Very thorough and honest technician. His name is Nelson. He tested the run capacitor ‐and said it needed to be replaced. When he installed a new one it tested the same. So he took it out and said the values must be in error. He probably could have left the new one in and charged me for it. I have no way to check it out. I think he is a very good and honest technician.

Roman was the professional who called ahead and arrived promptly as scheduled. The problem was addressed quickly. The work was neat and left clean. Very happy with the results and fair price. Roman represents Plumbing Today well.

Amazing service and reasonable price for a weekend call. Best decision as we called at 7:30 pm on a Friday night when the house was 78 and not cooling. Kendry was here by 9:15 pm and able to diagnose the issue quickly, we had to wait until morning to have the repair complete but again he arrived on time and got us up and running. First of all, Cameron Gardner and his coworker came out to our home to review our needs and concerns. We had many. Our AC handler and plenum had mold growth and we were very concerned about our health. He was very professional, patient and trustworthy. He went over all of our options and even took time to consult with our mold specialist. After all of that, he made it possible to deliver and install on a date that was best for us. He also visited the day of installation to make sure everything was going well. What a guy! He is top notch! (not kidding, we own a business close to where we live and we really know that it is hard to find quality people to do work at times). Hats off to Cameron and the great team that worked on our new system! Paul Benham and Carlos were the installers and they did a fantastic job! Cool Today installed a new replacement A/C system in our home several years ago. We have also had Cool Today Plumbing do a cast iron drain pipe re-line and most recently a whole-house repipe. And their Electrical division replaced our main circuit breaker panel a while ago. We have been very happy with the quality of all their work. Everyone we have dealt with, both the field technicians and in the main office have been very professional, courteous and easy to work with. Great company.

I have Peter Gonzales working on my ac system. I had a leak due to clogged valve discharge. I had lot of sludge and some tubing was filled with dirty and debris paste. Peter was able to vacuumed all it. Plus, added a maintenance valve so I can check the drain pipe if needed. He did other details to enhance the performance of the air handler and the system. Clean work, took photos of before and after. Huge difference. Now, you can feel the water running down through the discharge line. Thank God I had Peter Gonzales coming to do the work.

We would definitely recommend Cool Today for their outstanding service. Our plumber, Troy, was super fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He took his time, found the issue, fixed the leaking flange on the toilet, and ensured there weren’t any additional leaks. He even explained the issue so that we could understand it. The price was fair and reasonable considering the amount of work performed. Cool Today charges by the job and not by the hour, so it’s great you don’t have to have a timer while someone is repairing something in your house. We will most definitely use Cool Today again and please ask for Troy for any plumbing repairs. We signed up for their TotalCare program so we will see more of them in the coming future for our A/C, plumbing, and electrical maintenance.

My HVAC would randomly quit cooling, but would usually (not always) start again after an off/on. I had to have more than 1 visit from Cool Today tech, but they did some work each time they were here. They got it figured out and all is good now, I had a couple shorts in the wiring, 1 in attic and 1 outside at condenser. I was not charged for prior attempts that did not fix the problem.Ive used them exclusively for about 10 years and have no reason to call anyone else. They always answer the phone, they usually come out same day or next day at most, their prices are fair, they have great techs and always check to see if I was happy after my appointment.

The company was very accommodating and I had a technician over within the hour.Randy Vest, the technician, did an amazing job. He explained to me what went wrong with the AC, and everything he did to make it running again. Randy is very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me great advice about how to maintain my AC properly, and never put some lame sales pitch on me. I was so happy and satisfied with the work he did for me, I decided to stay with Cool Today for all my AC needs in the future.I previously had some really bad luck with AC companies I had used. You should AVOID this company.You should be skeptical of the great reviews you see here from google.Im not usually one to write negative reviews, but this company was terrible to us. While I wasnt home, the technician told my wife our blower motor was not working and seized. They charged her $800 for a new one. They also told her a control panel was broken and wanted more money. None of this was true. The technician hot-wired the blower fan to run constantly. I had to get another company out to fix their mistake.I am in the process of trying to get the $800 refunded. Our blower fan worked fine and it seems the technician lied to my wife to get the work approved. The work was 100% not necessary. The companys response is to tell me it is my word against theirs as to whether the blower motor was actually broken.Seriously, you should go with Tri-Country Air instead, they were able to undo Cool Todays mistakes for me

Had no hot water. Read good reviews on this company and had a previously scheduled HVAC system check for this week. Called the company to have them descale and clean our tankless water heater also. Decided to purchase the comprehensive HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical service contract which included hot water repair and our upcoming HVAC. Troy came out within an hour, and we had hot water after a complicated repair. He was extremely thorough and even registered our tankless unit with the manufacturer for the extended warranty (which we knew nothing about from our builder.) One of our friends also purchased the same maintenance contract after our experience today. After my experience today, I would highly recommend this company. Hope the HVAC technician is as thorough and conscientious as Troy.

