Vitex mounted three challenging televisions. The installations were handled professionally and quickly - these gentleman knew what they were doing. One television was a very large and heavy 85” flat panel. They perfectly placed it! Another was an extremely thin 65” and once again, perfectly placed. The last tv had to be mounted on a lanai which required drilling through tile and into concrete - extremely challenging! Yet they handled it like it was the easiest thing ever. I could not be more pleased. Great job gentlemen! Thank you.

System Upgrade to 4G service. My service provider, Devin Dornbos, was on time, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. He went the extra mile when we needed a new Li-ion battery by returning to his shop to pick up a new one and returning to install it. I would request him for future service calls.

I had Brian from Uxari/Vitex at my home this week to activate my wi-fi Extender. He was on time, friendly and when he was finished everything in my cable/internet cabinet was neatly installed and working properly. Brian also made a connection for me to have Vitex come back to my home to install another ethernet outlet in our office. The office staff for the scheduling was also professional, prompt and easy to work with.

Robert and Randy installed my security system and cameras. First of all,from day one of ordering my system, Vitex was extremely communicative and professional. They were easy to deal with and always available to take my phone calls. I received a call two days before my appointment to remind me what time the techs would arrive. I was told I would be given a 30 minute call prior to arrival. Robert and Randy called me exactly 30 minutes before arrival and arrived right on time and ready to go. They very professionally and efficiently installed my system, and Randy spent a long time explaining to me how to operate everything and answered all my questions. After they left, I noticed that 2 of my cameras were not sending push notifications so I called Vitex to report it. Robert came back later in that SAME day and stayed at my house to troubleshoot. He spent a VERY long time (patiently) on his computer and on the phone with tech support until he was able to get a solution for me. He did this cheerfully and professionally. I was very impressed with his perseverance and his technical skills. I am very pleased with the service I received from Vitex from start to finish. Highly Recommend!

Josh installed the security and entertainment systems in our new home. He called prior to our appt time to let us know what time to expect him. He was on time and very professional while he was here. Had some wifi extenders, low voltage outlets and a home vacuum installed in my new home. Subsequently I had an alarm system installed. I was very pleased with the experience. Josh was the installer in both cases. Josh is vet competent, professional and personable. Cant say enough good things about. Anthony P was our service technician. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He installed a fire alarm monitor on our system. While doing so he found that there should have been a wireless control panel installed but wasn’t. He contacted his manager to get permission to install one and was instructed to go ahead at no cost to me. Anthony explained what he was doing and how the system works as he completed the installation. He is very personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to add a security system to their home or business.

The installer (Brian Robertson) did an excellent job of installing the wi-fi extender and making sure that everything was working properly before he left. Dealing with their corporate side was a nightmare the company didnt messed up my paperwork five times. Had to repeatedly call me back to rebill me for their screw ups. Instead of doing their job correctly the first time. I can understand one mistake but 5 different ones? On top of that had to wait over 2 months for them to finish the installation even though I paid them up front.

I spoke with Shane from Vitex last week to ask about what I needed (a WAP and moving my Frontier cable router into the closet box made for it so I could use the Cat 5), how to get it and how much it would cost. Shane answered many questions (even some I sent by email) and set up a time. Brian arrived on time and wearing safety equipment and went to work while answering more questions. My closet box went from a useless mess (left by Synergy who was hired by the builder Icon) to a clean and functioning box thanks to Brian. Shane called after Brian left to make sure that I was happy. Shane said I could call their tech department if I had questions about functionality. Vitex wasnt inexpensive but it is best to get it done right.
