Absolutely horrible experience. If you buy from here you are certainly not buying from Best Buy. I have a TV being delivered today and nobody is able to advise when delivery might be made or provide an order number. I will never use Magnolia and the vulture salespeople that roam the TV section of Best Buy

I have used ABT for several projects and I thought I would give Magnolia a try for my latest one. Because they were close to the house that we were redoing. I am very disappointed and will never use them again. They require 100% payment upfront before they do anything so you have no leverage. They were supposed to have my project done in one week and it ended up taking more than four weeks. In hindsight, ABT was awesome to work with by comparison. I will say that the service guys at the house did a great job but the sales people and the policies are bad.

Went to Magnolia to ask few questions about my home theater the sales man I talked to was very rude. I asked the sales man how much is a Stewart Screen CIMA 123 he said its $3,000.00 like he didnt want to be bothered or I cant afford it. Well first off they arnt $3,000 dollars I was at ABT day before and qouted me $1,400.00 I asked him to please check and he seemed to be bothered again he comes back says its $1,800.00 then says i dont know the price until i buy it really? Then I asked how much for installation for screen the rude sales men says $800.00 approx without looking at you theater room. ABT quoted me $181.00 for installation. I own a decent size landscape business if this clown was my employee I would fire him. ABT knows what they are doing these guys are clowns at Magnolia.
