I dropped off 4 rolls of film and it took them more than a month to deliver 3 of them. The 4th they lost, and although they were helpful in trying to find and recover it, I left with no scans, lost film and no refund. The photos on there were quite important to me, and when they said they would call after searching for it I would receive no call. The organization was quite poor, and I visited multiple times to find out what happened to my film (which I also bought there) but it had disappeared completely.

Owner who is unprofessional and just wants your money. Not helpful and super rude to customers and employees. Verbally harasses you for service you paid for & doesn’t deliver on time said. Also scratched my film negatives, printed on wrong paper for b&w prints . There is too many stores that do better and they can’t even do the basic.

Took a passport photo yesterday for my family, and picked it up today.The quality of photo is great, but they missed one copy of my wifes photo in a bag. I found it quickly when I checked the bag, and they found the missing photo from somewhere in the shop.They also messed up with the photo size for Australia passport, totally wrong size. So a customer service guy fixed it quickly. But the photo was cutting very unprofessional way by a hand, so all edge of photo not even, two copy of photos are not identical. very poor quality of photo cutting.It is not worth to pay $60 dollar for those very poor jobs.But, I didnt want to deal again, decided to take a photo in different place.BTW, the customer service guy didnt wear a mask, so I felt very unsafe there.

My camera had a cracked lcd screen I brought it in last month and just got it back today along with making other purchases. The people in the store super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable!! I love this store and will go there for all my camera needs!! Great customer service and reasonable prices!! I was antsy about the time frame but with covid I understand why it took a little longer and like I said I will be back!! Highly recommend this place!!

I loved this store. It looks like a family business, one of the ladys helped me out and Schooled me on the lens that I wanted which I found very helpful. I found out that they have classes and also they clean camera lenses.Update 8/1/19. Again superb Costumer service. I got a free class for buying a lens. I greatly recommend this business.

I was in town on a photography consulting job recently and we needed a tripod because one of our cases did not arrive. Wilson Camera had several styles to choose from. I also had dropped one of the flashes and he was able to check it out for me and he even had Nissan flashes that we could buy if needed. Since I normally shoot Canon, he took the time to make some recommendations on batteries and we also purchased some from him. The owner is a wealth of information and takes the time to make sure that his customers understand the best selections for their needs. I really appreciated his help because we were in a bit of a pickle and he really helped us out. As a professional photographer I highly recommend Wilson Camera.

Wilson Cameras has overpriced horrible quality items for sale, that’s why they don’t accept refunds. Love love love this camera store and their staff. Great selection of cameras and very attentive staff. I dont know much about cameras except to select the auto setting and they took the time to help me. They explained all of the settings and worked with me to improve my shots. I purchased a camera that I absolutely love the price was competitive and it takes wonderful pictures. They offered me discounts on the accessories that I bought and set me up for a more in depth class that was free of charge. So many companies dont go beyond the most minimal levels of service these days and this group takes service to a whole new level.By the time you leave not only will you have received good advice but you will feel like family. Ive been there several times and have always received exceptional service. Would highly recommend this company! This company is so much better than dealing with the big box stores.

I went to Wilson Camera for an executive head shot -- to use for Linked In, specifically. They have a studio, whereas a lot of photographers advertising online do not. They created an absolutely professional photo that I can have confidence in. The owners experience in photography really comes through. I highly recommend Wilsons for professional headshots.

I wanted to get a nice point and shoot camera for the hubs, and this was a great find for all things camera. Brandon is so knowledgeable about everything and explained the differences in brands (because I really knew nothing). I really appreciated the personal interaction that was so much better than a big box store. Cameras are what they do and they know how they change year to year. And they provide free classes and services, too. Also, if you want an older film camera (apparently they are popular) they have several display cases. An excellent experience. Highly recommend WIlson Camera.

Great customer service! I went in to get help with my older digital camera because it would not turn on. The man behind the counter found out that my battery was old and swollen inside and I needed a new one. He sold me one andcharged it up for me while I waited a bit so I could go out and take pictures that day.No pushy sales people. Just nice people! I will shop here for all my camera needs.

Went in with the two simple questions and got two very snappy responses. I was looking for a charger for my camera I knew exactly what camera and battery I have but he wouldn’t even try to help me without have my camera there. The second question was about a shutter remote he wouldn’t even try to help with that either. I would not recommend and I’ll never go back.

I purchased a Canon SX70 HD from Wilson Camera. Branden was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help me make a desision on which camera would meet my needs.After our camera came in Branden sat down with my wife and me to give us a quick course on the features that the camera had to offer. He was through and answered all our questions.Although I could have saved a few dollars by purchasing the camera on Amazon but I felt that being able to actually handle the camera before I purchased it and have the ability to call or visit Branden if I needed help was worth the extra few dollars so I purchased the camera there and not on line.I recommend this store and believe by patronizing small stores like this helps our communities to provide jobs as well as a local place where I can talk directly to a knowledgeable person if need be.Cameras these days have a lot of options and if you are going to spend several hundred of dollars on a complicated tool such as state of the art camera then it is wise having a goto guy to answer questions and is a big plus for me.

I needed to develop film last minute, and they totally helped me out. I brought my film in the morning and they called me only a few hours later to pick it up. (Which is crazy amazing!) They were all so helpful and kind too. They went out of their way for me, and I really appreciate that.

