of options.

Comfortable atmosphere and great staff, makes you want to sit and stay a while instead of rushed pace elsewhere.

They make a great latte! This is a good place to work on your lap top. It is not the cleanest with regards to the bathrooms and customer area, but not enough to sway me away from thier baristas!

Stopped in here before an early movie at Harkins, the sign out front said you can take their drinks into the theatre. Awesome! I tried the shaken espresso, it was delicious and the drink was ready quickly. Great service and great coffee!

I was a regular for coffee here until today. The owner needs to look at what the staff are doing. Second time I was greeted by staff that looked like they need coffee more than anyone else. To top things they gave me coffee that was probably sitting in pot since hours and far from being hot!! This is not what you need when you are off to work. Perfectly good place run by rude staff.

Coffee is really hot and fresh. I just want to know what all those people on their computers are typing.

Place is a nice space for study or community. Good third place...but nothing outstanding in the way of coffee. However, what truly holds this place back is the manager. Consistently rude and brusque even when I attempt to befriend or treat him nicely. Whatever, you should perhaps think about all the options your patrons have living here in Scottsdale before treating them with such measured indifference.

It was a very nice place, but! You had a young man black hair and glasses sitting on the counter near the coffee makers on his cellphone. So when I went to place an Order of two beverages he was on his phone talking to his friend! He put the phone down then took my order. A few minutes later I got my beverage but my lady friend did not. I ordered a smoothie for me and a black coffee for her. I had to go back and reorder the coffee. And of course he had his cellphone in his hand! I talked to a young lady blonde lady blue eyes ( I think her name was nicole?) She was Very pleasant. I dont know what youre rules are on cellphone use during work hours? But that young man obviously isnt given a lot chores to do?

Absolutely love this place! It is great to meet for business or with a friend to catch up. I personally love working from there while I enjoy some green tea, the atmosphere is cozy!

Chia tea is amazing and morning glory muffin fantastic and staff was great.

They were Rude and bit very welcoming. The place is nice but the employees were not meant for a coffee shop. I needed a receipt for Postmates and they made a big deal because they never gave me a receipt in the first place, so I had to go back inside and ask for one. It was ridiculous especially when the guy made smart comments about me needing a receipt for two items.

11/8/2017 around 9:15 pm. Come here on occasion for a chi tea or cafe mocha. I remembered to catch the girls name that was working there--Nicole. Anyway, she was the only employee working that shift. I noticed that she was doing an amazing job with her closing chores and at the same time helping customers who were ordering coffee. Swept floors, mopped, cleaned counters, etc. I think its important to acknowledge an employees hard work. I have walked into ****bucks one too many times only to have to sit at a filthy table, with food crumbs on the floor and gross bathrooms. Nicole rocks!!!!

Good coffee shop with good selection and a varieties of munchies. The place has plenty of seating, both individual chairs, couches, and group tables (unlike the *bucks these days). So its nice to come sit down and relax.When Im in the area, I swing by here.

Who knows about the coffee, I returned mine. The cashier is very rude and doesnt seem to care about the paying customer. The customer better take what they get. I wanted to support smaller companies but I dont like to be called names. I like quality work in all aspects of life, including customer service.The guy poured a shot in the cup after he filled my coffee cup, then poured coffee out. I asked if he had just poured my shot out and it went to hell from there.

The coffee is good if not a little overpriced. The staff are friendly and caring. There is plenty of seating and free WiFi.

The lone barista, only employee, demonstrated a lack of knowledge regarding a decent cappuccino. It was definitely a latte which also had grounds in it. It is my fault for not requesting a remake but I just didnt feel like it was going to be worth it. This individual did not appear to have any care left for what they were there to do. Suggesting that the drink was of poor quality or standard was only going to be met with lack of concern and annoyance. Thats my fault that I felt that way. It is their fault that the drink wasnt made correctly the first time.I dont recommend banking on any quality in either service or product here.We will try it again, hoping for a different experience. I will update as needed.

Solid coffee, pleasant seating, what else do you need for casual coffee?

Everything on the menu is bland and boring. Had to add more packets of sugar than I care to think about just pop banana shake into something drinkable. They have to have put effort into keeping the whole menu so tasteless. Bagel sandwich with egg, ham, and cheese was difficult to chew and

It feels like home! I havent tried their food but coffee is ok, nice location close to movie theater and restaurants. You can sit as long as you want, no one will bug you.

Its good. Feels a bit like a strip mall coffee shop, but at least you can sit down, enjoy your coffee in nice surroundings and use their Wifi and do some work if you need to.

This coffee shop was pretty good. The service is fast. They also allowed us to have our dog on the patio, which was really nice. We will probably be returning in the future.
