Went in.. and like so many other places, they are of the opinion that for gamming they say you have to spend thousand bucks or close to it, to get a graphics card that will run new games. Just like all the rest of the places that a fact. Spend the money. So they are just greedy or dont know about gamming computers. What ever is their problem they are totally wrong. I finally found a place that knows what is going on with these cards. They were very very knowledgeable and told me the truth. I now have a brand new gamming computer for less than the price they would charge for just for the graphics card. And guess what. It runs all the new games just fine. I would not give these people a dime of my money

I just called and spoke with Paul to discuss the issues I was having with my Epson projector. He was extremely helpful and, even though having them fix my projector was cost prohibitive, Paul was candid about this and didnt try to get the repair work anyway, which would not have been in my best interest.Its nice to see businesses that operate this way and do whats in the best interest of the customer, even if it means not getting the work.

This is definitely a 5 STAR computer business. Im very grateful that I found Computer Bay as I need my computer for work and could not afford to be without it for 2-3 weeks, as quoted by Best Buy, and would of had to ship it out to Kentucky. I found them to be very compassionate and understanding of my situation. They had my computer back to me the next day at a fraction of the cost I would have had to spend on shipping and repairs. I was able to resume work the next day. If you want honesty, efficiency, excellent quality of work at an affordable price, and personal attention, Computer Bay provides it all.They have me as a lifetime customer.

I had considered using a national retailer to get data off of my computer that had failed but was referred to Computer Bay by a friend. Im very glad that I used them. I dropped off the computer in the morning and was able to pick it up before 5 pm on the same day. The people who helped me in the store were pleasant and helpful. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

I went in wanting a very powerful gaming computer, and that is exactly what i got. I talked to them about the parts I wanted, they ordered them for me, I wanted to learn how to build a computer and what computer components do, they accommodated me and had a person go step by step through building my own computer with me. I have no complaints about their service and would highly recommend anyone who is interested in a custom computer, or a regular one, to check them out. Fantastic service.

Computer Bay was recommended to me. They have been around for 27 years, so this is no fly-by-night company. The customer service here is superb! Paul and Joy were both very friendly and helpful. Paul spent as much time with me as needed to answer all the myriad of questions I had. I brought my desktop tower to them for hard drive and technical issues. I brought my laptop in for repair due to physical damage. Computer Bay was able to take care of both my computers in record time, without bleeding me dry financially. They are not close or convenient to me geographically speaking, but I wont take my computers anywhere else. I should share that I called some other companies, including the Geek Squad and described the physical problem with my laptop. They all told me it was toast and it would not be worth repairing. Yikes! My laptop was a gift, I couldnt have afforded it otherwise. Computer Bay was the only company who didnt tell me that Id have to get a new laptop. They were optimistic that it could be repaired and voila-it was! I have used five different computer repair techs over the years and NONE compare to the people here. CB also offers online remote support which is awesome! It a HUGE relief to know if I ever have computer problems again, I only need go to Computer Bay.
