There support is awesome. I left my remote outside and it got rained on. Well it stopped working. Called up and did a little troubleshoot and they are sending me out a replacement. The service as always been great. The tv stand is pricey, but after you see how well its built you understand why it cost so much.

Im not one for leaving feedback very often so I have to experience either extremes of poor or exemplary service before getting the compulsion to put pen to paper. In the case of my experience in dealing with Nexus 21, I can only say good things. Whilst there was only a minor issue with the equipment, it was resolved to my complete satisfaction with good communication all the way. Both Devin and Stephen were extremely helpful and I would have no reticence in recommending this company to others. The Transcend Pro Surface is an excellent piece of equipment that does the job perfectly and efficiently. Go get yourself one - you wont be disappointed.

This Company is Amazing!! Ive owned two Nexus 21 TV lifts for 10 years that I installed myself and they have performed with flawless function. Customer service at this company is incredible and the techs are very knowledgeable and always answer the phone. I called them because I wanted to switch the way my remote operated the lift signal. They sent me the part I needed for the conversion at no charge at all, not even shipping and included a call tag for the parts return. Keep in mind at this point they sent the parts free even thought the lifts were 9 years old. Unreal and unheard of in any industry. If your thinking of buying a lift I would buy a Nexus 21 Lift over any other hands down. Not only for quality but also great customer service. Well worth every penny!!!

We remodeled our kitchen at the end of 2019 and with the new design had nowhere to place a tv that was logical. We saw this product on a friends yacht and had an idea. It would be perfect in our new 6 island. We ordered one and it was an easy process. Now we have the best place possible to view our TV in the kitchen, hardly takes up any space, and its fun to show to our friends. We love it! I contacted Nexus 21 regarding a TV lift that was over seven years old and installed my a different installer. After providing some basic information, They shipped out the part needed the same day and covered it under warranty. Purchased a L-45 lift. Nexus provided fabulous customer support both before and after my purchase. I am a semi-handy home-owner but I had to make sure this system would work for me before I even ordered it. I could always reach Nexus on the phone and they were able to answer all my questions. Once ordered, delivery was prompt and the lift was well-packaged with very detailed and understandable instructions. I installed this in an existing cabinet to lift a 65-inch curved TV. It works perfectly, and is almost completely silent and very smooth. I cut a hinged top into my solid oak cabinet that is 13 x 59 by five-quarter thick. This lift opens the hinged lid and raises the TV with no problem. We have been raising and lowering our television once or twice a day for 5 months so far. I love it and highly recommend a Nexus lift.

The technical support at Nexus has been extremely helpful and quick to respond to all and any questions. I purchased a Nexus lift system with a cabinet 2+ years ago. It was working great until I purchased a new TV. With help from Nexus I was able to quickly resolve the issues by installing a small RF adaptor. Lift system is now working fine and my flat screen, TiVO and DVD player remain hidden in my vert attractive cabinet, until I need them.
