Class and style live here. I called ahead to see if the item I wanted was available in the store. The person who assisted me on the phone was extremely courteous. When I got to the store, I was pleasantly greeted by the security staff. A well-dressed young man assisted me, and made pleasant small talk with me and my daughter. This is not my regular fare, but I wanted to treat myself, and the staff were very accommodating. I hope to return for another special occasion. I highly recommend this location.

We love Tiffanys jewelry and especially this store and specifically our sales associate Mary Bowman. From the classic Tiffanys designs to unique new creations we always find something that sparks our interest. Customer service is the best.

I absolutely love the quality of the jewelry from Tiffany & Co. What makes the experience even better is their service and their knowledge/history of their pieces. You are (at least I was) never pressured to purchase anything.I had the pleasure to have Mary Bowman assist me. Right when I was about to leave the store empty handed, Mary educated me on the designer of the last piece I had an eye on. Ive been a customer at a couple Tiffanys locations on the west coast, and while all staff have been helpful and courteous, the Santa Monica store is where I bought my wifes engagement ring. My wife was actually with me the day I made the purchase, but the staff made the sale discreetly and had it sent overnight via a courier service. Needless to say, this was a huge assist and Im very grateful.

Not what they used to be. Came in for jewelry cleaning & was made to feel I was a bother. Not going back.

Went to fix an earring back that was not functioning after barely using it, and they offered to replace it for $200.

I mean its Tiffanys. Sadly they didnt have any breakfast though... Definitely kidding

Service e is always first class. The gentleman was quick to notice the Tiffany I was wearing, very observant! Gave some good recommendations to the next few pieces to purchase.

Im always worried about walking into high end stores out of fear of being treated poorly on the basis of my assumed ethnicity and class. However, I was welcomed kindly when I walked inside and was attended to promptly. I wish I had asked the sales associate for his name, but he was very kind.

Not sure why quality of their products are falling so low. I purchased a titanium ring for my wife, a yr later it started to fade, went to the store and they said there is nothing to do, not even repair.

Nice place to visit. The customer service was very helpful. They have a large selection of rings, and let you try on as many as you like.

We love the staff especially Mary but were very disappointed in the manager Crystal. My wife turned in a platinum diamond engagement ring as it had list its shape. After never having an issue previously with tiffany standing by its quality, we received a bill for $240 for repair. After multiple emails and phone calls, we received no reply for 6 weeks. Even after looking us up on their database, it was clear that Crystal had no idea what the issue was and knew only that corporate had sent a bill for a repair on a platinum ring which she would be collecting or the ring would not be fixed. Platinum should hold its shape, especially at that price. Tiffany managers should make an effort to know their clients or at least care to get to know them. If this is a tiffany Corporate culture change, that is disappointing. If it just one manager bad at her job, I would definitely look for another store. When you make purchases at the same price point as an automobile, you would think it could last a few years.

The employees were super friendly and dont push you to buy things you dont want. Although the super high prices, they have really nice jewelry which i personally cant stop purchasing.
