We got all of our appliances delivered and installed, they checked for quality and ensured we had exactly what we needed. I would recommend Kent to anyone looking for high-end appliances!

Cassie and her team have always rose above and beyond any request I made. From special orders, to a chaotic installation schedule, I can always count on her and her team to make what I need happen. I will always buy all my indoor and outdoor appliance needs from this location. An amazingly great bunch of people!!

They installed a Oven/Range in my home. The first time we used it the oven caught fire. Two things bother me, 1- lack of testing the stove before leaving and 2- what seems to be improper installation. also response time to get somebody out to look at it is very poor. Lack of concern. Beware! photo of burned wire attached. Day 2 update- Got a response to my review to call Dave Bump the installation manager. When I called nobody knew who he was. Be careful if you work with these folks!

This place is never open. I was trying to buy $200k in appliances and they wont even do a appointment on a weekend for me. Dont waste your time spend your money somewhere people actually value you as a client.

Good deals and service. A little patience is needed but the results are great. It’s recommended to make an appointment. Then they will have time for you as much as needed.

Read this before you purchase from AZ Wholesale:I had a terrible experience here. They were less than helpful, do not know the products beyond marketing materials and do not have their act together with communication. Not just one employee but several that I spoke with all like minded. I ended up purchasing a dishwasher not knowing this . I should have more carefully reviewed them online.As soon as my credit card was processed the communication stoped. No heads up for delivery and the appliance was mis delivered. To make matters worse it was DOA. They did virtually nothing to help. I was calling them 3 times a day for several days with limited return calls. Finally when I got someone beyond the receptionist they told me if the lights work then its not DOA. Keep in mind it did not function at all and never washed a dish... They then lied to me telling me that the manufacturer would not let them replace it only service was approved.That was an outright fabrication that I confirmed. The manufacturer had no record of any attempts from them to replace or fix this. Also they should have re delivered another unit the next day from their stock...... If I purchased a TV from Best Buy and it did not work when I first plugged it in, I would bring it back to the store and they would give me another TV on the spot...Who would service a brand new dishwasher that was a day old?I called Kitchen-aid directly and they refunded me full purchase price plus tax and then set me up with a dealer who delivered a the same model brand new a day later for less money than Arizona Wholesale. I just received the check from Kitchen-Aid and decided to help others by writing a review . If you are ok with terrible communication, mis information and no response when something goes wrong, then you are at the right place with Arizona Wholesale.... Do not make the mistake I did. There are plenty of good dealers in Scottsdale that carry top of the line products like Wolf/Sub Zero ,Viking etc...... Buy somewhere else!!

I do not recommend going here. They are very rude. I told the lady at the front desk that I had a budget of $3500 and she told me I need to go to Home Depot. Did not say hi or even get up from here chair. I guess they dont care about customer service.

I agree with the rude comments. The people at AZ wholesale treat customers with little respect. We made the mistake of making a major appliance purchase there and regret it. Kent and the customer service people do not follow up on problems and are disrespectful on the phone. Never again.
