Took my car (Mercedes E350) for wheel alignment. Called before to make sure they could perform the service. The manager, Tony, is a “all-time bad mood” type guy. Car was on the lift for exact ten minutes, yes only 10 to perform four wheel alignment. I watched the entire process through the seating room window. The mechanic did not touch the rear wheels. He did not even test drive the car after the “service”. “Your car is all set”. I left the store and came back 2 minutes after. Steering wheel was way off. When braking, the car was moving to on side. Got my refund. I will NEVER come back and I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Driving back from Marco island to Chicago we had a nail in our tire. They got us in and out with no appointment needed and in less than a hour! Other places had no openings or a 3 hour wait. The service was excellent. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road so quickly!

Came in yesterday because I was almost out of gas and my gas door just would not open so in a panic I stopped there because it was close... came in and told the front clerk what was happening and with urgency he found their tech and he came out and fixed it in no time. Purchased lifetime alignment from this location.Would not service my vehicle to my request.I have had this alignment service honored at several other Firestone locations.However this one.Which is the one I purchased it at would not honor my request.Very shady.Would not go to this location.At the least they could refund my purchase price if they refuse to do the lifetime alignment service they sold me.

I wouldnt bring a lifted vehicle here, they just get the numbers in the green and that is within specs and doesnt matter if it still pulls to either side. I called ahead and asked if they were able to work on it, clearly not.I had to take my vehicle somewhere else that knows how to work on lifted vehicles and they fixed it.

Brought my car in for a leaking tire, car was returned with scratches spreading across about 2-3 feet of my driver door.I absolutely know that this wasn’t here prior to taking the car in. Car was washed last night, after which it went into the garage where I worked on it. It’s the driver door this isn’t something I’d missed, and it’s not something I’d create.I work everyday around high end and exotic sports cars as a detailer, this is not something I take lightly. My paycheck is based off of fixing this sort of thing. 80% was removed but there are still remaining scratches that go below the clear coat that are permanent unless the car is painted. I do every ounce of work on this car under my personal time and only resort to taking to places when I literally have no other option. If I had a mount and balance set up I just do it myself where at least if I caused the scratches that’s on me.

Made an appointment online and showed up for my appt a little early. They were busy but greeted me promptly and repeated everything thing that I requested on the appointment just to confirm. I liked that, it made me feel very comfortable. As I sat in the waiting area, I can hear their interactions with other customers, they were always polite, no over-selling like I’ve witnessed at other chains.I travel a lot so I’m always in and out of repair shops. I like Firestone because they are consistent and this one was no different. This service took a bit longer than promised but they came out and told so I was able to plan accordingly.They are not the fastest or cheapest but good service ain’t cheap and cheap service ain’t good sooo.....I’ll definitely return...P.S. thanks for having hand sanitizer and masks available for customers.

When they told me I couldnt get service on my car bc it had 193k they told me I cant have my transmission fluid level checked .they told me they didnt want to risk liability for it. Very pleasant staff too.

I made a reservation for 2:00 at this place and dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and car inspection. When I dropped it off, the person behind the counter told me he would call me when they were finished. I went out for a walk. I saw an email from the place and figured this was a professional place that kept you informed and took pride in their work.An hour later I came back and saw my vehicle was in the same place as it was when I dropped it off.I went into the counter and asked if it was done as it was outside and I had my appointment at 2:00. The man behind the counter (a different one) went into the one bay and asked around, then left and went into the other. As he left the one bay, I saw a mechanic RUN out of the garage and quickly get my vehicle on the rack, assuming to act like they were working on it when the desk guy got back. It didnt fool me. I have photos to prove where it was at 2:56.I told them I made the appointment for 2:00 because I needed to be somewhere by 4:00. Had they told me they couldnt start until 3:00, I could have left and gone somewhere else. The fact is, they didnt. Even at 2:30, they could have called me and told me it would be late.But then again, why have appointments if youre going to get to the service when you get to it. Just tell people first come, first serve. I dont understand the point of appointments then.The worst part is, they acted with no remorse and just said, We can reschedule the appointment?Why would I reschedule? So they can not hold their appointment again and get to it when they get to it? I dont want to be the person who stands over and badgers them to get started, but have some pride. Youre an auto place, the one place on earth that people are gun-shy to begin with about shifty employees trying to work you over. Now I have to worry about this at a national chain where I have a service warranty?The worst part is, these Firestone Tires and service were a gift, so thats where the warranty is on the tires and now I have to go somewhere else and be worried that I cant get good honest service from Firestone, a national chain company.But to be perfectly honest, the other two Firestone places I have taken this vehicle have had fast courteous service with solid employees.Hate that one bad apple spoils the bunch.

