Handcrafted Iron Doors has been an excellent company to do business with. Rick Reid is the owner and he personally helped us to custom design our front door. We had a single door with two side windows and an arched window above. When it came time for installation, the installers stayed all day and very late into the evening to make sure we had our new door installed. Our door is a massive and very heavy front door. It has hurricane glass and hurricane bolts on the inside. Believe me, this door isn’t going anywhere during a storm. The door comes with a 2 year warranty on the paint and glass and a 5 year warranty on the door parts. We’ve only had two issues after having the door a couple of years and it had to do with two different locks on the door. I called and spoke with Jessica, who is wonderful to speak with, and each time she called Rick who came out to our house within an hour. Rick fixed the lock right then and there. These doors are beautiful doors but what’s even better are the people at Handcrafted Iron Doors. I highly recommend them!

Handcrafted Iron Doors replaced my entry door in August of 2021. They did a fantastic job. First rate people, excellent workmanship in the demolition and rebuilding of the threshold, and an absolutely amazing front door (and side pool door too). Each door weighed almost 1,000lbs and they installed them perfectly. Beautifully done!

Handcrafted Iron Doors installed our new single entry front door about 2 weeks ago. There were a few installation issues but they were right on it and came out immediately to fix. Mind you, we are 2 1/2 hours away from them. Love, Love, Love my new front door!!!! Will post pics when the stucco, etc. has been repaired.

My husband and I are immensely pleased with the magnificent doors that were built and installed by Handcrafted Iron Doors. Our project started with the design process. We had access to many different style doors, and we were able to select the elements we wanted to design a unique set of arched, 12-foot double doors. The installers were also amazing. They had to remove not only our existing doors but also our transom, which was a separate element and quite difficult to manage. The installers sealed off the work area to prevent dust from spreading throughout our house, and they did a great job cleaning up. The entrance to our house is now a show stopper, and we have had many complements about our doors.

There were such a variety of lovely designs it was hard to choose--but we did and WOW! Our Handcrafted Iron Doors have both curb appeal and look fabulous from the inside looking out. This company was also so good to work with the whole process was a pleasure. BEST of all, they made sure our doors were installed with care. HIGHLY Recommend Handcrafted Iron Doors!

Horrible Experience! They broke my glass installing and never ordered the glass for 6 months! They almost held up the closing on my home because of their incompetence. They never finished the surface of my doors. They sent a team out and forgot that I ordered 2 iron doors. Door has been in place for almost 18 months and I get no response from the owner. BUYERS BEWARE Good luck doing business with them!!