Be aware, NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES!!! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! I needed a camera for work to take pictures of sports events. I sought out Wilson Camera because they were locally owned and I like to support the community. They were very informative and patient with my questions, and had somewhat comparable prices to larger retailers. However, I ultimately choose Wilson to purchase my camera from because their deal, although it was $50 more, came with free cleanings, free classes, lifetime support for use of the camera and they threw in an SD card to go with my purchase. I decided on a $1300 camera and an additional $600 lens. I paid a deposit because they said they needed to order it because they didnt have any in stock, but they NEVER mentioned that ALL SALES were FINAL before or after taking my deposit and handing me my receipt. As I drove home, I decided it was too much for me to spend so I called as soon as I got home and they easily took off the additional lens and NEVER mentioned anything about ALL SALES being FINAL. They called 5 days later and told me my camera was in stock. When I went to pick it up, they were again, very friendly and started to take the camera and all the parts out of the box to show me, but I was in a bit of a rush so I said I didnt have time to look at each part right then. When I handed over my credit card for the remaining part of the balance, I asked about their return policy. Finally, that is when the sales guy said they DONT TAKE RETURNS but they had a consignment program and could resell my camera at HALF its value. (So, it isnt even out of the store, still in its box, I havent even touched it, nor has he handed me the receipt and the guy tells me, with a smirk no less, that it isnt even worth what I paid 30 seconds prior. Sweet.) I asked what happens if the camera is somehow defective or worse and I want it replaced. I was told they would NOT replace it, but they could probably diagnosis/fix whatever the issue is (for a fee), or I would need to contact the manufacturer. I was dumbfounded...I had NO IDEA I just purchased a $1300 camera; sight unseen and I could not get it fixed for free, return it/exchange it/get store credit, nothing. I felt like I was going to throw up because I was so upset. To make matters worse, I found out on the way home from the store, I no longer needed to take pictures for my job...I called the store again, begging a possible return, and they said they couldnt do anything. I called again the next day (Saturday) to talk to the owner/manager and the guy that answered said he had to call his manager because she was not there, but that they have it posted on the wall that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and pointed out that it was on my receipt, in super small print, at the bottom as well (the first time I had seen it.) The guy called back several hours later and said his manager said they would NOT take it back and that they had to stick by their NO RETURN policy no matter what. They also didnt give me the SD card they promised. I am a novice camera user. I previously had a point and shoot camera but mostly used my iphone and this was my first purchase of a nice DSLR, and I am hating every minute of it. I havent opened the box. I have no clue if they sold me some used camera they had in the back. There was no security seal or manufacturer seal on it at all. It could be totally broken and I can do nothing about it. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THIS IS THE WORST experience I have ever had.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Called before coming to ensure they had what I wanted. Upon arrival I asked about another option to use for a group photo I was taking the following day. The girl who had helped me on the phone (Nicole) started spewing out recommendations without knowing what she was talking about. When she realized she could not help me, she called over a guy who proceeded to tell me how I SHOULD be shooting my photos. If I wanted your opinion, I would have asked for it. I did not appreciate his condescending tone or his unwanted opinion. Just because you do not have the product I am looking for, does not mean people dont use it. But apparently you feel you are Ansel Adams. Chalk up one bad experience to a pompous non-customer-centric jerk.

This place is so great! I gave Brandon a list of what I wanted my camera to do and he gave me the best option within my budget. Afterwards he gave me a free lesson on how to use my camera. I could not be more happy with my purchase!! They offered me some free classes around town to really show me how to use my camera at night and during sunsets. I couldnt attend because Im in the process of moving but if the classes are anything like what Brandon showed me in the store, then I know theyre great. Bonus points to this place for the owners being in the store, loving what they do, and being the most amazing people.

I always come here for my photos for visa applications, they take high quality photos and provide great service. I also purchased my camera from them. It was higher priced than I could find online, but they also provide service and maintain the warranty for me. Ive also had prints done here that were excellent quality, even sent them the digital photos that I wanted printed via email. Overall, Im satisfied.

Incredibly over priced- just got charged 4x what a memory card should cost and when I tried to return it 10 minutes later when I realized, I was told all sales are final. I really want to support small businesses, and fully understand that youre paying a premium for service. However, 400% of the going price is ridiculous and the inability to return the item that was still in its original packaging is why Im leaving this review.

I discovered Wilson Camera by accident and its the best accident Ive ever had. Ive found the staff VERY helpful each time Ive been in. I went on my first outing with them and found it to be the best experience. I really didnt know anything about my camera but through their time and understanding, Ive learned a lot. I received a small digital camera from a friend, I read the instructions.....I did not understand. I went Saturday morning to buy a memory card and the very kind man who took care of me suggested I buy a gismo to transfer the photos to my PC , the wifi option seemed very complicated. He made my phone ready to take pictures in less then 1 minute.....it probably would have taken me 1 hour.....well I am 82 !!!I highly recommend that shop.

Way over priced unfortunately. I would like to support local but when I get charged $100 for the lowest end tripod and it breaks on its first use... its very upsetting. They did replace it eventually. It only took about two months.In the mean time I had to buy a back up from Walmart and guess what! I bought the exact same tripod for $40 there

During a road trip from Texas through New Mexico and Arizona, I realized that we should have a better camera than our cell phones. I wanted my first time at Sedona and the Grand Canyon to be properly captured and my iPhone 6 plus was not up to the job. So our search began in Scottsdale and ended at Wilson Camera.We met the owner Rudy and his wife Misty, they were very nice. I was not aware of all the factors that can make or break a cameras functionality. Rudy made sure that I understood how I wanted to use the camera by questioning my expectations. He then gave me a range of options in all price ranges that would best fit my needs. After I chose the right camera, Misty worked hard to link up the technology (blue tooth and wifi options) to my phone. Pretty awesome that an app will location tag my photos when I take them with my camera.I am sad that Wilson Camera is over 1000 miles away. I would definitely recommend them your business. I have become accustomed to doing business from a keyboard and forgot how real customer service enhances the transaction. I cant guarantee that all face to face business awill be a pleasant affair but at Wilson Camera, you will be treated like an old friend.I am very happy with my purchase!Thanks you Rudy and Misty.
