Visited this location during my mattress search and it was my first time visiting any Tempur-Pedic stores. While visiting Chris helped us find the perfect mattress. He offered recommendations and answered all of our questions. We laid on a handful of beds before deciding and found one that we liked best. The store itself was pretty tidy and the beds were well organized. Prices are displayed for customers to see. I never felt pressured to purchase and there was no sales pitch. Would highly recommend Chris and this location!

Mel was so helpful and friendly. We parked in the underground parking lot right by the store. So easy. We love our new mattress and will definitely be returning costumers.

Amazing service from Ron and Rishi, today at the Fashion Square location! My husband, and myself were looking into mattresses and walked out with the perfect mattress and adjustable base! We went to the Scottsdale store because they have all the model and I wanted my wife to pick out the one she really wants. The staff there was very helpful and this did not take more than 30 minutes for her to pick the one she wanted. I then admitted to the person helping us that I know a person who works at the factory in Albuquerque NM and we were going to get his employee discount. This is a substantial savings, basically 1/2 the retail price. We have had the mattress now for a year and a half now. It is fantastic. I really like the isolation, meaning that I do not feel much if any movement if she moves during the night. We live in Phoenix so heat is a primary concern and these foam products Stay cool. Very happy, even if we paid full retail.

The staff at the Scottsdale store has always been knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The store is clean and provides a safe shopping experience. Recently, when asking questions about concerns over the performance of an accessory product, I was immediately provided an unexpected and generous replacement of the product. We love our mattress!

I’ve visited the store a few times. Twice for their amazing pillows and once to buy a Christmas gift of some slippers. Each time I was greeted by genuinely friendly and helpful people wanting to be sure my needs were met. The pillows are awesome! Supportive yet not too firm. And I’m told the slippers are very comfortable too! I definitely recommend this store!

I purchased a 9k Temperpedic adjustable bed years ago and it makes for a lovely sleeping experience. My arms were falling asleep as a side sleeper and that issue has completely resolved. The extras get you though, the sheets and pillows are not cheap so plan to spend another thousand in the next 2-3 years. During work from home, I figured I would try the chair pillow, I was sure I would love it but it was a terrible fit for my chair. I went to return it in the store and I was told initially yes as long as it was within 30 days then when I drove down there I was told no because I didn’t have a box, bar code and because I bought it online. These are all issues I disclosed to the customer service rep up front. Overall, I recommend Temperpedic. The high cost of accessories and return policy for items are the only cons.By the way, I updated this review because the seat cushion actually turned out to be a great product for my car.

I moved to a new home and asked for help with the assembly of the wiring for the mattress and I was given a number and told to speak with someone instead of having a technician come out and set it up. You pay 7k for a mattress but don’t expect customer service that goes above and beyond for you. You can order better mattresses on websites and get better customer service. Over priced for nothing.Update: the store manager Jackie contacted my a few times back and forth and tried to help me fix the stand. She also took the time to reach out to other store managers to get me help on the issue. She has been trying to contact tech support to try and get me some help with my issue on the stand so I can be able to use it again.Update: contacting tempur pedic, they sent me the novel manual and told me to figure it out. I hired someone to come and assemble it and fix it since nobody contacted me. Save your money, go spend a fraction of the cost to buy something same quality or even better with better customer service. Also, for the store and manager. Stop harassing me with emails and phone calls, you’re not making this better, you only contact me to change my honest review.

You will not be disappointed with the customer service at this store. They go above and beyond to ensure all your questions are answered. It is a very clean and well organized store. Happy shopping.

When I was shopping in the store, I was replacing a too soft mattress. I thought I wanted the firmest mattress in the store. The salesperson tried to suggest I might like the next one down, softer. I was undeterred.After getting the mattress and sleeping on it a few weeks, I realized it was not for me. I called, requested an exchange, which had been part of the sales pitch. Without any question, I was immediately, sent the softer mattress and have been very happy ever since. That is called wonderful service.

Great experience and friendly service. Hand sanitizer everywhere. Even provides you masks and gloves as you enter. They also provide you sheets to test out the beds. Definitely a fan!

Not only did she teach me a lot about the best products for my body, but also provided me with top-notch service with answering all of my questions. The customer service was outstanding, from the time of in store purchase, delivery and follow up from the store to make sure I was satisfied. I purchased the Luxebreeze 8 degree cooler mattress. I wasnt totally convinced of the cooling claim, however the bed is awesome and sleeps noticeably cooler than a traditional mattress. If you are a hot sleeper, this is the mattress to get. Its expensive but worth it!

