Having tea at Elixir was a lovely experience. The teas were delicious, and Priyanka was very nice. My daughter especially enjoyed her bubble tea. Our sandwiches and salad were tasty and satisfying. All the food was very fresh. The desserts were decadent, except the sugar free dessert my daughter ordered. It tasted better than I expected for sugar free. I was pleasantly surprised. I loved the beach room. It is beautiful and tranquil. We got a peek at the music-themed room and it is so cool! We are musicians, so of course we appreciated that. I would highly recommend for a relaxing, quiet dining experience. It was a great place to take my mom, since she cant hear well in loud places, and I prefer quiet too.

Beautiful place! Very cozy and different, great for tea with friends. There are different rooms with cute couchs and tables to drink your tea. Boba is super fresh. If youre more into hot teas, there is a wide selection of those too. There is delicious cakes too!

Great food! It was plenty. Bruschetta, chicken salad croissant, cold cuts with bread… and such yummy desserts. The tea was great too. Atmosphere and service amazing. Definitely recommend.

Just went here the other night with my two friends after they mentioned how amazing it was. They were definitely right! Extremely well priced, cozy atmosphere, and semi-private rooms to start you off. The tea was absolutely fantastic as well. We booked a full tea today not knowing what to expect. It was unbelievable!!! Pryanka was the sweetest. She served us champagne to start and had made all the most delicious array of sandwiches we could have ever imagined. The sweet treats were a colorful and delectable combination of the most gorgeous sugary creations right down to Madeline’s and scones complete with Devonshire cream and jam.The rooms are delightful, each very unique. The selection of teas far exceeded anything we could have ever imagined and served to us in our individual little teapots to pour into our China cups with saucers. The food was outstanding which was complimented by the service and attention. Thank you Pryanka for such an impressive experience that far exceeded our expectations.

After spending an hour trying to find my next productive hide-a-way with my partner, we finally decided to try out Elixir-- and I am proud to share that Im so glad we did!The staff were sweethearts! We loved everything we tried and I cant wait to continue exploring their menu.They have a multitude of rooms for you to stay in and enjoy with a nice beverage. I love that there are curtains for privacy. Best of all, I found a relaxing and fairly quiet place to lay back with my laptop and get some work done somewhere other than at home. Yes, there are outlets and wifi. The staff were happy to show me where.I have yet to try any of their savory selections on the menu. I plan to frequent this place in the future and order something salty then.

I absolutely love it here. My daughter and I come here whenever we are in the area (we live over an hour away from here) they are always so sweet and helpful. Its such a cozy atmosphere. We love to come and play board games and card games. Im dying to go just to have some me time and read a good book. I desperately wish there was one around where we lived I would be there ALL the time.

Strolling through the main streets of Sarasota, Yelp accompanied my guest and I, to this cute and cozy hidden gem, desserts, coffee, light meals and tea.Vanilla ice cream with my American iced coffee adds the sugar on top. Marlenka cake is the best cake on the menu with different flavors to choose from. Lemon is my favorite. Blankets and pillows are available for comfort. Board games are located in the rooms to bring out the fun.Relaxing laid back atmosphere, as this Internet cafe could easily be my second home. Love this teahouse with its calming tranquility and rejuvenating vibes that make you want to put your phone away while it is the perfect atmosphere to get everything off your mind and just sit back and relax.

Best desserts ever! Such an amazing place! Each room is perfect for being social while distancing. If anyone is at the hospital waiting, I would highly recommend coming over here and getting a cup of tea and choosing your room. Each room is unique. You will be left alone unless you want to chat, and the hostess is a lot of fun to talk to.We loved it so much we went back a few times.

It can be a little noisy for a tea house and the atmosphere theyre trying to represent but overall its nice.Little rooms to go into and draw these curtain things a little for a tad privacy. My sister decided to surprise us with boba, and chose this place, thinking it would be good, since it does have great reviews. When we recieved our boba, it was rock hard, and different colors for whatever reason... the drinks/boba was burnt and just overall a horrible first experience!

Come here for boba at your own risk!! I dont know what was going on but i got 3 bobba teas and 1 fruit tea with crystal bobba and let me tell you that was a mistake. The boba was hard inside not like too chewy no like they burnt it. And one was literally throat burning, just overall waste cup size was pretty small for over 5 bucks. Just super disappointed

This is one of my favorite places to relax. I always come to Elixir Tea House to get away from home and work of paperwork and homework. Its a very relaxing environment with wonderful staff. This is such a beautiful and amazing place! My boyfriend and I are complete tea nerds. The owner was so nice and sweet and walked us through all the different tea options and how to prepare them. We can not wait to come back! We got strawberry tea with mixed berry bursts and it was delicious!

