I went to the Tempe location and Mark the manager was beyond helpful. I am no pool shark and I was just buying a gift for a friend. I was in a bit of a time crunch and Mark helped me out with all the details and quality of the cues and what to look for and what to avoid. He also gave me a pretty great deal. I most definitely recommend this place and I would most definitely ask for Mark when you go. I am very grateful.

I ordered a pool table just as the pandemic was becoming known, March 9, 2020. Pool table was scheduled to arrive 3/31/2020. It never got here. No real reason given since things were not shut down yet. Installer, who were great by the way came out on April 3 but didnt have all the parts. They came back on April 21 put table together but it was the 7 table instead of the 8 we ordered and the wrong color, no bench on and on. Finally got my table months later. They are great on selling poor on delivery.

Rusty and his team are the best. Dont rely on any bad reviews, these are people that dont understand that a custom made product can take many weeks/months to produce. Its worth going into the store and checking it out.

Rusty (owner) and Chris were totally rad! I’ve been eyeing a standup arcade for a while. I went in a couple of times to play around with their arcades, and they were welcoming and helped me come up to speed on all arcades in their store, as well as arcades in general so I could make an informed decision. When I decided to go with a Diamondback Billiards arcade, they were absolutely awesome in helping me pick the right one for my family, configure it, and arrange for white glove delivery service. Great product, price, experience!!! Thank you guys.

My family and I were recently looking for accessories for our game room. We were shopping around and we ended up at Diamondback billiards. We were blessed enough to work with a gentleman named Sean. The reason I say that is because he was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Sean at Diamondback billiards to anyone!

Not just the best game room store... but hands down one of the best businesses Ive ever had the pleasure to deal with. My first purchase was nearly 10 years ago... when it was time to outfit the new home gameroom Diamondback Billiards was my first thought and Im very glad I came back. I am always super impressed with this organization from top down with regards to their team as well as the best items and prices to be found. Excellent all around, highly recommended!!

Bought a pool table 2 months ago. Paid for it in full! Called 5x for an update with no call back. Now being told the pool table is no longer available. Outrageous. Horrible customer service.

I would not recommend Diamondback based on my experience as a customer. We ordered a 12’ shuffleboard table and were helped by Chris. We paid the price listed on the “dealer website”; which I later discovered was no different than full retail. Chris ordered us a set of pucks for $200, even though the table came with a set and we did not need it. He didn’t know his product/manufacturer well enough to know what was included with the table. We requested that the extra set be canceled; as there is really no need for us to have two sets, especially for an extra $200 dollars. Chris said he would process the refund; but after multiple inquiries he has failed to do so.We also ordered the bowling pin set, which they have in stock at the stores. Yet, they failed to include it with the delivery. So, I later had to drive back to the store to pick one up.The delivery itself was awful. I was hoping for a Sat delivery. When the table came in, I was pushed into a Fri delivery because they already had another delivery nearby and were really hoping to get them both done in one truckload. So, trying to be agreeable, I accepted a noon to 5pm window and took the afternoon off from work. The delivery finally showed up at 9pm that evening and didn’t finish until well after 10pm. I didn’t fault the delivery guys – they were very hard workers and had some unfortunate circumstances according to them. However, this speaks volumes about the mismanagement occurring Diamondback. Glad I paid $350 for that “service.”The table we ordered was not cheap ~$5000. We had fully intended to also buy a pool table from Diamondback too. Not now. Not ever, after our experience. Not only have they lost that sale; but potentially many more. My wife is an interior designer for one of the state’s top custom home builders. She will be taking her clients game room orders elsewhere. Way to blow it DB!

Excellent Experience! If yourre looking for a luxury, Pool Table, and or any game room accessories, table tennis, arcades etc....I would absolutely recommend any of their 3 locations in the phoenix valley!