Donald’s expertise in identifying the AC issue was impressive. He even took the time to explain to me what the problem was and what was necessary to correct it which he was able to do the same day. Beyond that he spent the time to ensure the cooling was up to par before departing verifying the vent cooling temperatures were consistent. On top of it all Donald called back within a couple of hours to check that things were working correctly and he planned to contact us again the next day to ensure we were satisfied. Cool Today is great with great technicians like Donald.

I called this company about 6 pm last night, my ac decided to have an issue, so the tech arrived at 9 pm, first he asked all kind of questions that really had nothing to do with the ac issue and then he proceeded to do a sales pitch for 189.00 agreement for the year, I politely told him I just want my ac fixed, so he did a few things on the outside unit, flushed out the ac line, came in and did something to the thermostat, then went to the inside unit and tested a few wires, and then told me the inside motor was bad, 600.00 or so to fix it, paid my 17.00 service call and sent him on his way. Today I called a company that came out replaced the thermostat and a safety switch and now my ac in running perfect, motor was fine!!

I Easily scheduled my annual AC service visit on the company’s website and had a wide variety of dates and times to choose from. Wes Young performed the maintenance on the unit professionally and answered all of my questions. Wes was very pleasant and is a good representative of the company. I never felt rushed, he took his time answering my questions. He even called in advance to ask if it was all right if he arrived a bit early. I bought the AC unit from Cool Today a couple of years ago, on the referral of a friend, and have been very pleased with the companys performance from the beginning. It’s a quality unit and my home has never been more comfortable. I’m very satisfied with the service.

You guys need to relax on the charges, I immediately told the technician what was wrong with the ac right after arriving because it only needed a new ac capacitor replacement. Tried to charge me $400+ to replace one capacitor and 10+ minutes of work. Lesson learned, could have saved hundreds just by waiting 2 days for a $10 capacitor. I will not be using your services again. Guess I paid for the knowledge more than anything.

We bought are home four years ago. And The A/C unit was nine years old. Cool today came out and service the unit for us at A really good cost and have helped us keep are home nice and cool for the summer and believe me weve had are share problems with this unit from not working and flooding are home but they always came out to fix the issues no matter what and they warned us. Our AC was not cooling and I didnt know who to call. I was listening to the radio on my way to work when an ad came on and it was for Cool Today. I called and they sent someone out to the house. Matt was great! He looked at it, he had me look at what he was talking about so I was an informed consumer. I wasnt happy with that he said because the unit was only 5 years old. however, I had worked in the AC business for 4 years I understood the lingo. He was willing to repair it but suggested that we replace the unit, builder grade, not great quality.We decided to go ahead and put in a new unit. Rick came to see what we needed. Im telling you what, both were not high pressured sales people. Rick gave us the scoop on what they had and my husband understood exactly what he was talking about. in the end we did a bandage on the AC until we get our new one. I would recommend Cool Today to my enemy thats how great they are.

Everything was good. Accept for the personal hygiene of one of the technicians. He was humming.(Sorry had to say it.)He must have skipped a shower the night before and the morning after. I also had to ask them to put on their masks.

Came home from work to a hot, humid house. Brand new unit installed this March. Called Cool Today. They were quick to get a repairman out after hours to remedy the situation. The gentleman was clean, respectful, skilled, and listened attentively to what I told him. He corrected the problem and within a half hour the house was cooling down. He also took time and patience tutoring this old lady in use of Ecobee thermostat. I am very appreciative on both counts.

We had a clogged up sewer line on a Sunday with a house full of guests and Jay was here pretty darn fast. He got us repaired and everything cleaned up nicely. He was very friendly, professional, and efficient. We were very happy with the Cool Today service.

They were professional. Tech was straight forward. Only issue I had was that I was quoted $99 for a drain snake. When tech arrived he stated that was only if I had outside access. Since he had to snake it from the roof it went from $99 to $320 even though it only took him 15 minutes in total for the entire job. It cost me $220 extra dollars for him to climb a ladder. That was a little frustrating but they completed the job and fixed the issue. Just wish that would have been explained on the phone first as I would have looked at other options before deciding.

We purchased a new Carrier AC system and it was installed 12/20. They sent a repair service out to fix the damage the installers did to the trim and we were happy with their cooperation. We are happy with the system, very quiet. With the purchase comes 2 free service visits for the first year. The first one was 6/21 and the according to the serviceman everything was running OK. Two weeks later we felt wet carpet on both sides of the inside AC unit and lifted the carpet to find it soaking wet. The pan beneath the unit was full of water. We called Cool Today and told them the problem and that we needed someone today and they said someone would get to our home between 6-11pm. They showed up at 6 and for the next 3 hours fixed the problem. The glue had failed on one joint during the install causing one leak into the pan. The other leak was the drain line was clogged and backing up leaking outside the pan out of the closet area to under the carpet causing the carpet to get wet. The serviceman who serviced the unit 2 weeks prior wrote on his report that the drain was serviced and was clear, so clearly it wasnt. He didnt service the drain line because after just 2 weeks it would not have become clogged so he didnt do his job. I asked the last repairman to have the maint. supervisor call me and its been 3 days and no contact. I am happy with the unit not so much with their service and after the next free service I will probably have another company do the biannual service of my new unit. Maybe Cool Today is to to big and dont hire quality people to do the work.

