They turn around jobs quickly, they are accurate in fulfilling all project details, and their services are well priced. This was my first time going to a professional printing/copying business and I was not disappointed! The staff was so knowledgeable about the process and so helpful! I was printing my 190 pages thesis for college and they helped me through the whole process of printing on special paper, color, black and white, and the binding process. I got my entire 190 page printing job done for under $20 bucks (including computer usage charge) and the staff made it so easy! I def recommend calling first if you’ve never done it or unsure and they’ll help you. 10/10 would go back.

Honestly, it has been a long time since I have had such a Wonderful Experience at a place of business. I came in to attempt to get a very special book put together for a family celebration. From beginning to end, the process was seemless and not stressful at all. I knew in my head what I wanted but actually putting the book together was something I knew I couldnt do. I worked specifically with two people - June Moore and Dave Clough. June sat with me and we discussed the premise and she advised that Dave would be the person putting it together and he would work his magic - as he certainly did! When I came in to see the First Draft, I was absolutely blown away. It was like Dave read my mind. The book was exactly how I wanted it to look. With a few things rearranged and pictures added, it is just Perfect. I also asked if they put salutations inside Christmas cards and printed return addresses on the back of the envelopes and also, if they could make up labels from a picture on the card that I want to put onto the envelope - no problem for any of these requests and, again, a job Well Done. I first worked with Performance Copy to get my bachelors thesis bound - which they did in record time, creating copies for me to proudly show to my academic committee. As a young artist entering into the vending sphere, I needed to get a heaping amount of prints made which would be high enough quality for me to sell at events. I had no history in art printing, file resizing, etc. - for weeks, the employees emailed with me and answered my dozens of questions and inquiries into the services and process. They were always exceptionally warm and responsive, and I just picked up my prints, which look absolutely amazing. I had no idea they would be of such quality, and I have no doubt that my customers will be pleased. Astounding. Exceptional is an understatement. ~18,000 page printing job completed in 1 day, 1st run in 30 minutes, despite it pushing their machines to their limits!!!!!!! Randy and Dan (the owner) plus staff are beyond expectations, they are truly outstanding human beings and work tirelessly from the heart to ensure whatever is important to you is equally or more important to them, far exceeding even the already industry leading standards they set and expectations from the promises they make, coming in almost 2 days early on a 3 day massive printing job!!! I wish there were more words to describe the experience, but to say they deliver would be like saying the sun is hot!!!!!!!... Their attention to detail is more than remarkable just as much as their speed to completion and delivery of unanticipated value (unheard of in the world practically, only the very best know and do this!), to say they go above and beyond even the already high bar they set for themselves, for example Randy was nervous about completing the job on time and it being perfect, so he made the first run instantly and then stayed late at night to get it done way ahead of time just to be sure there were no issues because of the size and complexity of the project. 3,371 black-and-white text pages with pictures + 1,040 color pictures (4,411 pages) x 4 copies (17,644 pages in total... 4 x 4,411), all in .pdf format, all needing to be 3 hole punched, and the color copies needed to be physically 3 hole drilled because the color printing machine could not use pre-drilled 3 hole punched paper, vs. the black-and-white that could use pre-drilled paper, and the orientation of all pages in the .pdf files needed to be portrait but despite the pages being a hodge-podge mix of portrait and many randomly landscape oriented pages, Randy was able to set the printing machine to override all orientation of pages to portrait to save several hours of work to reorient the pages manually!!!!!!! All glory to God for Randy and Dan!!!!!!! Truly they are amongst the best service professionals and human beings I have ever encountered, and are even more quiet and humble than they are professional and competent, not to mention by far the best value going (50% less than Staples corporate for the same job in less than 1/2 the time!!!!!!!)!!!!!!!... to say they are the only game in town if you are looking for the best of everything, just as their cards say, GREAT PRICES, GREAT QUALITY, OUTSTANDING SERVICE, which is rare that the marketing equals the delivery but even more so in their case because they far exceed it, bottom line, quite literally, being that they have to be experienced to be believed, and I am certain you will send your friends and family plus everyone else after you experience them, my case (literally) being 2 years in the making and more important to me (children) than anything I could possibly imagine, and they took it equally serious, not even knowing that I had zero funds but was borrowing them to get the job done, hallelujah Jesus for your faithful servants at Performance Copying & Printing for their love of others as much as or greater than themselves, even down to the details of how meticulously they sorted and organized all ~18,000 pages by individual boxes, fully collated, ready for filing, thank You LORD!!!!!!!

During this coronavirus time, I decided to put money into a business I thought that could satisfy my needs in regards to printing service. After receiving, my product I express great concerns and expressed that I wasn’t satisfied with the job. This company has no regards towards customers when it comes to customers unsatisfactory concerns. They offer no refund but otherwise try to make you spend more money on top of the garbage they’ve already created. I’m highly upset that I spent a lot of money on garbage that I have no use for. Be aware.
