I just bought a new 2021 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk at the Airpark Jeep dealership in Scottsdale. I am super happy about it. It was a great experience, as Lucas made it very easy for us. He answered all our questions patiently and competent, we test drove several cars, he explained everything in detail and helped us to get a good deal. He followed up thoroughly on all open topics the following days and I really feel I am in good hands here. I sure will come back for service or any aftermarket supplies needed in the future. Stuck in a 3 year bad service agreement. Dont buy any service agreements or cars for that matter from Airpark Dodge. This place is totally disorganized. I bought a $999 Club Plus service package from them to include oil changes and tire rotations. It has been a 2 year nightmare and I still have about a year to go... I showed up for the first scheduled oil change and they asked to be paid for the service as though I had not already purchased a Club Plus package. I said, I have a Club Plus package that I paid $999 for it includes 3 years of oil changes. They did not have it on file so I had to find and show my paperwork. The woman in the office said, well some of this is covered. WHAT!?!? All of it should be covered thats what you sold me. Look at the paperwork! Then after a few oil changes the service person said I only had one oil change left??? I bought a three year agreement with NO stated limit! I also bought a Zaktek coating package and a MPP package both a real pain to work with and not worth the money. I paid cash for the car received from the sales department it with low fluids and a half tank of gas... What a joke. I can go to Jiffy Lube and get service in an hour. Today Airpark Dodge Service Department told me I cant get in for an oil changer for two weeks! What was the point of the $999 Club Plus membership. Dont waste your time or your money at Airpark Dodge. I know we wont buy another car here and we will make sure everyone knows that.

We cannot thank AirPark enough. We walked in an hour before closing on a Friday night. They had the exact vehicle that we were looking for. Simon (Jorge Simon) and Dale Taylor were absolutely amazing. We did not leave the dealership until after 10:30pm and not once did they seem put out or rushing through everything. We went to Airpark Dodge looking for a very specific vehicle and Omar helped us out from the very beginning. He wasn’t pushy at all as we went to many other dealerships while staying in contact with him to make sure we were getting the best deal. He assured us he could get us the best pricing and he did. Didn’t think they would be able to show me something I would be interested in as I had a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude that I loved. Drive this limited with 4 wheel drive and loved it except I don’t like white. All my vehicles have been black the last 15 years. Joseph spoke to the manager and they said would I buy this today if they would get it wrapped I’m black for me. I was like…hell yes!! We worked the deal and I drove off in my new Cherokee. I was so impressed and incredibly satisfied with the service. He was able to offer me a ride to pick me up for my vehicle, and I cant tell you how greatly appreciative I am for that. Biggest joke of a company. Do not waste your time with these people. When you try to buy a vehicle they bring in a manager at the last step of process and switch details playing games and trying to confuse you while adding misc. charges to line their pockets with commissions. Unfortunately I had to get my Jeep serviced at this location as it was still under warranty. Its been over a week. I have talked to over 5 reps, manager and supervisor and still have not gotten an update on when it will be done. I have not had a car for over a week. They didnt offer a rental even though my Jeep only has 18k miles and is under warranty. I was told it was going to be done 3 days ago but no one called. No one ever calls to give updates. I have wasted hours calling and leaving messages. It took them hours to even locate my vehicle in their system. They file it under different people. Honestly they deserve 0 stars and if I were Jeep, I would seriously look into this location representing them. I am sure most of the reviews under their profile are sales reps. They will definitely be losing customers. To be continued. I will update if I ever get my Jeep back. Hoping the attorney general can help verify these fake reviews!

