I brought in a 2007 pontiac gt hardtop convertible with 20,000 miles because the top would not go up. Four different places could not repair it. So after an almost 7 hour wait, I pull out and notice my windshield had been cracked. Its a brand new car and the owner told me that they couldnt of possibly done it. They also did a very poor job on the tints. Dont waste your money here. Wish I had more hands to give them 4 thumbs down.

EXCELLENT! Love this place!! One of my business partners swore by American European for his Mercedes and he introduced me to them. So, when my BMW needed work I took it there and have been going ever since. The guys communicate well, are honest and do great work. They are always willing to help me understand car stuff I dont know. They are very personable and truly understand customer service and that the customer is important! I have never had a problem with any of the repairs they have done for me and they even made a recommendation to SAVE me money on repairs and I truly appreciate that! What an awesome find. I was referred to the shop by a big tire place right down the road. When I arrived, the shop was already closed but the mechanic was still working. Knowing that it was closed, I asked when I could bring my car in to have a front headlight replaced that had burnt out about a week prior. The mechanic asked me to pull up and took a look at the bulb. To my surprise, he quickly replaced the bulb without hesitation. I then had the pleasure of meeting the owner when paying for the service (which only cost $25, by the way). He was a very nice man who moved from Germany a short time ago and recently bought the shop from the previous owner. He worked at the BMW headquarters in Munich for 15 years. The shop is the real deal. I will be taking my BMW to this place for all my auto repair needs.

I purchased a years worth of services in a $44.95 bundle package valued at $400 on 1/30/19. I made an appointment today to redeem my first oil change and tire rotation - many were included - only to be told immediately that the business is under new ownership and they refuse to honor the service packages sold previously. So the single oil change and tire rotation would cost more than I paid for the entire service package 8 months ago. The real kicker? My passport to automotive security which services as my receipt and service record for the package says Grand Opening Under New Ownership in giant lettering across the top. Horrifically unprofessional and shiesty to say the least.

European Autos are absolutely the BEST! Ive used them for routine maintenance as well as emergency situations. The thing I love most is their HONESTY and helpful advice. They will not rip you off. Theyll explain exactly what needs to be done, what might be optional, what to look for in the future, etc. They know everything about BMWs including the nuances among the various models and years. Their service is excellent and very professional. I trust them and highly recommend them!

Dave and Brian are excellent! Their prices are fair, they are extremely knowledgeable about cars, and they are always ready to answer my questions. I also purchased a great BMW from Dave a few years ago and continued to take it to him for service because I dont trust anyone else with my car! I have sent so many of my friends to Daves business and even those friends who are far away will drive to come see him. If I could give a zero I would. Let me just say to all the people who bought something that is not honored by the previous owner. The new owner David was always the owner. Tibor was just running it until David was out of jail. They had my car for months. And it came back to me worst than when dropped off. I took it to the dealership with the work order I received and had second checked everything that was done and all lies. I was able to claim fraud on my credit card company and get most of my money back. Months later Im writing this because while working on my car today I realized that Greg, a technician there took out all of the fuses for my warning lights on the dash so that nothing would show. Be aware this business is a shady business full of fraudy people

I bought a high-end sports car from David, from 1300 miles away. I never saw the car myself until it rolled off of the delivery truck. I had the car inspected by a third party individual, and found that the car was at least as good as David had described during several phone conversations. I did have an issue with the car, and the issue was resolved. (Issue: Convertible top did not lower. After I had driven the car a few times the top worked fine. It only needed to be adjusted.) David called me several times to make sure that the issue was resolved properly. My opinion of David is that he takes a great deal of pride in himself and his business.

Fantastic experience for tinting my SUV. David explained the options and they did a great job in the tinting.  Showed up on a Saturday morning as a walk in and they were able to do the tinting job fast. Great experience overall and the car looks great.

This place is bad business. Im only giving them one star because I cant give them zero! I had to go back to get my truck re-tinted due to carelessness. They cant seem to keep their hair off of the windows while tinting them. They took the tint off and yet when they re-tinted it, there was STILL hair and they refused to re-do it properly, and refused to give me a refund. This place is a joke. I asked for them to just take it off and give me a refund so that I can just go somewhere else and have it done properly, and they refused. He said he would only give me $20. And then threatened to call the police when I told him it was BS. Do not go to this shop if you want a clean job. They do not care about customer service and obviously do not know what they are doing.

BMW 328i. Only 1 week and 500 miles after having my oil changed by this place... My oil light came on my dash. I notified the owner and sent a picture. He recommended that I bring it in and said it was probably a sensor. Explained to him that I did not have time to bring it in and was concerned b/c of oil light. In retrospect, it was probably a ploy to sell me a sensor that was not needed.I then had a friend of mine look at it b/c I didnt feel comfortable with taking it there. My friend discovered that it was low an entire QUART of oil. THERE WERE NO LEAKS. I contacted the owner and told him what I discovered. I asked if he would refund me the oil change. His response was no you should have brought it here. Needless to say, I will never do business with this place again. He shorted me an entire quart of oil that I was charged for. In addition, the oil change was near $100. GO ELSEWHERE!!

Got my windows tinted a few years ago and my back window started to bubble. I call to set up an appointment on my only day off. The guy wasted my time and wouldnt honor the lifetime warranty they are so proud to announce. Called the business owner and he was just nasty and rude over the phone seemed to not care about customer service at all I was very disappointed with the way I was treated as a paying customer. I made a mistake spending my hard earned money with this business do yourself a favor go somewhere else , your business is not appreciated at this place. I dont know how theyve been in business this long.

