As a B&B owner myself I must say this place was really great! It has everything to offer. Location, great wines, great food and entertainment. We cancelled our reservations both nights at other restaurants and stayed there instead. Great staff too! I’ll definitely be back!

Stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. Quaint room, a little noisy from the traffic, but we both are heavy sleepers so it didnt bother us at all. Location is convenient to downtown and attractions. Quaint room, had the $5 burgers and bottomless mimosas one night for dinner and I highly recommend both! Will definitely come back and stay again!

CUTE place! Stopped In for some lattes and a breakfast sandwich. The batista made our coffees perfect! The have almond milk and oak milk only.....which is fine for me since thats what I normally request. The breakfast sandwich was good (my only suggestion would have been to bring it out a little hotter.....nevertheless it wasnt cold and had good flavor.). Offers outdoor and indoor seating...... Parking is limited on site but there is a large parking area across the street. They also rent rooms out here .....and they look nice in photos. The only reason I didnt give it a five was because we were greeted right away but I watched a table be seated and it took about 15 min for them to be acknowledged...... and she said *sorry we are still setting up*. It was 11am and opened at 9am.

Interesting place, definitely unique. Live entertainment was good, didnt eat but what I saw looked good, though over priced (I did look at the menu). There just didnt seem to be a clear flow to the place. Open court yard, situated between two separate buildings, one being the restaurant/kitchen, the other bar/cafe which results with the staff frantically running back and forth through the crowded courtyard, with food/drinks in hand. Busing tables appeared to be sort of juggling act for the staff struggling to pull the door open (one would think theyd install a foot pull?) while carrying dirty dishes. I think theres alot of room for improvement with operations/logistics. All that said, I would go back.

Definitely unsatisfied with time between ordering and arrival of food, on a basic order. No silverware or napkins given with food. Lack of knowledge (staff) on non-alcoholic beverages/the availability. No fans, all outside, no mosquito keep away devices. Staff was polite, the half of sandwich I ate was good, atmosphere was good. Happy this place is opening LGBTQ+ friendly.

Bad customer service and extremely slow.Came on Saturday at about 10:45 for brunch, was met with an empty restaurant and no waiter or host and no indication of where to sit. Eventually waitress popped her head out of the bar and told us to sit anywhere, so we sat inside. And waited. And waited. For close to 10 minutes. I eventually had to walk back outside to find someone. And I couldnt. Eventually (I keep saying that word. Notice a theme?) a scruffy, teenager (no mask, no waiter outfit) came in and gave us menus and took our drink orders and came back 5 minutes later and took our food order (didnt write it down). Then came the long wait, 30 minutes for the food. Which he brought without silverware, which was another 5 minute wait. The side of toast I ordered was also not brought. By now the eggs Benedict was lukewarm. And besides, thoroughly average. The toast didnt come out with the silverware, and when asked was told was coming. It took another 10 minutes. For toast. Unbuttered. By then the food, which was not generously portioned, was half eaten and cold. Refills on coffee were never offered.A woman actually dressed like a waitress (with mask hanging from her chin) eventually came around after the food was done asked us how we were doing and leaned in to take some plates right up in my face.We left an hour, 15 minutes later severely disappointed and annoyed. At least the food was relatively cheap.2 stars. Mostly for the ambiance, which youll get a lot of, because most of your time wont be spent eating.

·VERY DISAPPOINTING, first of all: extremely noisy, not only cause you have the bar downstairs but because is just next to a busy road, you will hear the traffic 24/7 and everyday of the week. We choose the king bed suite, but they gave us a queen small room ( see photos) we called the owner and she said booking doesn’t allow you to choose the room, I proved to her that she was wrong and she didn’t apologize or offer us a reduction for the room ( so we payed the price for the king room and we got an small , old room). I was extremely disappointed with this place. Try to avoid it, there is many other options that worth more your money...

The August Ringling Room.On a whim not knowing where to stay, I booked The Reserve to surprise my husband. What a gorgeous room over a quaint wine and craft beer bar/book store with a coffee bar on site, all set in the old Ringling Brother’s circus homes. Joe was amazing as was Amber ( I really hope I got her name right, we were drinking vino!)So kind and accommodating! Above board. The bed was melt in perfect. The updated on suite bathroom, let’s just say well done!! Gorgeous local artwork on display and for sale.Live music Saturday night, we danced our tushes off!