This location and the employees here are IMPECCABLE! Theyll go above and beyond making sure your vehicle is not only taken care of but SAFE! I honestly cant thank the men who work here ENOUGH! I have a life time alignment with Firestone and stop in frequently. I have a 19 year old car so even just during the alignment check, my vehicle is inspected! If work needs to be done theyll show you what needs to be fixed and if its high priority without the hassle.

First, the good. The service was prompt, the staff courteous and friendly, the public space well-organized and clean, and the attention to safety in this time of COVID-19 admirable. Now the bad. With a tire replacement and alignment, I paid extra for a complete vehicle inspection. The resultant report included a statement, your battery is in good condition. I couldnt leave because my car would not start. Their mechanic tested the battery; the test showed that it was failing. I asked whether the other items on the list had actually been inspected. The man at the desk assured me they had, but I will never know.Second problem. The car always tracked perfectly. Since I left the Firestone store this afternoon, it doesnt. The car has always had a smooth quiet ride. When I stopped at a light on the way home I discovered that it now vibrates unpleasantly. The engine also makes more noise. I did have them replace the battery; I dont know whether something was knocked out of kilter during that service or during the alignment or tire replacement, but something has changed.

Dropped off my disters car for maintenance and find out why it didnt always want to start . By 2 the next day it was done,fixed and clean. Great place👍👍👍👍👍

Ill give them 2 stars for performing two services, rotate & balance, and an oil change. They lose three stars because ever since I had my oil changed, my engine sounds like is has something loose. It rattles at idle, while I drive... constantly. No reason this should occur instantly or constantly after a simple oil change.Will not go back again, do not recommend.

Stopped in on a whim on a Saturday at 5:45 to get a price for boat trailer tires. Guy at the counter was helpful and the price seemed reasonable. I brought the trailer in at 9:00 AM (with a 5,500 pound boat still on it) the next day and got a call around 11 that it was done. Everybody else in town wanted me to take the wheels off of the trailer and bring them in separately. Very happy overall!

Thank you to Jeff and the team for taking care of my elderly parents who were traveling through yesterday. They got a flat on I75 and AAA put the spare on so they could make it to my house. They were under the impression their tire blew out and they needed a new tire. Without looking at the tire, I called around to several stores trying to find the same tire. Jeff was able to work us in immediately. Instead of just selling Dad a tire, he examined the old tire to see if it couldnt be repaired. Low and behold, it was just a nail and he fixed it. The icing on the cake... it was done in 30 minutes and no charge. Youve earned my business. Thanks again for the stellar service, honesty, and compassion.

This is a long review so the short version is I should have been told at Firestone that as a Tires Plus Credit card customer, my flat tire repair is no charge. They never even asked and I did not know until I visited Tires Plus. I noticed my tire was leaking air on July 10, 2019. My vehicle is a 2019 Jeep Cherokee so this is the first issue I have experienced. That day, I stopped at a Firestone on Bee Ridge. The technician was very nice and offered to fix the tire immediately. He said it would take 10 minutes. I knew I had a tire repair contract but did not have the details with me. I went inside to inquire about the price. I was told it would be $32. He never asked me if I was a Tire Plus credit card customer. I left and made an appointment with Tires Plus for the next day. I arrived and Javier was so polite. He immediately looked up my account which showed my other vehicle because this vehicle has never been serviced with Tires Plus. He then informed me that as a Tires Plus card holder, I have the VIP services. I explained everything that happened to me over the past two days. I could have used it at the Firestone that I first visited. However, my visit at Tires Plus was 45 minutes and Firestone would have been 10 minutes. That means that Firestone would not have done the same thorough job that Tires Plus did. Javier even printed out the VIP information for me. I have always been a loyal Tires Plus customer but it is awesome to actually be treated with respect and have someone give you the proper information that could impact the future customer relationship. I will always recommend Tires Plus because of Javiers amazing customer service. He should be the example that the first question representatives should ask you at Firestone or Tires Plus is Do you have the credit card. If I had first spoke to Javier, it would have saved me a tremendous amount of time but Im glad in the end it worked out.

STOP! Dont go anywhere else but the Bee Ridge location in Sarasota. I stopped going to the local dealership when they found things wrong, that werent wrong. I have had my car serviced at Firestone instead of the dealership for a few years now and they are way less expensive. They are a very honest bunch and will only tell you what is absolutely necessary. Sure the waiting room doesnt have doughnuts and water and all fancy stuff, thank goodness as Im not having to pay for it! They did offer me a cup of coffee.Save your money and worry and give them a try. And no Im not being paid by them. Its refreshing to find a place that cares and the first priority is not about fleecing you.