This store was super clean and the staff was SUPER helpful at answering all of our questions. We felt very safe and cared for during this horrible COVID pandemic.

The staff was very helpful in familiarizing us with the various models at various price points and explaining the differences among them. The showroom was well stocked to allow trying the various models. We love the mattress and it has held up well for the approximately two years we have owned it. The Tempur-Pedic line is not at all cheap but as the saying goes, you buy good you have good.

We chose the Temper-Pedic store in Scottsdale because we knew they would have all the models. This was to be our second Temper-Pedic purchase and we drove up from Tucson to make sure we had all the options in front of us.The staff was knowledgeable and allowed us to spend any amount of time we needed to make this purchase. Technology has come a long way from our original purchase 12+ years ago, but for us both, their is no better bed on the market and we tired them all.We now have 2 Temper-Pedic beds in our home and we along with our guest enjoy a good night sleep on them. We made the purchase over a year and a half ago and like the first one, we do not regret it.

Yesterday I shopped at the Tempur-Pedic Flagship store in Scottsdale. The store was extremely clean, well laid out, and very inviting. The staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and they were able to answer all of my questions concerning my pillow purchase. They got to know me, and my neck issues, so we were able to identify the best pillow options for me. It was not just a transaction for me or for them. I truly felt like they cared about me and they valued me and my business. It was a great experience. I will definitely shop there again!

Customer service was perfect. Very attentive. Although sleeping overnight in the store was not an option, we asked! Everyone was helpful. We bought the mattress and bed frame from a gentleman who was very professional and knowledgeable. The mattress was too soft (maybe TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium) , it gave my husband a back ache and felt he was sinking away. I loved it. Tempurpedic gives the option to change it out. We did by swaping for a harder mattress. This one was too hard, so we bought a topper to just soften it up a bit. Recommendation to buy a harder mattress because you can always make it softer down the road, with or withour their exchange program. But we love the Tempurpedic bed. Highly recommend it too.

About a month ago, Tempur-Pedic Scottsdale recently held a giveaway as an appreciation for healthcare workers and somehow I was lucky enough to win. And to make it even better, they also gifted my coworker a basket of goodies to say thank you. The store manager, Jackie, was so kind when we picked up our gifts. I won a cooling Cloud Pillow and mattress topper. Now that I’ve had some time to use them, I had to post about what a difference they make! I’m usually waking up a couple times a night to reposition and now I’m sleeping so much more comfortably that I rarely wake up before my alarm. What a great experience. I wanted to share my experience with Jackie and her team at the Tempur-Pedic store at Scottsdale Rd. and Camelback. We came in to look to replace our Stearns and Foster mattress that just needed to go. Jackie greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, not pushy or hovering. When we were ready we asked for help understanding why Tempur. She gave us her personal experience on why she loved the mattress and the brand, why she came to work for them, and why we were going to love our new mattress. While we were testing/laying on the different mattress she explained how we would feel and what the benefit to each of them were for us. Once we decided to go with Tempur and because of her wealth of knowledge and personal affinity to the brand we decided to give her our business for our other bedrooms as well. We needed up purchasing 3 mattresses from Jackie. The Lux Breeze with the ERGO base, and 2 Clouds with the Ease base. WE LOVE the mattress and when we have guests over they love to sleep on the Tempur-Pedics we chose. Jackie followed through to make sure our entire process went smooth and ensured that we were 100% happy with our new purchase. I’ve shopped at my nearby Tempur-Pedic store twice this year and both times the products and the service have been outstanding. We love our new mattress and pillows so much I’m buying one for our second bedroom. The staff is knowledgeable about their products and made sure I was able to take advantage of the special offers available. I’m happy they made it through 2020! Their store was spotless and they had hand sanitizer and extra masks. I felt very safe.

Entire experience was great, Mel helped us find the bed that worked for both my wife & I. They have constant deals going on which can save you a lot of money & a financing offer for no interest for 5 years. We tried everything out and spent a week checking out other brands such as Sleep Number, but they just didnt compare. Mel had to go out of state to one of their other headquarters so she hooked us up with Bob who she promised would take care of us - that he did. We walked out of there with a complete bed set ordered with their great financing option, pillows and sheets. The delivery was quoted to be be 10-14 days but came in only 5. Overall no problems and a pleasant experience - would definitely recommend.