Im going to try my hardest to do this review justice, because I can not stress enough how above and beyond The Elixir and staff went to host our private event. We decided to have our small wedding reception of 20 people at The Elixir and opted to have High Tea for our guests. The entire place was decorated with each table having the most breathtakingly beautiful spread of delicious home-made light fare and pastries. Each table was elegantly set with flowers and tiered plates on gorgeous tablecloths and runners. We had more champagne than we could all drink, and it was good quality champagne! The tea is absolutely fabulous and they quickly brought more to each table as needed. Everything was completely set up for us prior to our arrival and they provided to-go containers for everyone to take home any leftovers. All of this, served with the most genuinely welcoming staff. I cant say enough good things about this place and the staff. They went absolutely above and beyond any expectations we had. Please support this fabulous business! We will absolutely be coming back for any future events. Thank you so much to The Elixir and their amazing staff for making our wedding night incredible!

Vibe is good, especially as you walk back and look into the different rooms. Cold inside, good for drinking hot tea or dressing in a fancy jacket! Good food, nice options and healthy (& vegetarian) options, singular boba - I had never tasted this type, reminded me of a cross between traditional boba and fruit jellies. V well thought out overall, with nice touches like blankets and pillows, only thing it could use is some music 👍 will come again if in the area!

Love this place. Our book group meets here monthly and has for about 3 years. Erika always makes sure we order something well like. She acts like shes our hostess in her own home! Lovely.

Monday nights theres an open mic poetry event that is fun to participate in or just listen. Huge selection of tea, as expected but I got a hot chocolate with the air fried french fries and everything was fantastic. There are also small private dining rooms for intimate meals. One of my favorite spots.

Very unique chill place. I came here to meet someone and this place has high ratings (for good reason).You can go into these private rooms where you sit down on the floor. Its decorated with a rug, pillows, a coffee table, and low lighting lamps. They serve a range of drinks from smoothies to coffee. They also have dessert.

This is a really cozy and interesting place; I had a black tea (I dont even remember the favor! Im not much of a tea drinker usually) and it was great, served with the little pot and saucer. And there French fries were nice, too. They have themed rooms that are semi private with curtains (mine had book shelves work spiritual- themed books), and the staff is always fantastic.Open Mic Night on Tuesday and Thursday is a great time to come hear some local musicians, or bring your guitar and play! I played last night and they are always very friendly and welcoming.

Ive been coming here with my friends for years and they have never failed to give us an excellent experience! I am very picky when it comes to drinking tea, but everything Ive had here has been incredible. When they are out of something, they do their best to accomodate you and offer something according to your specific taste. They have amazing service and always make sure that what you had was enjoyable. The rooms are absolutely adorable and offer an incredible contrast to most coffee shops. My friends and I love the fact that theyre open into the later hours (10 PM for some nights!!). Even at 8 or 9 oclock they offer the best service and the best tea and food. My friends and I have made a tradition of going here for birthdays or get-togethers when we havent seen each other in a while. Love this place!!!!

A wonderful place!! The staff is very helpful and patient, letting you stay as long as youd like to enjoy all their adorable themed rooms. Their tea selection is delicious. I keep coming back just to try them all! This is a perfect spot to take a group of friends or a date, or just by yourself to get some quiet time in with some good tea.I havent had any of their lunch food because of the specific hours they serve it, but everything else Ive experienced at the Tea House is 100% great!

Great tea! I havent tried any of their desserts but I will definitely want to next time. The owner was so sweet when she found out I had stomach ulcers and actually gave me a sample of her Ginger Fresh tea to take home in order to soothe my stomach. Omg, love this tea and will be back to purchase

This is my new favorite tea house. I love their french fries, and my favorite fruit flavored tea is Bora Bora. The little private rooms are fun for groups, and they sometimes have open mic nights for poetry reading and music. Great atmosphere, leave your worries at the door.

Dont for anything get bubble tea here. I paid over 5 dollars for a small cup of (NOT milk tea) with awful boba that came from amazon in a plastic container - if this was the first time I had bubble tea I would never order it again

Amazing experience, huge selections of teas, chais, and elixirs. The private sitting areas are fantastic and provide some of the most comfort when being outside of your home. Everyone should check this place out, its reasonably priced with some great things to munch on while sipping and relaxing in your private lounge atmosphere.

I had a great experience at Elixir Tea House. This little tea house located on Hillview Street, next to the Hospital. We had great time there. The coffee was from real beens, grounded before me, the tea was prepared as it has to be. We felt like in the UK. The service was very friendly and the cost was very reasonable. They have 6 separate rooms if you like some privacy.
