An excellent experience with this company from the moment I called and talked to reception and scheduling. Very responsive, patient and able to answer questions in a professional kind manner. I was able to get my AC maintenance scheduled quickly. Grey was my technician and couldnt have been more professional and clear about how he was cleaning two of our units. He explained everything. Climatic came through! We have a maintenance agreement with Climatic and their wonderful and extremely experienced technician has been servicing our older AC for years. I am very satisfied with the results I received with Climatic Conditioning Company.I live in Cambridge Village, and just as the technician arrived to find out why my a/c wasn’t cooling, the sprinkler system came on. He suggested we put some buckets over those sprinkler heads close to the a/c unit. We did and that took care of that. David (the technician) is only 6-3 so getting to the air handler in the attic was more of a challenge, but he managed, and thanks to his efforts, I’m cool again.Before I moved to North Carolina, thirty years ago, Climatic was the only a/c company I used for the several different houses I owned, and will be again.

David, the technician, was right on time. I just purchased the home and I had no idea what shape the A/C unit was in. I have a split system and David cleaned both units. He did many tests and explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He told me my capacitor might need replacing soon so I decided to replace it during this visit as the cost was very reasonable. My air went out on a Saturday evening. So I called Climatic as they installed my system 3 years ago. Luis P. Promptly called me back and he determined it was probably a part failure and that he would need to come out. Since the temp was rising quickly I asked him if he could come out right away. He confirmed that he could and arrived at 9:15pm right on time. He was professional, courteous and quickly fixed my problem. He’s a young man with a family so I was very appreciative that he left his family on a Saturday evening to help me. I was promised, when I purchased this system, that their maintenance department is available 24/7 but thought I would put that promise to the test. Patrick fixed a clog in condensate line that prior A/C company failed to identify during routine check. I am so grateful I gave Climatic a try a coming home to a flooded apartment would have been awful. The the professionals at the other A/C company were nice but at the end of the day they did not solve my problem. Patrick was straight forward and got the clog blown out with nitrogen in a short period of time. Now my AC is running terrific. Thank you

The technician Louis P. was supposed to be here between 11&1 and didnt arrive until 3 pm. When he did arrive he was on the phone most of the time talking with I assume his boss, because he had no clue what he was doing. After 2 hours he determined the issue was in the thermostat wiring and supposedly got the heater working but after 2.5 hours the temp never came up and all the unit was doing was blowing cold air. I shut it off and called someone that actually knows what hes doing and I will be going with him to fix the problem. All of this and Climatic installed both the inside and outside unit with a supposed warranty but when we ask whats covered under warranty the office cant tell us. We will not be using this company ever again!!!!

Good, timely response to blower failure Jan 2020

We called today with an unusual service need and Ben arrived here within two hours. He was extremely professional, taking the time to listen carefully to the details of our experience, collecting his own observations and consulting on the telephone with a peer before giving us a well-reasoned opinion. We are very impressed with Climatic, and have been loyal, satisfied customers for many years.

We paid $228 to have someone unclog our drain line which wasn’t even the reason it wasn’t turning on. I could have done this with a $3 bottle of bleach. The tech did it without telling us how much it was going to cost. If I would have known it was going to cost that I would have told him to leave. You be the judge on how much your repair will cost you if there really is something wrong with your AC. I would never call them again.