I had a rental car and a tire that blew. Warren was there waiting to help me as I approached the door. His main concern was my safety and getting the rental car up to safety standards. He walked through the whole process and constantly updated me on the status updates. Being up forever as I flew in from Vegas he even purchased me out of his own money an energy drink. Warren and his team went above and beyond for me. If I lived her this is where I would get all my car needs done as its a great group that works there. Make sure you ask for Warren! Professional and great customer service!

Not very impressed with what seems to be new staff. Ive been coming here ever since I got my license. I used to be helped right away and someone would always explain what they were doing to my car, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. If I ever refused, they didnt push, but boy did that change!My dad went in recently for his free alignment check after buying tires and they didnt touch his truck for an hour and say they wouldnt be able to get to it. Meanwhile my dad had an appointment and the guys at the front desk kept taking walk ins. So, if you plan on getting a lifetime alignment, dont expect your appointment to actually happen.As for me, I went in for an oil change. I had an appointment but I sat there for almost two hours. Usually an oil change costs around $24, but I was at first charged $40. I asked about it and then it was reduced. I had a full inspection done for a weird noise, they test drove the car and everything but said they couldnt figure out what was wrong. I went home and reviewed the paper work from the inspection and it turns out the belt was probably bad. I feel that after I asked about the price for the oil change, they wanted nothing to do with me and had no intention of going over the diagnostic.Very disappointed in Firestone, I will definitely not be coming back.

Mike provided fast, friendly and detailed service which is now allowing us to continue the vacation with peace of mind. New break lines with good advice on a Holiday Weekend, well worth the price :)

I called Firestone Saturday morning and asked how much it would cost to replace my front brake pads. The gentleman on the phone told me it would be about $180, a little more or a little less depending on what the sub model of my car was. Took in it that afternoon so they could do an inspection for $10 to see if my brakes actually needed to be replaced, and come back to tell me I have $1200 worth of stuff that needs to be fixed. When I told them I couldn’t afford to drop $1200 they said, actually only this & that are real safety issues that need to be fixed immediately, that’ll be around $700. I went to Tom Dion for a second opinion & he told me, my brakes are fine, I have 8mm left whereas new brakes have 10mm. The only thing that needed to be changed was my shocks, he said they were completely shot and oily, and how these men over at Firestone didn’t even mention them is beyond me! Mr Dion inspected my car for FREE then replaced my shocks, changed my oil, replaced my air filter, and replaced both my license plate lights for $330. Thanks for wasting my time & yours Firestone!

Are you aware that we have a lifetime alignment for 200$?”I told him yes I have the lifetime alignment. He then said he doesn’t have time for any lifetime alignments today and HUNG UPThis guy tried to tell me that a lifetime alignment is a DIFFERENT PROCESS than a first time alignment.What a joke

Despite Tire Kingdom being in very close proximity to my home, I have avoided it due to past bad experiences at other locations. I went to the Tire Kingdom on University off Tuttle this past Sunday in need of having a tire puncture repaired. Not only was I told they had no time to do it for me on Sunday, but I was then told they would not be able to get me in until Tuesday. For a simple tire patch. Im guessing the emloyee doesnt know that a tire needing a patch will only go FLAT without repair. When I asked if he could recommend any other place that could repair my tire that day (Sunday), he said, the only place opened on Sunday would be a Tire Kingdom. Needless to say, I got my tire fixed by Wes at this Firestone who was also kind enough to do my oil change while I was already there to avoid the inconvenience of having to return. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. For the Tire Kingdom representative not to fit me in before Tuesday was bad enough, but to be so clueless as to the availability of like services to help service its clients needs in the event they could not do so, was everything short of quality customer service and care for those they service. On my drive to Firestone, I saw many tire shops open on Sunday that were not named Tire Kingdom. I wont be giving Tire Kingdom anymore chances at providing even mediocre service in an emergency. Have a tire or car related issue, go see Colby or Wes at this Firestone. Worth the drive, NO DOUBT, and you will be glad you did.

Cannot say enough good things about Firestone and the team at Bee Ridge. I found a low tire, they were able to check it out and put a new tire on my vehicle while I waited. Wes worked on the tire, was super nice and gave me updates as I waited. The two guys behind the desk were very busy & yet treated every person and phone call in a most pleasant way. I purchased my tires in another state almost a year ago, and this is my 2nd new tire at no cost to me. Highly recommend them.

My dad came in for an oil change. It was his first time at Firestone. He loved the experience and the people who work there so much he gloated about his experience to me. It was fast and the shop was clean, which my dad loved. He even got a complimentary fill up, which he also loved! He will now be coming back for any problems that might occur and for a regular oil change. Knowing the experience my dad had, I will now be bringing my car and recommending to my friends. You have earned new customers!

