I purchased headlights for my slingshot due to poor design they did not fit . After reaching out to slingshot only I was told I needed to fill out the warranty form on the website and after reviewing the details on that page I find that there is a 20% fee for returns. $1100.00 for headlights that dont fit. O but wait you cant submit the form because it doesnt work. You will receive your headlights back and I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Buyer beware: if you are thinking about purchasing here please be mindful. They are very dishonest!!! It’s ok for something to be on back order or not available but they don’t convey that to the customers. They will lie to you about dates of arrival. When we asked for a refund they told us you that the item has been shipped so we asked for a tracking number. Never received a tracking number. 2 weeks later they are saying the item is still on back order! They will blatantly lie to you!!!

Not likely to deal with slingshot only again. Mike is the only one that seems to be concerned about the customer, Oscar is always busy and hes the manager and Olivia is absolutely clueless and has very poor attitude. Ive been waiting more then a month on 2 items and if it wasnt for Mike answering the phone I would be lost. I asked Olivia to email me the tracking information and she sent me a old tracking number from a item previously delivered total unacceptable.
