Very very rude lady working here. This is supposed to be a fun store and she is down right miserable and awful. So bad.

I had a bad experience aswell.. the cash register woman was rude .. the jelly belly’s were empty and when i notified her all she said was that because of the humidity they weren’t coming out and i wud have to wait untill they unclump so that i cud purchase some. Terrible customer service.

Great variety of normal candies as well as stuff you dont normally see at the grocery store. Nice customer service. Dont expect cheap prices but it is in line with other similar stores thwart sell candies on the scale.

Not a wide variety of candy, and any candy there overpriced. But to give a more personal rating, my experience was awful. The woman in the store was rude, harsh, and unwelcoming. Once me and my husband and family it inside, she shut the door behind us and continued to watch us all like a hawk while we browsed. My husband, in a wheelchair, had difficulty going anywhere in the store. I saw a fun candy in a bin and I went to grab one (it was an individually wrapped candy) to show my husband so that he wouldnt have to maneuver all the way to me, and the woman snaps and yells at me, letting everyone in the store have their attention on me. She sternly snaps at me to not put my hands on any candy and that there is a sign that says so. Now I would have absolutely followed the rules, but the fact that the sign was about the size of a 3x5 index card and the entire store is full of decorations I didnt see it. I profusely apologized and immediately dropped the piece of candy and she said nothing in return, only that she could grab me a glove if needed. I know this isnt a big deal to everyone, but due to a mild mental disability Im prone to sensitivities like this. My family and I promptly left the store afterwards.Next time, tell your customers what needs to be done POLITELY and offer help to them, dont make them feel bad for doing something innocently. Even if it was unsafe.

Had a group of kiddos excited to shop here with their grandmother but the lady at the front decided they were closing in 4 minutes and wouldnt let us shop so we walked out and will spend our money elsewhere. Disappointed in the lack of customer service for a business that closes early on little kids!

Staff is great, lots of candy and trinkets like tiny stuffed animals and lip gloss. Store was clean and kids loved it. There is a huge chair for a fun photo opp inside the store.

Store closed way early, don’t count on published hours on website. Don’t get your kids’ hopes up for some candy.

Huge selection of candy! The entire store smells soooo sweet! They have a great gift idea in the back where you can upload a photo onto a coffee/hot chocolate mug. Also, there is a massive wooden chair at the entrance that makes a great photo or video opportunity. The whole experience brought out the kid again in my 65+ year old friend.

This place is awesome. Its very clean and the staff is very friendly I took my niece there the other day and she loved it. I also really like the cotton candy in the little buckets they have a bunch of flavors and theyre awesome. Also the cashier Michelle was really nice and sweet to my niece.

Beautiful Store. Bright & engaging. Great selection of candies. Its not overpriced, its located in Scottsdale..its expected. Staff is really nice too!

Great selection, not discount prices. But fun to see candy you dont see everywhere. The kids like to pick their candy and fill their bag. We used as special treat for a few days.

Employee was very rude and short. Also, no indication of the limited amount of people permitted. Seemed whatever the employee felt was okay. Overall, overpriced and less than friendly.

Who doesnt love a trip to the candy store? Whatever your sweettooth craves, chances are you can find it here in abundance! As many of these types of candy shops offer, you can purchase individual treats, or your favorites in bulk by-the-pound. They also seem to specialize in both unique and hard-to-find candies some of us grew up with but other stores have forgotten about. Its a bright place with an enjoyable atmosphere for the kid in all of us. Whats not to enjoy?

It brought out the child within my group. We were practically running around the store like nine year olds. All-time favourite sweets and even a few puzzles and toys.

Love the decor of this place! Bright, lively and fun. Lots of candy choices but also games, toys and gifts for all ages.

While it wasnt bad, it is sooooooooooo way OVER PRICED. My hubby and I got some fudge to share and didnt realize until we were at the check-out that a piece of fudge was almost 20 bucks. We got it sing as we were already ringing it up, but it didnt taste worth it!

They have a selection of unique candy, but overall overpriced in my opinion.

Lots of fun candies here that you just cant get anywhere else.
