I love coming to this location , the only issue I have is the young lady at the register refuses to speak even when I speak to her. She doesn’t have good customer service skills at all. I don’t like shopping in the store when she’s there. I rather spend my money at a more friendly location!!!!

Prices are comparable to other shops in the area. Return policy is stated on your receipts and if they dont have what youre looking for theyll refer you to another merchant in the area, which is rare. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable about whats in the store.

I always get what I want when Im there the staff seems to be knowledgeable on natural hair products as well as weaves wigs and things for protective styles. The price is reasonable even though I have seen some hair care products somewhere cheaper. The owner will walk with me to locate what I need or send one of his workers or try to have it in the next time that I come but through it all I really liked them and its right up the street from my house so it is convenient. Never seen it unorganized or not clean and theyre always stocking product so they are on it and thats why they get 5 stars from me. I hope your experience is good as well.

Id never gone in here before. My daughter recommended this Beauty Supply store over me going to get the very rude customer service from Sallys Beauty supply. There was this Asian man that all he was really doing was looking into something. Not sure if it was a camera to footage the people inside this business. It was rather dormant behavior to be honest. I was really hoping when my daughter referred me here it wouldve been black owned. I prefer to give monies to people that dont think because we shop in a place black and brown people are always up to no good. When I saw the very friendly cashier I was under the impression that it was a black owned business. Until I saw otherwise.

The ladies at the store was awesome, they were friendly, polite and they know the products. If I was asked, would I come back, the answer will be yes. Ladies keep up the good work😉.

Reasonably priced dyes

First time here and I was impressed. This place has a vast selection of hair care products. I did not see a wide variety of wigs which is what I came for and the reason why I gave 4 stars, but I ended buying hair products that I could not find elsewhere. I will visit again.

I was visiting and planned on making a stop to get some products for a basket I was making for a birthday present. While they were out of what I initially wanted to get, they had more than enough to substitute and the recipient loved the products that I chose. Ill be back whenever Im in town.

Spray the scents in your carpet and or in the cars air vents as some pple actually do.

My first time in that store and the young lady at the register was no good help.The hair irritates my face.

I was going to purchase a $169 dollar wig, but before purchasing it I wanted to try it on first, to make sure it looked good, because once you buy it you cant take it back. It was 7:40pm and I was told I couldnt try it on, because they have a certain time when you cant try on wigs anymore which was 7:45pm. This was very petty and the manager was rude, I was going to purchase some hair products and braiding hair as well, but I was pissed so I left the store. I will never come back again. I will spend my money elsewhere. Bad customer service!!
