Great products, excellent prices and even better service. Im building a large dock for my house and have (so far) bought the pilings and wrap for it from them. I swear that when I talk to Marie, the manger of the Sarasota branch, that I am the only customer she has. She spent all the time I needed when talking with me. I cant say enough good things about her or the company. I was treated like an old friend. Marie, knows her products, is informative, thorough and personable. The delivery guy was great too! I couldnt ask for anything more from them.

I highly recommend Southern Pine Lumber, Sarasota. Top notch company with top notch employees. Marie was awesome, she knows her product lines inside and out. She made great recommendations specific to my needs. We had one damaged board (not Southern Pines fault) and Marie had a replacement board on the way within an hour. Unbelievable! Cant say enough good things about this company and the excellent service they provide. Not to mention the product itself...far superior to anything you could purchase at the big box stores.Thank you Marie!

A huge difference compared to a big box store. I was buying decking material. First of all they have samples of every color, brand and every style. They also have information brochures available. I was treated as if my sale was important to them even though it was relatively small. I was surprised that the price was significantly less than that at the big boxes. My needs for delivery and timing were accommodated with no problem. Marie is an excellent communicator and made everything smooth and easy.

Needed a few quotes for some upcoming projects so I emailed Marie. Her knowledge of the industry as well as her customer service skills are top notch! If you are looking for quality lumber this is the place!