The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because the repair person was 3 hours late. Called in morning and let them know it was critical that the repairs were done quickly because a frail 104 1/2 year old lady is unable to take the heat. The repair person was very nice and said he did not know why they did not get someone here sooner as the repair was marked medical urgent.

I had a new toilet installed.My technician, Roman, was professional, knowledgeable, & a pleasure to deal with.The job was completed efficiently.I highly recommend this company.

I had several outlets and light switches replaced. The service could not have been better! Zachary was polite efficient and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Excellent service. Found the problem and fixed it right away. Didn’t overcharge me for unnecessary parts. Just did the job and gave me a fair price for the services completed. Troy Hess was a great technician and would highly recommend his services. Great company.

Waited all day. Nothing. This on top of having to speak with the worst customer service person in their office. Oh and they’ll tell you they offer a great warranty but then they make excuses like “oh we don’t cover the drain line to that new system we just installed and the maint program you pay for doesn’t cover those things”. And that great warranty is useless unless you have the system tuned up once a year. Brand spanking new system needs to be tuned up? Had one for 15 years before that wasn’t tuned up for over 10 years and ran its course fine. My advice…call someone else.

I came home at midnight to find that my AC wasn’t working and it was 80° inside. I called cool today and a lovely woman picked up the phone and scheduled a tech to come out the very next day. She gave me a 12-6 PM window and the tech arrived closer to 12 PM. He figured out the issue right away and gave me his suggestions. He was very friendly to my dog and very clear about what work was needed. I am very pleased with the service.

If I could give Ron and Jeremy 100 stars, I would! They were such a pleasure to deal with. Their customer service was exemplary! From their prompt text at 8:00 am to their arrival (when they promised) to their ‘over the top’ kindness and professional demeanor .... I just can’t say enough about these two stellar Professionals! For six hours, these two never stopped! Ron showed me photos of ‘before and after’ and although the photos were impressive, THESE TWO MEN WERE EVEN MORE SO. Cool Today has two OUTSTANDING employees in Ron and Jeremy! Need duct cleaning? Ask for these two! Duct cleaning isn’t something that you would think would make your day ... but dealing with these two was such a pleasure!No wonder Cool Today has such impressive ratings! .... Mr. Sanchez was absolutely great! He was honest and told me the system was old and he would not be able to find parts for it . It uses Freon, which really shouldnt be used anymore. Found the heat portion was not firing, and there were some safty issues. Inquired about my electric bill which has been over $300.00. even set at 78 degrees. He said that was because my unit is working way too hard -I shouldnt be paying over 100-150. That it really needed replacing. He would cancel the visit and fee and advised me to call my home warranty about getting it evaluated for replacement. He drove over an hour to get to my home, spent about 40 min teaching me about the HVAC system and unlike the previous tech from another company, said it was NOT my fault, it was not due to my filters, it was due to an old and failing system. I did not have to pay for the visit because he could not fix it. I am very happy with him and his company

Received a text to confirm date and time of home visit. when no one arrived twenty minutes after the agreed time and date, i called Crystal. her response was the company was confused and service rep would be another forty-five minutes away. that is the time it takes from their address to mine. no call no show and confused is not a reliable business plan for me.

Roman installed two new Gerber soft close comfort toilets in our home. He was quick, efficient and left both bathrooms in immaculate condition when he was finished.

When they say today, they mean TODAY! It was very easy to request an estimate online but more impressive was how quickly they were at my home to prepare an estimate. I made my request at midnight and at 8am Daniel was here ready to prepare an estimate. By 10:30 work had begun and was completed the same day. Daniel, Miroslav and Kevin were exceptional and efficient. No doubt that I will be using your services again soon especially with the TotalCare Today plan I purchased which, because of the 20% discount, entirely paid for itself already. Great Job!

Eric was awesome. He was very nice, showed up early, did great work and never pressured me to do anything as far as repairs. Gave me as much info as possible. Showed me how to replace the filter since I’m a new homeowner, told me what filter to get, and how often to change it out. He was excellent.

They were awesome. Our AC went out on Father’s Day, and it was around 80 degrees in our house. I called around 4:00 pm to see if there was any chance that they could get here the same day. Not only did they send someone out, but they arrived by about 5:15 or so. Leo, our technician, was very up front about costs and fixed our AC problem quickly with no issues. We will definitely be using them from now on!
