It’s January 2021 and I think I’m god’s gift to my wife as I order appliances for our new house 6 months in advance. She is going to be so happy I thought…what a genius move! Fast forward to today and here I sit at my island with a void in my kitchen where my Thermador range should sit and no dishwasher so my wife is hand washing the dishes. Thanks Expressions, you guys did me solid…not happy wife, not happy life.Guaranteed they sold our appliances to another customer to make a buck. Absolutely zero communication and zero accountability. 2 out of 5 stars for the two out of five appliances they delivered in 6 months.

An absolute nightmare of a company. Bathtub was chipped and they wouldn’t take it back or offer me any money back. Took 8 months to get my order in. I couldn’t move into my home for 2 months because of these people. Katie would lie about when stuff was coming. I’m pretty sure she forgot 3 or 4 times to order my faucets. Not to mention they mark up all their products at least 50%. If you see something you like in their store order it online. Good luck if you do decide to order from them. Amazing your still in business.

McKenzie Dickman helped me over the course of 3-6 months and was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Excellent knowledge and customer service. Everyone in their showroom was very helpful and friendly.

Absolutely the best! The whole team is extremely knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. There were so many options & customization capabilities for nearly every product. The whole experience was exquisite! I learned so much & came out knowing i had the best products for my home, hands down, that worked for my lifestyle. Kristina runs the absolute best showroom around. Now that i found the best, i will never go anywhere else!

My first sales person was not overly knowledgable. She guided incorrectly on my shower steam unit but thankfully I called the manufacturer to confirm it was the right unit for my shower size. Had I not done that and installed it they I would have had to rip out all my new tile. The toilet she recommended for me got horrible reviews on line. They installed my Miele dishwasher super crooked, causing drainage issues. My new Miele gas range took 3 service trips out and over a month to function properly and my other dishwasher has yet to work because it needs a longer hose which they have known since they installed it over 2 months ago. I spent a lot of money with Expressions. They simply pointed the finger at someone else vs trying to help with the issues. I am now left to fend for myself to get my appliances installed and working properly. Very disappointed. Check out Studio 41 around the corner. They know their stuff and have a great showroom.

We own a local Phoenix home rennovation/remodeling business. We have always enjoyed working work Expressions home gallery, their staff is awesome, we love Katie in Gilbert! They are competitively priced, carry a great selection, host excellent events, and will work hard and fast to service our customers needs and wants. I give them five stars all the way!