Went in for an oil changed and tire rotation. As soon as I drove away I noticed my car pulled the right, not a little, alot. I went back and they checked the tire pressure, the tires were new, pressure was fine. They said one was low and thats what caused it. Drove off, still pulled to the right. Figured I would just get alignment done another time. 3 days later and 30 miles since my oil change, I noticed oil spots on my driveway. Looked under the car and sure enough, oil everywhere. My car never leaked oil before, no leaks at all. I checked the oil and it was way over the full line. Firestone put at least 1.5 quarts or more too much in the car. I called and they told me to bring it down. They put it on a lift and the underside had tons of fresh clear oil everywhere. They claim they only put in 3.8 quarts, but they said it had to much in there. They asked me if I or anyone else had put more in? Of course I didnt. They obviously put too much in and didnt bother to check once they put it in. They tried to say it was the type of oil they put in, but its the same synthetic blend I have been using for 30000 miles. They then gave me quotes for a valve cover gasket replacement , fuel system cleaning, coolant flushing, and alignment. I was going to have them do the some of the work, then went back and got my car. I asked them to just drain the oil to the correct level. How could I ever trust these guys to ever do more work on my car. They botched an oil change and tire rotation. Seems very odd that I now need an alignment job and gaskets replaced. They were not an issue before I went there. The staff is friendly. But they do terrible work and I believe they did this to cause more problems with my car. I will not be going back ever. Now my car leaks, and pulls to the right, and my driveway has oil stains. Worst place ever. The receptionist at the front desk was eating pizza and talking with his mouth full which was unprofessional. After they called me back, the manager tells me that he can’t fix the alignment. are you kidding me? What a joke! One of the guys that was waiting for his car said they never took my vehicle in the garage and that they only took it for a test drive — I would have never known if it wasnt for that guy. I recommend just finding another Firestone in the area like the Venice location where they actually take care of their customers!

Really nice and competent guys that work at this location. I asked them to replace my rear tires and I noticed they accidentally did the front tires. Since one tire in the back had a leak, it was imperative I replaced the rear tires and not the front. I addressed my problem with Nathan who helped me at the front desk and he promptly resolved my issue by giving me two additional tires for the back at no cost. Additionally, they gave me the best price quote out of 3 shops in the area when I called them before showing up. They also did the work very quickly as I told them I had to be at work at a certain time. Most definitely will be returning to this location and recommending it to my family and friends!

I went to have my tire repaired.I had stopped by another shop earlier, that was too busy and couldn’t do it today, I called this shop and they said they could repair it today, mind you the other shop already saw the small nail in the middle of tire. This shop took my tire off and then service mgr told me they couldn’t repair it, was small leak on the outside wall of the tire. So I didn’t want to buy a tire I kinda felt like I was being scammed, AND I WAS, they drilled a hole....with an actual drill in my tire, before I agreed to buy a tire....so they then had to put my doughnut spare on....I made sure I brought my tire home that they damaged.They need training and communication with each other.In hind sight I guess Tire Kingdom was busy, because they are honest and I should have waited till tomorrow for tire repair, now I will have to buy a new tire....it will not be from firestone.

I had a damaged tire and gave Doug a call. It was late in the day so I wasn’t sure if I would get in but he told me to come in and he would take care of me. 5 star service every time I visit. This firestone is about 40 minutes from my house but I will always try to make it there because of the excellent service.

Came in at 445pm the day before thanksgiving. I am a full time student and work full time so I am not as aware of when I need my oil changes and I was way over due, I usually go to Kia since that’s where I got my car but have not had the best experience with them. As soon as I walked in through the door I was greeted immediately in a friendly manner. I was told they were booked and after I explained my situation I was told that they would find a way to get me in. My car was brought back quickly and everyone had an amazing attitude the whole time. Will be coming here regularly now. Highly recommend it.

I brought my car in for an oil change and was told that my master cylinder was shot and the car was unsafe to drive. I was given an estimate for a few hundred dollars. I rented a car for two days and dropped my car at my usual mechanic. He found NOTHING wrong with the brakes. At all. He didnt even charge us for checking it out. I am so disgusted, but grateful I didnt trust these charlatans.

I pulled in off the road and these guys got me in and out with a front wheel alignment in 30 minutes. Michael at the front desk is good peeps. Some of these guys look like they actually enjoy working here..;)

Doug Burgeon helped me like a real human being. He knew I couldn’t afford the directional Firestone tire at $109.00. He gave me a discount that I could afford, which was amazing enough.After some chatting I explained that I also had to buy new shoes down the street because I am a valet. He explained he’s done that before as well and gave me some shoes for free after I showed him the tread on my shoes were worse than the ones on my tires!Long story short, this man is a valuable asset to your company, and he deserves a raise. I’ll defintely be returning if I need help in the future.

Needed a tire patch urgently. They were able to get me in and take care of the patch on short notice.The service department is really friendly and pleasing to communicate with.
