I sent my .22 speed master into title 2 to get fixed... cost me about 200$I sent my .22 to get fixed 2 years ago in October and I’ve yet to get my .22 backLast time I talked to title 2, I was speaking to the owner and he was being so rude, saying how I shouldn’t tell him how to do his job, how I shouldn’t be talking to him that wayAnd all I asked was I want my gun back because you guys won’t fix itI’m over the refund I just want my gun back

Dropped off 5 guns for cerakoteGun 1 shotgun = cerakoted wrong color , lost choke and sights. I asked for them to just mail me the sites back (which were only 20$) owner said he would not mail them i needed to drop off the shotgun and he would get around to ordering replacements and his current lead time was 6 weeks.Gun 2 bolt gun = cerakote came out ok, but gun was returned improperly assembled and non functional. Barrel was obstructed from blasting process.Gun 3 AR = cerakote came out okGun 4 AR = lower was bent and and needed to be replaced, gun returned non functional. Owner said that we was not able to remove the buffer assembly because it was lock-tited. Which may have been true, not sure. What i do know is after being told that the gun was finished 2 twice driving to the shop to find out it was not, I finally just took the gun back as I was going hunting. When I arrived at the hunting spot I test fired it to at that point find out it was bent t the point it would no longer function. When I took it to a licensed gun smith he removed the buffer assuming less than 2 minutes in front of me. It is possible that the previous process loosened it. However when all of this was brought to the owner he did offer to fix it. But with the caviot that I needed to drop them all off and he would get to them whenever he had time, but he was at least 6 to 8 weeks out and my schedule wasnt his problem. At this point we were going on 3 months for just paint so... i saw where this was going.Gun 4 pistol = was told it was finished went down there it wasnt. Then after a brief scare that it had been stolen it was returned and the cerakote looked great, however iron sights were improperly re assembled and at 10 yards not even on paper. Had to buy the vice to reassemble them. Not the end of the world.Gun 5 glock = came out great as far as cerakote, was supposed to fix a rmr elevation (or lack there of) issue, that did not happen. To be fair at this point i didnt even mention it.With all of these issues I decided to just cut my losses and call it a day. I asked for a refund on the single gun that was not cerakoted , the shops response was they dont do refunds. Ok fine put my credit on a gift card to the store and I will give it away to a Mutual friend. No to that as well. Personally the juice wasnt worth squeeze

This isnt your Normal Gun Shop..... If you want over priced and crapy guns go find another gun shop. Title 2 are professionals, who know what they are doing and have some of the Best Deals and unique firearms in town. If you want to learn about an NFA items talk to Chris hes an expert and will help you purchase one. *NOTE* the Items he sells are NOT your average run of the mill gear, Title 2 caters to Special Operations, Completion Shooters, Military and Police. This is how I found them, I was looking for some gear before I deployed. They helped me and got it to me before I left. Awesome Shop! Thanks again guys.

Ordered ammo shipped out that day got it in 3 days

These are some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. I paid in full for a pair of knives MONTHS ago and they never shipped them. I finally gave up and filed a PayPal dispute.They started texting someone we both know, calling me a thief.I tried to call them to clear things up, resent more money, and these guys just kept being combative and rude. I never got the knives and just said they should keep them. It’s been over 8 months of back and forth.I would highly recommend avoiding these folks in general. It’s not worth the frustration.

Awesome experience! The owner is a no pressure educator for your firearm needs. Hes probably forgotten more about guns and ballistics than most people know. Will be back again... and again... and again... and repeat. Highly recommended.
