Awesome location. The store is super clean everyone who works there is very friendly. My husband bought me a bracelet for Valentine’s Day and it was a little bit too short, they were amazing they were quick got me in and out switched out the bracelet for one a little bit longer. As well as help me find a proper cleaning kit for the jewelry. I absolutely love the jewelry and we will be back again.

I bought items online with Pandora and was told the easiest way to return/exchange them was in store and was directed from the Pandora site to go to this store at the UTC mall only to be told by the sales woman she couldn’t help me with return of one charm due to it now being on sale and the exchange of the bracelet. She was extremely rude and brushed me off quickly as soon as she took a quick glance at the items. Her only solution was for me to return everything via mail and I was extremely displeased. Kept on saying it was “a loss for her store” when I bought them from Pandora not understanding how an exchange is such a loss for the company but I will not return to this store. Get nicer employees maybe you’ll make more sales.

I stopped in after seeing the Star Wars collection advertisement in the window.I was helped by Veronika to pick out a bracelet for my wife for our wedding anniversary. We both returned a few days later so my wife could make some revisions to her liking. Veronika again was there to help make the perfect bracelet. Happy wife with her new Star Wars bracelet. Thank You Veronika! Your kindness and help was very much appreciated.

Lost my grandparents dec. 18th 2020 due to covid 😭💔 its been really hard on me since they’ve been gone & since I have my grandmothers Pandora bracelets (because jewelry was our thing🥲) my moms best friend & her family had sent me this charm in memory of them 🥰 👼 & I absolutely love it 🥰💜

Solid service and advice combined with very nice jewelry makes this a great place for gifts for almost any occasion. Joana is always super helpful and patient. In addition, they have an easy return or exchange policy for items that don’t quite match the recipient’s taste.

Overall experience was good. I ordered a gift for my wife and selected pickup in store. This was my first time in a Pandora.Store was clean and organized, it did take a little time to approach me, though when she did she help she was very professional.I inquired about charms to add to my wifes new bracelet and I was shown how to add them on and how to open the bracelet clasp.To finish it off my items were bagged and ready to hand off in gift style wrapping and box. I would, and do intend to shop at this store again.

We walked in, and they did not even acknowledge us as we walked around they didn’t even look up from the counter. We were in the store for all of five minutes before deciding to not give them our business because they would not serve us or acknowledge us. There were only a few other people in the store so there was no reason they couldn’t of said anything to us especially on a busy Saturday night they should have more people to greet and assist customers. They lost our business as of tonight we were planning on buying a full charm bracelet or a ring and they did not even look up from the counter very irritating and rude.As someone who’s worked retail I’ve learned to multitask so that all clients feel greeted and acknowledged. They could’ve at least said hello and asked what we were looking for or told us that they were busy and would be with us momentarily

Ok I am Giving this 3 stars at this time BECAUSE!When I come in and I spend $400 , and they. place this nice lol gift bag on the tray next to my 7 charms Im buying , so Im thinking kewl thats nice, a free gift!!!! Nope was a keychain(charm clip opener/brush cleaner set, was nice! Then the girl says oh thats $15.00 REALLY I just spent 400$!!!! yall need to think about your promotions.....mind you The Staff was Amazing n Friendly , I have been in retail my whole life, the girl was great, but you know they getting commission. So I was a bit disappointed! I run my own business and I give away free product to those who spend a certain amount! I would have told everyone !! Yes go here if u spend this much $$$ you get this cute lol kit free its do worth it! Word of mouth is everything! I am about to start a new Charm bracelet, but serious mixed feels , bet I can find a shop that sells Pandora n get something nice as a gift when I spend 4 or 500 dollars...but I do love Pandora!!

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with Pandora and now they will never see another penny from me. I bought my fiancé earrings from this location for Christmas. Before she even wore them she realized they were beginning to tarnish and had a chip in them. She didn’t wear them and we tried to return them today with the receipt in hand. At first the girl told us she would take care of it, but then after every employee in the store had a convention about our issue in the corner, she returned saying she could not do anything for us and handed us a card with their customer service hotline on it. She also told us not to keep the earrings in the box as it will cause them to tarnish. How are you even going to say that? That’s like selling me a car and then telling me I can’t drive it cause it might get damaged. With a company as large as Pandora, I would expect better service. I’m very disappointed with this experience and we will NOT be spending any more money with this company.

I buy a bracelet and ask if I could have it gift wrapped. They say sure, no problem . I pay for the bracelet and ask again for the gift wrap and now the say were out of gift wrap paper... ok

I took my young daughter in to shop for a surprise birthday gift for her and the experience was beyond super! The associates were very patient while my little girl looked and touched every charm that was in the display cases. The associates even suggested some charms that would complement the ones that she has already. My daughter was thrilled and it made her day and mine too!

The first time my son and I walked in here, we were completely ignored for over 10 minutes before leaving. I needed a last minute charm for a Christmas gift and gave them another chance. I was acknowledged rather promptly this time. Girls working there could have been a bit friendlier. It was the Christmas season after all and the store only had one other customer in it.

