These guys did a great job. They came out to the house a couple times to ensure the measurements were right and we would end up with the outcome we wanted. They handled all aspects of the installation, from locating a tile guy to do some prep work to showing up on time with a crew to complete the work.All of the workmen were very respectful of the house, and cleaned up all the mess after they were done. I heartily endorse!

It is an uncommon experience in today’s fast paced commercial environment to encounter a company such as yours where your staff consistently under promise and over-deliver. Working with your company we have become “Raving Fans”.We recently completed our home in the West Indies, directly on the Atlantic Ocean, and experience trade winds most of the year. Love the cooling effect, but it made our decks vulnerable to the winds and rain (it goes sideways) and limited our time outdoors.When we first met Randy and explained our situation and our goals, he was able to devise a plan for us, although it meant doing some “custom” product design. The arched openings were 12’ wide and 8’ high. He suggested roll up shades, custom designed to adjust in height and anchor on the sides to resist high winds. Working with Randy, and directly with the staff in the assembly plant, we were elated with the “can do” attitude everyone had. It was installed by our local tradesmen on the island (who had never worked with this before) and it went up and performed perfectly. We now have full use of our outdoor spaces and, as the fabric allows us to see through it, we don’t feel closed in. It’s perfect for us. Our friends and visitors comment how effective the system works. The whole process was seamless, it was cost effective, and even after the sale, your staff continued to help us tweak it to improve the installation.I would highly recommend your company as you sure know what you’re doing. Shout out to United States Awning. Hurricane Irma was the first hurricane weve gone through since moving here to Sarasota 6 years ago. United States Awning installed a stationary awning inside our lanai, it held up to the winds beautifully. Were very, very, pleased with this company, the installation staff & office staff were always very professional and pleasant. We would highly recommend them

We were putting the awning down a few days ago & the spring broke causing the arms to come crashing down. It didn’t tear the awning, but caused the seam to separate almost the whole way across. I took it to United States Awning in Sarasota. They stitched it & some other places they found....and....they didn’t charge us. Wonderful, friendly people. They treated us like we were paying thousands of dollars. Been there since 1962. Will use them again.
