I had a bobcat rental arranged to use over the holiday weekend, with pick up on Saturday morning. when I showed up, I found a handwritten sign taped to the front door that said they had decided to take the weekend off. No one was there to get my rental from. I called their number and it went to a answering machine. I have never heard back from them to apologize or to explain what happened. Not having that equipment available as promised cost me a hundred and forty bucks in pay to workers that couldnt be utilized.

Jeff makes this place worth going to. Straight forward information and honest. The old mechanic in the back shop knows his stuff too, he fixed my equipment problem fast (over the phone ! ). These two are the backbone of this business and it would not be worth visiting without them!

I brought my weed eater in for a new fuel line which is about a half hour job because Ive had it done before so I dropped it off on 7/26 they said they would call me when it was done 10 days later I called them and he put me on hold for 10 minutes I called back they told me that it would be done today I said you mean you havent even worked on it yet his reply was it will be done in minutes so that tells me that they arent very efficient...