Im absolutely in shock with the service that I received here today. First off, as I pulled in my truck, before we even started discussing my issue with my a/c he started diagnosing my roommates Mercedes which was in the PARKING LOT about an issue that is being fixed through insurance and he kept trying to ask more questions about it. Anyway, my roommate stuck around with me for a minute because he thought that I may need a ride, once he realized that I didnt he left. Shortly after the guy that was working on my a/c asked if that was my dad, and where did he go? When I told him that he left, he said oh, shoot because I wanted to explain something to him I told the employee that whatever he was going to explain to him, I was fully capable of understanding, also. Anyway this explaination goes on and I keep being asked do you understand? Repetitively and then the man who I assume is the owner tells me I have an attitude problem. Anyway, needless to say I will not be returning and I will be telling everyone about the extremely poor service that I received here. Thank you for the sexism!

For an example, Today, one side of my Mercedes LED Daytime running light is not working, Tibor and his team checked on it immediately when walked in (Depend on how busy they are, dont be upset if you have to wait when you come in). They checked and told me the wire connecting the light is corroded and they cleaned it for me, and now is all good. The point is if I go to other places, I know most likely they will tell me the whole set of LED light need replacement and which will cost me a lot more and they make more money too. Absolutely horrible. The people here are trashy, unprofessional and ignorant. Not even sure they truly know how to work on cars. They completely messed up my car and gave it back that way and tried to have me pay for what they messed up on. They have had my car for 3 seperate days and nothing has been done Im assuming they have screwed it up more.If there was a 0 star rating they would have one.

I have been bringing my VW EOS to small shops over the last 2 years. I had an oil leak that no one could figure out. I spent thousands and still had the same problem. I was just about ready to get rid of the car ( my baby) and then I met Tibor and his team. Tibor was able to properly diagnose the issue, repair it for a fair price and get me back on the road again. Don’t trust your German automobile to just anyone. Give Tibor and his team a try. I know I will have many more years of enjoyment from this great little car because I now have an auto shop that I can trust!

Tibor and his team are absolutely amazing! We brought our Volvo XC70 to the local dealer and to another recommended shop, and both could not find the source of the noise coming from the car suspension. Tibor assured us that he would find the problem and he did! Tibor and his assistant Spencer spent triple the time on the car; they let us drive it around town to ensure it was fixed before we paid; they truly cared about us and our vehicle. Tibor trained in Germany and has worked overseas as well. He gave us recommendations about our car and assured us of its integrity. We trust Tibor and his team and will use him whenever we are in Sarasota. Our garage in Canada could not do the work that Tibor did! We highly recommend him!!!!!

This shop has the Speciality mechanics for your needs, from Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Audi to Domestics. David knows classic Porsches inside and out, and I cant say enough about their BMW master mechanic - one cool dude! The prices are good and the service is done right and finished when promised. My Father a retired VW mechanic gives this place a thumbs up!

Called to inquire about a new advertised 2003 Porsche 911 they had on the web. Guy answered the phone was rude & hung up on me. In addition they did not reply to multiple inquiries sent through the CarFax message service. Don’t buy any cars here as they waste your time and have no courtesy.

I bought a 2012 VW Tiguan from David, from Colorado and had it shipped to my daughter at college in Alabama. We never saw or drove the car until it rolled off of the delivery truck. I had the car inspected and test driven by CarChex, and found that the car was better than David described in photos and during several phone conversations. David put the car up on the rack for inspection. David texted me several times to make sure that the transport went properly. David is a professional who takes great pride in himself, his reputation, his cars and his business.

Several things done at his shop. Always dealt with Brian. Good guy seems knowledgable. Have a 2002 Ford Mustang GT beefed up with about every engine both on you can think of. He installed a Bielstien B12 pro kit, which has lowering springs. Good price on that done by the time he told me and work seemed solid. Also had him do the rear pinion seal on the rear end. I provided the gear oil, just because I run only very high end fuilds in my car like royal purple engine oil and gear oil. Which by the way was almost $40 for 2 quarts of 75w140. But I was charged a little bit more than I expected considering I supplied the gear oil. Was charged $240. Which I thought was reasonable until I got a quote from another garage after the fact for 195 and that would have been with them providing the gear oil. So it would have been less than 195. Thats the only complaint I have. But seems like The work he did on the seal was good as well I dont mind paying a little more for good work but ive had good work at the other shop that gave me the other quote. I would definitely take my stand to him agian for work. Just a pretty far drive from my location. But I recommend this shop!

He was physically threatening the victim at the end and recommended that the lady who did the accident lied to the Police.Would give your car to hiom? Hey wanted to let people know P.G canceled their credit cards because they didnt want to perform the timing cover gaskets witch were causing lean codes. I have never taken fuses out to get rid of lights

The owner is a dirty brazen I Hans, owner of a Carcarrier company, I transport him a Bentley and I did not pay for the transport after he confirmed that he was going to pay me, he did not pay me $ 250 when I was going to buy a $ 50000 car. and I did not answer and when I did it, I insulted him and he shot me the phone. I do not recommend that place to anyone and no one who works for them. NO PAGAAAANNNNNN SUUUCIIOOOOO .......... ????????? ???
