But their employee, Don Shapiro, who had done above and beyond to help me find my product even when his company doesn’t have itMr. Shapiro give me all his time to help me find the company carry my product he even took the time and the efforts to call me and email me the contact information the company carries my product.Mr. Shapiro was extremely attentive and he listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. I sincerely appreciate Mr. Shapiro efficient, gracious customer service, the level of detail and the highest level of professionalism.He did all this without me being their own customer and I can image the great service they will provide their own customers