Awful experience! Online hours (store and UTC Mall sites) AND signs on mall doors stated closing time was 10pm. We approached the store at 9:20pm and an associate rushed to the door and literally closed it in our faces (as she rudely escorted another couple out of the store) When we attempted to ask a question about the specific ring we wanted to purchase (no browsing necessary) we were told to look online. No worries, my money spends just as well elsewhere. *As I cannot reply to your comment, I will add here * Im not going to drive all the way there to take a picture of the door but will add at a later date. What a fantastic experience! My girlfriend got me a bracelet and ring for our anniversary and says she had the best experience. She was overwhelmed but this very sweet guy, Nicholas, helped her get me the PERFECT pear shaped ring! We went in today to return the bracelet (cause I’m picky and prefer the sliding style lol) and not only did Nicholas come over from his customers after recognizing her and say he was so pleased to meet me and was glad I loved the ring, but the lady helping us with our exchange, Marcy, was super nice and knowledgeable. She was able to have me try on another style and even showed me the clasp openers available after I told her I almost broke a nail trying to pry it open. We will most definitely be back to get charms and such for other special occasions! 😍

The service was great. My daughter wanted to make a purchase and every associate working was looking for the last item in inventory. Highly recommend this store and the staff.

If I could rate a zero I would. The employees and managers need to figure out their offers and rules. I received something for Christmas and wanted to return it, I had told the employee and she asked the manager and they said they would only give store credit. We agreed that was reasonable, so we took a booklet and picked out the charms we wanted. Came back to the store the next day explained our problem again to the pandora store and said they would give us store credit. After we told them the charms we had chosen they only had 1 out of the 7 we had picked out. We then decided to take advantage of their 45% off and choose their retired charms, after spending 2 hours picking out our charms they said we couldnt use the store credit toward the purchase. We called the store we had bought the charm from, they agreed that the STORE CREDIT can be used for anything in the store and agreed to let us return the product where we bought it for our money back. The manager Katie was the most disrespectful manager I have ever met. She rolled her eyes and had the snobbiest attitude toward me and my boyfriend; as if we had no idea what these cost. Upon leaving the store I turned around to notice the employees and they were all laughing at us and shaking their heads like they had just screwed us over and were happy about it. Pandora is an expensive brand to most people and the fact that she gave us nothing but attitude made me never want to shop pandora again and return the bracelets I already own. Do not give your money to this place.

Bought $1000 jewelry over years broken bracelet rude people. All My info was wiped out of computer. never had problems before even manager couldnt explain where my bracelet info I was wearing went hmmm. wouldnt take my email showing I was just there in August. Bad business pandora UTC mall bad business. Where was my info.

I have been shopping at pandora for 10 plus years and my mother, grandmother, aunt and I love pandora jewelry and have had great customer service at many locations including this location at UTC in Sarasota Florida. That is until today. I went in for a new bracelet for my elderly grandmother and was treated horribly by employee Kisha and manager Michelle. Michelle had initially tried to help us when we walked in quite curtly and then passed us off to Kisha for no reason it seemed since she continued to stand around after having Kisha take over. Kisha by far had no customer service experience it seemed since she didn’t bother to look anything up for us nor did she seem like she wanted to be helping us at all. When Kisha was struggling to find what we were looking for Michelle who was looking over at us did not bother to help. Overall very displeased with our visit today. Again not to say that we don’t love pandora jewelry, and hopefully this store location will provide better service in the future.

I talked to 3 different sales associates trying to buy charms for Christmas and they were very rude. They couldn’t even help me even though they were standing around doing nothing. No one is in line but I had to put my name on a list and wait for someone to help me. I knew what I wanted. Marcy avoided me, which was very rude. The lady at the front of the store Julia told us Marcy would help us when we walked in and when I asked Julia 35 mins later where we were on the waiting list she said she had never seen me before????!!! Very unfortunate that I wanted to spend a lot of money in here but was treated so badly..... I spent 45 mins in there waiting to be helped. After I finally received help they were out of the 2 charms I wanted. Need new employees. If they want to be in customer service they need to know how to take care of the customers. Very disappointed.

Really pretty setup! And amazing costumer service.

I have been to this store many times and it is hit or miss with customer service. Some days are good and some are very bad. Went in yesterday and there were at least 10 team members... only 3 customers. No one greeted me or the other customer that walked in right behind me... I then wanted to see a bracelet and could not find anyone in the store willing to even acknowledge my presence. They were too busy talking amongst themselves. After waiting 10 min.... I literally walked out and ended up purchasing a bracelet from a jewelry store next door.

Spoke to Dara, the manager, on the phone about a security chain that I needed. She told me “sorry to rush you off the phone but I have 30 people in store waiting and I can’t help you right now”. It was so incredibly rude! I am a customer too! You wouldn’t tell a person in the store “I’m sorry I don’t have time to assist you, go buy it online”. I planned on coming in store to buy the chain, but now I’d rather not.

Im giving only one star because the store manager is too rude. When I arrived at the premises very good attention from the person who attended me after a few minutes when I am trying to select the products that I was going to buy the manager ordered the person to pick up the product from the counter and store it. I found it very rude thing that did not happen with 2 clients who like me were buying the difference is that I am Latin and they are American. He gave them the opportunity to choose. It is a pity that Pandora who sells wonderful products allows these things to happen. Madam manager I am Latina but I work here in this country a lot. You should never wear it because of the way you dress or the appearance of people. I dedicate myself to caring for people and I can teach you how people should be treated. In fact I hope you have been satisfied with my purchase that cost little money. Please do not allow us to discriminate no matter where we were born, or what we do.
