I had the pleasure of shopping at the Michael Kors store (#565) in Santa Monica on Sunday March 10th. It was an absolute delight. It all started when i saw a post on Facebook the night before. Angela Louis ( Sales Associate @ MK) was wearing a Green Belt bag (as a cross body no less) and i fell in love immediately. I commented and acquired about the bag on the post and she immediately responded and gave me the information to the store! I was there 18 hours later purchasing the bag and a lovely pair of shoes.Angela was one of the most attentive sales persons i have ever encountered and treated me absolutely lovely. SO if youre ever at the store please ask for Angela!! You will never forget or regret the experience.Now with all positives, sometimes comes a negative. It in no way affected my experience. It in fact made me appreciate Angela more. There was an associate who may have possibly been a manager ( I believe his name is Robin). When my brother and i entered he didnt acknowledge our presence. Thats fine right??? Well, even when i stood next to him i went to say hello and he completely turned his back around. I said its early, i get it. When i walked toward him face to face he still didnt acknowledge my presence when i went to say hello. Just an awkward moment! PLEASE DONT LET THIS DETOUR YOUR VISIT TO THE STORE. This is just my momentary experience which didnt dull or effect me wanting to go back.I will be going back and i suggest if you want an amazing experience at Michael Kors i would suggest making your way to Santa Monica to See Angela Louis!!!! You wont regret it!!!

Purchased a handbag in August. It lasted 10 days before the strap broke. Is is now November and I can not have the bag fixed....replaced...or my money back. I have spent 3 hours and 5 phone calls. I have driven to 4 different Michael Kors locations In the Los Angels and San bernadino area for help. The Michael Kors mission statement says great service. I have not seen it yet.

Sally and Brandon were amazing! They had no pressure sales. They were extremely friendly. Top-notch customer service. Got an amazing combination of a purse and wallet while having lots of fun doing do. Definitely recommend this location!!!

I had the best shopping experience / customer service with Wendy at this particular Santa Monica location. I wasn’t sure if I was going to find a black bag for my sister, one that I’d like... Wendy was open, friendly, but what sold me - she was super knowledgeable about all the different leathers/materials, and bags. She was so patient, and I could tell, she was happy to help me (...which I feel has become a commodity in L.A.!). She must have showed me 10+ bags!! I was so surprised to have such a nice experience ... I certainly didn’t expect it! Wendy displayed sophistication, class... and not cheesy salesmanship. How nice for the brand Michael Kors to have found someone like her! I will be back for more shopping for sure, and I will make certain Wendy is working on that day, so she can help me ☺️🤩

She knows the latest and best merchandise and is always friendly, happy, enthusiastic, and willing to do whatever it takes to make me happy. I wouldnt say Im a huge fan of the brand but still was a little curious to try shoes and dresses.Gladly I met Angela and she was very professional and friendly. She made me feel super comfortable even though I have more a grungey look(as I mentioned not a fan of the brand) but thought maybe I can add something new to my wardrobe.I ended up not buying anything :( but! Ill definitely come back to check their new collections.

I came in a hurry looking for a last minute birthday gift for my mom and luckily Wendy was there to save the day!! Mentioned to Wendy I was in a rush and gave Wendy a vague description of what my mom was into and liked. In almost no time Wendy was throwing bags at me that looked excellent and fit my mom! Wendy helped narrow it down to the perfect bag and I was out in minutes! Wendy was very friendly and understood the situation. My mom was so happy when she opened the gift she almost fell over!!

Ive been into this particular Michael Kors store several times since February and it really has blown me away every time! They have beautiful displays, they treat their customers with excellent customer service, and are always going above and beyond for me. In particular, their Store Manger- Wendy is so helpful, kind, and caring. If you ever go into the store, ask for Wendy- you wont be disappointed with her incredible customer service! This store is ran so smoothly and they have beautiful product! I can not say enough good things about my experiences in the store or with the Store Manger. If you need a dress, purse, perfume, or watch- this is the Michael Kors to go to!

I recently had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Wendy. She called me about an order I had made online. She went so far above and beyond to not only fulfill my order, but as well as to be the most knowledgeable and kind hearted employee of MK I have ever encountered. I contacted the store via phone from Australia and spoke to Deidre. She was amazing to talk too and went out of her way to assist me. She even went after work and dropped off a bag for me to a hotel where my friends were staying. Have never received such good customer service. Once again I thank you for your time and assistance. I dont know what has happened to this place. Nobody greeted me. The manager Angela and man with her was rude and disrespectful. I have never had this type of service here before. They would not take my return and sent me over to century whos store manager not only took my return, but offered me champagne, and I ended up shopping with.
