Nice guys working up there but the lady working the front desk is rude... Asked how much we needed to pay at the end, she said “I don’t know, go ask him he’s the one that helped you” She didn’t even say hello when we came in & had the nastiest look every time I made eye contact with her. Honestly felt like she was rude to us because we are two young females. That’s the only thing i can think of. she didn’t have a reason really.

When I moved to Sarasota, I didnt know any good mechanics. So glad someone recommended JWAP. When it comes to a diesel tech the important things to me are someone knowledgeable and competent in their craft while being fair and honest. J. Wayne fits the bill in all those regards. By far Jon the owner is one of if not the most knowledgeable, honest diesel professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure working with.. In short I took my 20011 Chevy HD 2500 in for a boast issue that ultimately was a problem created by another facility.. Jon quickly diagnosed the problem, communicated to me what it was and made the repair in a timely fashion at a reasonable and fair price. Jon Wayne automotive will without doubt be my go too shop for ALL of my vehicle automotive needs. Jon even personally text me a few days later to check on how things were with my truck.. Excellent!!

Just went there about a week ago to get my oil leak and steering fluid leak checked out. They were able to fix it pretty quick and get parts for it really fast. Later on I got a follow up message asking how my van was doing, which made me feel better knowing a mechanic cares about his own work. All my leaks were repaired. Quick turn around time and an honest price as I went around looking for quotes. I would highly recommend this respectful establishment to others as well.

Was very happy with the service. He was able to find that one of the vacuum hoses was disconnected that two other shops didnt find. Very happy with the service and the price is very fare. I will always be bringing my truck back here.

Check this out!!!When was the last time the owner of a shop returned a phone message, on a Saturday, from a caller he didn’t even know, while away on a trip with his family?!?!?!?Told him I was having issues while traveling through Florida and he told me he would be back in the shop on Monday and if I could be there at 8am he do what he could to help me!He took me in at 7:45am and I was on my way by 10:00am!Great customer service from an owner who cares!No wonder there are so many great reviews on this guy!!!Very knowledgeable and service driven!GO THERE!!! Brought in a truck to get looked at before purchasing. Jon and his team did an inspection to see if there was any issues. Had it done in 30 min with a full write up of the inspection. Lol guy gets my truck to diagnose my cylinder. Breaks the spark plug charges to install the item he broke. Than didn’t even diagnose the motor.