First I have bought a number of vehicles in my life because I am that old (60s). So my wife and I began shopping Jeeps a few weeks ago and we visited in person and online several Jeep dealers in the valley. From Mesa-Gilbert to Surprise and eventually Scottsdale. The team that we dealt with on an individual basis and purchased from need to be recognized for exemplary customer service skills, patience (amazing), knowledge of Jeep products and the absolute know how in assembling a workable-financeable deal in less than 24-hours from our first visit. The door opened with a video provided online introducing our Salesperson/Subject Expert, Joe S. After looking and much worry/concern, questioning and test driving, Joe assisted in the truest sense of the word in allowing my wife and I to choose our Jeep. The next person we met who truly took an interest in our business and worked with Joe to make this deal happen is Mike T. the Sales Manager. Together these guys listened to our concerns shared their knowledge and without any hassle allowed us to drive home and work through the process in our own time to discover if this Jeep purchase was the right move at the right time for us. (This has never been my experience with car guys, ever.) Early the next morning, the wife and I decided we had a budget, which we had not shared with anyone and told our sales/expert Joe that we liked our test drive and the vehicle but it was out of our budget. In steps Mike T., his boss (Mr. Big) in unison with Joe S. and these Automotive Professionals addressed our concerns and budget and today we drove home with our new (Used) prized Jeep. The rest of the team we were introduced to for our future convenience and my wife and I discovered through engaging conversation are incredible Jeep people, Eric K., Accessories Manager and Jeep Wonk for 35-plus years. Eric without question the dude is the real deal from the minor to the major and a Jeep owner for almost 40-years. Jorge H. an A-plus person who is a noted Service Advisor and eager to help Jeep guy. Finally, no deal gets done without a rocket scientist, fortunately because of his skill set, even an old cast off such as myself could be financed. The scientist, even if you are not buying a car is a truly kind and interesting individual; Mr. Dale T. an absolute professional with the skill set to dumb down the most technical financing jargon into terms that even I could briefly grasped. My wife and I can not say enough about this team, all great human beings, all really good people with an exceptional knowledge base that they use in service to all of their customers. The service department and sales staff have horrible communication between the departments. Many problems with the truck just 6 weeks after purchase, all of which should’ve been dealt with before it was sold. Will never purchase from this place again. Ever.July 8: Lucas was very friendly. Pleased with how he is handling some issues after purchase, all of which should soon be resolved.

Great experience. It was like pre COVID prices . I was looking for a high end diesel dually . They came down off of msrp, gave me a great rate. No BS .Matt the sales man and Mohammad the financial guy are great . A place like this gives me hope for humanity an honest no bs place. All the other dealers were taking on $5k- $10k over msrp . And some dealers use the no haggle price . That just means take it or leave it .I would highly recommend this place .

So last weekend (Aug 8th) my husband and I were out and about and driving past Airpark Dodge and saw the very Jeep Wrangler Rubicon hes been looking for! It was the exact color (white), next to no miles on it, the light interior color we wanted, lifted with all the bells and whistles. We decided to stop in and talked to a salesman named Andrew. Next thing we knew, we were the proud owners of this jeep. Andrew was great! He clearly knew about this vehicle and was able to point out different features and we had all sorts of discussions about the different motors. We agreed on a good price and left with our new Jeep! Andrew gave us great customer service. This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from them and we will be back when it comes time to replace mine. Thanks Andrew!!!

I do not recommend this dealership. I made a huge mistake by buying a used jeep here March 7, 2021. I saw a Jeep listed for sale online and made an appointment to see it driving up from Prescott. After looking it over I decided to buy and they told me it had not gone through the mechanic yet since they just bought it but would make sure to do the needed oil change/brake service and would then deliver the Jeep to me since I lived kinda far away. Purchase completed 3/7/21 and was told delivery would be sometime in next day or two. By 3/10 salesman called and said he was told they had to order additional couple parts and delivery would be delayed. I asked what parts and he said he would find out and get back to me. By 3/15 salesman text saying they were going to replace oil pan and torque converter. Sounded expensive but he said they were covering the cost so didn’t mind the new parts trusted things would be done as is should be. They finished the Jeep on 3/17 and delivered to me 3/18. Once delivered I noticed they actually put new tires on too which was nice. Jeep made it about 2 months and mysteriously got a flat tire as I was driving. Took it to discount tire and they said when tire was being installed the tip of the plastic tire installation tool actually broke off inside my tire and had been causing damage inside the tire each day I drove on it. I would think I would notice a tool breaking like that and would remove tire to check it out before giving it to a customer but Airpark didn’t. I called and made Airpark aware and they offered a new tire if I would/could drive down on the spare tire. I was able to drive down on the spare tire and they replaced with a new tire like they said granted I am more thankful I was not injured by a more serious tire blowout on a busy freeway due to Airpark having a tool break while doing a tire installation and not taking the tire off immediately to check it out. Another 2 months later the TRANSMISSION in the Jeep went out. It stopped shifting completely on way way home from Cottonwood and had to call a tow truck to get home and had Jeep towed to a local transmission shop. The transmission shop said that the dealership that sold me the Jeep should not have only replaced the torque converter and this was done to act as a cheap bandaid which would not have lasted long. The transmission shop explained to me how the torque converter shares the same oil with the transmission and you are to never replace a torque converter without doing the rest of the transmission service with it. I called Airpark to explain my transmission went out only 4 months after buying it from them and was told there was nothing they could do since I didn’t purchase a warranty and was over 30 days later. Based on this I was forced to cover the cost of the transmission service and another new torque converter around $1700. The fact they listed a car for sale before looking it over combined with the complete lack of Airpark management taking ownership of this combined with the service department incompetence is why I am giving 1 star.

