Diani does not disappoint!! We were in SB for the weekend for a friends wedding, and had some time to kill. I found this boutique online, so we stopped by to check it out. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but this is by far THE NICEST women’s shop in all of Santa Barbara. And the home store was great as well. Both stores were wonderfully curated. And the attendants could not have been nicer, so welcoming (even though we didn’t buy anything). Definitely check this place out.

I went here to buy shoes for a trip and was exited - the saleswoman ignored me and acted like I was an inconvenience for even being there in the first place. I felt really uncomfortable, I’m African American and she greeted the two white girls who walked in after. She was rude - I had to find her to ask for another pair and I asked for recommendations of similar shoes and she was just like “no - we don’t have any more Black shoes”

Went to SB recently on vacation, and stopped into Dianis. I was in there for a solid 15 minutes, and not once did the sales girl ever even acknowledge me. I wanted to try a few things on, but she was too involved in the two other women in there to even notice. The vibe is SNOBBY. Walked out, leaving everything behind, unnoticed. The girl at the Diani home store is just as snobby. Ill spend my money elsewhere thankyouverymuch.

Havent been able to visit the shop yet, but Ive ordered a few times online. The experiences have been great. Everything comes securely wrapped and with a lovely hand-written note from the owner! They strive to be unique, and they really are. Ive discovered brands Ive never seen elsewhere, and I treasure every purchase -- a glass or ceramic or scarf -- because they truly are special. I started reading the owners blog, and I love that she actually uses everything she sells, has innovative ways to use them, and her style of writing makes me feel like Im just dropping in to see a friend and see what shes up to. Keep the ideas and inspiration coming!

Great place to stop by!

I was so excited to find a coat in the perfect size and color, and the salesperson went out of her way to put the coat on hold for me, so that I could pay for it on my payday. I had come in twice to try the coat on to make the right decision. The day prior to coming to the store to pick up the coat, I was called by a different salesperson, to see if I really wanted the coat, because another customer wanted it. I had the coat put on hold behind the counter, so I assume it was removed so the other person could try it on. The next morning went as I went in to the store when they opened, I was informed that my coat had been sold online. I was informed that they could sell me the larger size coat and have it altered. I was really surprised that a local business would stoop that low to a local customer. Interesting that the website is still listing the size 2, however I was told they did not have another. Will not shop here again, though I can say my initial experience with Paige was excellent. I was really disappointed.

Sending out lots of love to DIANI Boutique in general...a great women’s shop, and Hannah in customer service specifically. I had a problem with my first purchase, but as soon as Hannah became fully aware of it she called me. She listened patiently then went to work over two days to fully resolve the situation to my satisfaction. Customer service is just as important as the product a business sells. Hannah represents DIANI well. I’m excited about my beautiful new earrings and will definitely shop DIANI Boutique again.

I had ordered few things from DIANI and my experience has been really good. They have great customer service and specifically their hand written notes add that personal touch. The customer service is on point. Also they have good and updated email content which keeps me updated with new collections. Great place to shop! 🙂

I havent had the pleasure of visiting DIANI in-person (ordered jeans online), but my communication with Hannah on their team has been unparalleled. Such amazing customer experience & super high touch. When a sale product went out of stock that I wanted, Hannah went out of her way to coordinate getting another for me with their wholesaler, and even extended the same sale price. She followed up promptly with tracking once available and when the package arrived, I found a handwritten note as well. DIANIs team gives the kind of customer care that used to be expected of a shopping experience, but that weve since forgotten. They made me feel truly appreciated & important. I will definitely be buying from them again and I look forward to visiting in-person next time Im in SB! Keep up the great work ladies xx
