When the time came to install their template person did very thorough measurements and double and sometime triple checked his numbers. Based on the reviews we decided to stop in while searching for a stone top and accessories for our master bathroom remodel. We were not disappointed. Ours was not the biggest project and budget. Ricardo was informative, not pushy and very patient while we went through practically the whole inventory. We went with one of his suggestions and our bathroom looks great. I had an under quartz counter, sink installed in 2004. When installed, only epoxy was used. The sink also contained a garbage disposal so that after a few years, the epoxy failed. I had the sink epoxied again and it failed again. I contacted a number of organizations and after looking at pictures and a description of the problem the contacts did not respond or return calls. All Granite was recommended to me by a very satisfied customer with a similar problem. I called All Granite and had a good conversation with Priscila, sent her pictures and she came back very quickly with three options and estimates to fix. I selected an option and worked with Ty to schedule the repair. The repair team showed up as promised went over the repair including a very nice device that provided the required support for the sink/disposal system. The repair team did an outstanding job and provided a life time guarantee. The entire experience was outstanding, all were responsive, hands on skilled, professional in every respect. I given the entire Team the highest possible rating and would recommended them with out exception.

I have remodeled my entire house and All Granite handled 2 bathroom counters and my kitchen counters! They were great from the initial picking out of my granite (which they saved me over $1200 by suggesting I drive to one of the granite places in St Pete they use!) With friendly and efficient ladies behind the counter! All the way through to the installation which was on time and beautifully done every time. I can, without reservation, recommend All Granite to anyone!

Tay was our sales rep and was exceptional. She made the whole process easy and pleasant. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs and followed through on everything. We went there twice to meet with them to pick out the granite. They were very accommodating. Installation was awesome. We had a 70”x106” granite slab for our island. They did it in just one piece with no seams. It took 7 of them to get it in the house and install it on the island! They also did our window sills and shower threshold and knee wall in granite. Easy as could be from start to finish! After going to a few different places, I stopped in at All Granite and Marble and quickly realized I could get more than I thought from them. We just moved into a new house after deciding to downsize, and have quite a few projects to make this home perfect for us, but wanted to adhere to the budgets we set. I wanted quartz countertops, but didnt think it would be in our budget, but was pleasantly surprised when I realized All Granite and Marble could make it happen. I brought in my dimensions, put down a deposit and set a date for after my appliance delivery to have the template made. Template was done on a Tuesday, and the following Tuesday I had new quartz countertops that are perfect!Family run, they do everything in house so they can deliver what they promise. Employees were friendly, helpful, and extremely efficient. I have already recommended them to others, and will continue to do so. I will be back to see them very soon for another smaller project. If I could give more stars I would as they definitely deserve them!

There are many granite/quartz/marble companies around town (and we visited several), but we chose All Granite & Marble for our bathroom remodel & backsplash for our outdoor bbq area. They have a nice showroom, lots of great options from full slabs to remnants of many sizes & colors, friendly knowledgeable staff, competitive pricing, and a fast turnaround time. We are very happy with our decision, you will be too.

All I can say is every company should have customer service like these folks. Recently they subcontracted through our outdoor kitchen installer to do the counters. There was a communication glitch and we needed a fix to the hole fabricated in the granite for our outlet. I contacted them and they responded within 60 seconds via phone and the owner himself came and fixed it the very next business day. Not only is their communication and service great, the kitchen counters are beautiful and nicely installed. THANK YOU for being awesome!

Im just so impressed with All Granite and Marble. I called with an urgent need for new Quartz counters for a rental apartment where the formica counters had been damaged by a tenant. I called Priscilla and was pleasantly surprised when she said she could help me in a hurry by using one of their many remnants. I picked out the material and she made it happen. The price was extremely fair too and they were able to supply the stainless steel undermount sink. So easy!It took only 6 days from start to finish and the results and workmanship are sensational. I am a repeat customer of All Granite and Marble and need to have a 48 vanity top fabricated. Small job and wont take a lot of their time to do. I have been trying for 6 weeks to get a quote and nobody is returning my calls. I feel that unless it is a big job they really arent intested in repeat business or loyal customers. The lack of communication is very frustrating! I would not recommend using this company unless you have alot of patience and like getting the run around.

They play bite and hook game. We are in process of building the house. We stop at the shop to get estimate. We had house plans. They gave estimate $900. When time came to do template they came up with estimate $1500-$1900. Wow. Our kitchen doubled in size! We bought countertops in Home Depot to safe on time, money, and frustration. And guess what? Our kitchen is still the same size It did not grow!!