I can’t say enough great things about Airpark Dodge!! We started out an Earnhardt dealership(big mistake) after Earnhardt was unwilling to budge on trade numbers I decided to look into selling my trade back to Toyota to my surprise they offered 5,000 more to buy my vehicle back then I went and checked out Airpark Dodge because I wanted the new Grand Cherokee L. They offered me even more for my trade then Toyota! I was so happy! To top it off they took great care of me I went in on a Friday was there 30 minutes because I had to rush my son to soccer practice but in that time Josh (our sales guy) had all the numbers ran and I was able to put down a 500 deposit until I could get back the next morning to sign papers. We came back the next day and we were in and out of finance and drive away after only 2 hours! I can’t stand sitting at a dealership all day so this made my life super easy! I love my new Jeep and will refer them to everyone as they ultimately gave me the best deal with the best service!!!!

I called early Saturday morning because battery failed. Spoke to service agent and he immediately looked up my vehicle I had purchased from them new a year and a half ago. I was told the battery if bad would be replaced under warranty if it tested bad. He offered that I could come into service same day. I opted to go in Monday morning for a 9:30 appointment after explaining that I used the vehicle for work and cant be without it. I arrived an hour early and he took it in knowing that I had clients waiting on me. To my pleasure apparently the technicians did not dally in testing and confirming the bad battery and replacing it. I was on the street again within the hour.

Was very happy with my purchase and delivery experience. Unfortunately my vehicle was delivered with 2 nails in the left rear tire. I added air 3 times and brought it in to have it checked. Kara informed me they did not have time to help me only one week after picking up a $67k Gladiator.I was appalled. Fortunately Discount tire treated me like a valued customer and removed the nails and repaired the tire on my BRAND NEW Gladiator.I will never purchase nor seek service from this Airpark Jeep as they could care LESS once you drive off the lot

Worst dealer in AZ. Do not buy here. I found a Cherokee on their website that was in transit and was on their website for $63,975. Then when I called to purchase at the website price they realized that it was a rare configuration they raised the price with a $10,000 addendum and made the price $73,975. This dealership has no ethics. See the before and after pictures on this review. There are plenty of other Jeep dealers in the Phoenix area. Go to the others. Stay away from this dealer.

We bought our Pacifica about 5 years ago and take it in for scheduled service to Airpark. We love the relationship we have with the service department staff and techs. Rachel is amazing, friendly and really explains things well when there are questions. 10/10 would recommend.

Hey I just wanted to give some positive feed back since I was hesitant about visiting this dealership given the negative reviews. I was interested in a RAM 3500 from their new shipment that was still in transit.My sales representative Steve Ehlert was a really positive, non-pressured, relaxed and knowledgeable person. If he didn’t know the answer to my question he found out. He let me test drive other trucks as he pulled them up for me in the heavy monsoon rain that day. He got all soaked too. He addressed my specific needs and gave me honest answers. I just wanted to say that for anyone here on that sometimes your rep can make all the difference in your experience! Great experience from my personal view.

Airpark dodge has shown a complete lack of customer service and business etiquette. Went in this past Sunday to purchase a Ram 2500 and when it came to negotiations the manger tossed my keys back on the desk and told me this is the best deal youre going to get, youre still here 30 minutes after we closed. Not once have I ever heard a sales manager complain about the time when youre trying to make a deal. There was nothing professional about the way this dealership and their manager handled my girlfriend and I as customers. The salesman told me I could expect a call back from another manager on Monday. No calls, and when I followed up they said they sent the vehicle to auction instead. I will not be giving my business to Airpark dodge after my experience here and anyone I come across in the market will be warned as well.
