I will never step foot in your Walgreens again!! My insulin arrived at my house I was shorted the needles I need to. inject the insulin. At first the pharmacist was ok I ran to grab a drink and came back then she wanted a piece of identification that I dont think even exists all of that for nothing I apologised to her for serving and left. I told the manager on duty about . I wish they would not profile people. The Walgreens down the street took care of me just fine.

The pharmacy staff is wonderful. The pharmacists are exceptionally compassionate and remember the little details about you and make it a personalized experience every time. The store is very clean and neat and always stocked well with good options in all departments. The older female cashier up front with the long dark hair is the nicest person and I enjoy our interactions. My favorite Walgreens ever.

Typically a wonderful store with all great employees, except for one shift lead, Dan.Absolutely the rudest, most unprofessional, employee I have ever seen at this store. He was barking orders at a 66 year old gentlemen in front of me and then proceedes to not give back the gentlemens change. Walking away and never comes back. Had to get another employee to get the change back. Absolutely ridiculous

The new female pharmacist has no empathy for anyone. Needed help with my prescription and she flat out refused when she could have made an exception. Terrible customer service. There was a blonde pharmacist whom used to work here and she was great... This new woman is such a disappointment. Oh and if you try to place a formal complaint through their website the form doesnt even work. I tried it on chrome, safari and explorer just to be sure it wasnt my browser. Awful.

I love Walgreens, Because Walgreen employees has a very nice Greetings when you walk in. And they are Willing to help you when you ask. I give them a 5 stars anytime...

Exceptional pharmacy and staff!! Everyone is kind, attentive and professional. The pharmacy goes out of their way to provide excellent service and are genuinely nice people. Very grateful we have them in our community.

Had to pick up prescription for my son. Staff was very helpful and informative. Would recommend for anyone needing to put in a prescription!

Went in for coffee that was on sale. They had it! Check out was quick and easy. Very friendly gal at the register.

I have to say this is one of the finest WALGREENS in Sarasota.Its one of the newly designed stores and it is anything but drab like all the other Walgreen stores.Service is timely,personal and attentive.A great place for what ails you.
