The Yaasa pillow is absolutely the most comfortable pillow I’ve ever had. It manages to be firm and soft at the same time. It’s cozy but your head doesn’t sink down into it, so there’s good neck support. And it stays cool. I have no idea how they do it, but this may be the perfect pillow. I even bought one for my sister. I’ve had this pillow almost two years and it is as good as ever.

Weve had our Yaasa bed for a year and can say we love it. We ordered the two Twin mattresses to make a King and its been the best. The product arrived quickly, even during the craziness of the pandemic, and was easy to put together. We have always enjoyed sleeping with an additional topper, so we did add a gel topper to the Yaasa mattresses. I would recommend the entire experience - ordering, delivery and comfort - to anyone interested in an adjustable frame/bed.

Easy to order, quick shipping. A little heavy to carry up the stairs, but the packaging makes that a little easier. My favorite part of this mattress is the zip-top cover, easy to remove to wash. Incredibly comfortable mattress!

I had a very positive experience buying a mattress in the store. We went in while the owner was working and he was not only helpful, but patient while we asked lots of questions and then gave me and my partner space to deliberate. I can be very indecisive, especially when it comes to large purchases so the space was incredibly helpful.Im writing this review after 1 year of having our mattress. It is a great mattress and we have no regrets. Within 2 weeks of sleeping on a Yaasa, my back and neck pain went away. I didnt even realize how much of a difference having a great mattress would have on my overall health and sleep until I got the Yaasa. Not a place, rather a thing, a blanket of sorts. To wit, I like it, but I can think of a number of ways it could be better for me. Smaller wave, choice of weights without regard to size. A real quilt or blanket for a bed. Stop dealing with touch of modern, they set 27 cookies & trackers to violate my privacy. This is a real issue with me.

The mattress arrived on time, was easy to set up, and has been wonderful -- the best mattress my wife and I have had. It is firm, which we wanted. The quality is excellent.

Pros: The blanket it’s self is beautiful, mine was the color grey which is pretty, also the weight is nice.Cons: The package I received unfortunately came damaged and was poorly shipped, there for blanket was as wet due to rainy conditions . It also had a strange smell to it when opening. The weighted blanket is really expensive for that kind of experience and if you are unhappy you cannot return which really sucks.

Had the mattress and adjustable frame for over a year now, no problems at all. Firm mattress is extremely comfortable and adjustable frame is very quiet. The only downside is I wished the remote had more buttons for memory positions and/or WIFI or Bluetooth options to control bed from an app.

The infinity blanket is fantastic and is so soft to the touch. If you havent tried it or thought about purchasing one. DO IT! Its so warm and I can go to sleep basically anywhere with it! The shipping times were fantastic as well, my package arrived in 3 days. Also, Yaasa has exceptional customer service. I had an issue that was out of my control but they were so understanding and able to go up and beyond to get me taken care of. This place has takes care of their customers and I will be returning to this company in the future to purchase my standing desk! This place treats you like family!

Great adjustable beds and mattresses! We got a ‘split king’, which is two twin beds next to each other. The mattresses are super comfortable, and I love the ‘zero gravity’ position that the bed adjusts to with one push of a button on the remote control. One of the best purchases we’ve made for our home.

To be honest, I had no idea what a weighted blanket was when I purchased it. I just liked the hand-knitted design and had to try it. I got the grey one, and I have to say that this is the most amazing blanket Ive ever had. I wrap my kids in it when they are feeling anxious. I wrap myself in it when Im meditating. It is a perfect blanket to meditate in because it truly does calm your nerves. And its so darn soft and comfortable, while not being hot since its breathable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I finally ordered the split king which I had been looking at for almost a year and I’m so glad I did. It was easily assembled and set up. We got the medium firm mattresses and are sleeping better. It’s just the perfect balance of firm and cushion. The slightly elevated position has been so helpful with reflux. No more piles of pillows! Great customer service, too! So happy with my Yaasa purchase.

We recently purchased their king mattress, adjustable bed, and Infinity blanket and want to highly recommend Yaasa to anyone who is considering buying from them. Great company! Great customer service! And even better are the products: 1) This is our first adjustable bed and we love it. Its great to be able to prop it up at night when we want to read or watch Netflix in bed. It was super easy to put together and works really smooth. 2) The convenience of getting a mattress delivered in a box makes life so much easier - and its very comfortable as well! 3) And the Infinity blanket works surprisingly well - its thin but this special fabric has a unique effect on the blood circulation which makes you sleep even better. Again, highly recommend them!

Pros: Back pain gone almost instantly after sleep on this mattress with the adjustable frame. Snooze position also alleviates acid reflux symptoms. Easy to assemble. It’s also not loud and did not smell after opening as some have claimed.Cons: the wood planks had some dings on them from shipping. UBS hookups should be closer to the head of the bed. Mattress is too firm for my liking (topper will fix this).

The weighted blanket I bought was just what I needed to start sleeping better. It’s very breathable to stay cool and keeps me in a deeper sleep.

The customer service is poor. After asking for an offer they do not reply directly we do not provide this but they ask you for your details (like phone, address or company name and VAT number...) just to answer at the end and this is their reply (translated) : based on the info provided we do not provide electrical legs without the tabble top....All ok about the choice of products, but they make you loose time and energy by asking for all personal data instead of just saying that I ask for something they do not provide.Hope other departments work better

There are no returns so be aware of that. The blanket is high-quality and well-constructed. Its quite heavy. Its kind of stiff, though I think this is probably the best knitted weighted blanket you can find.

One of the WORST order fulfillment experiences Ive ever had. I guess it was a fitting way to end 2020.I was told my order shiped on Dec 10th, then the 30th. Its Jan 9th and the label status hasnt changed. I get stuff from China via AliExpress faster than this.The YAASA website shows the product is now Sold Out. I assume it didnt reflect the accurate product inventory when I purchased it and it was likely on backorder from the manufacturer in China.

We ordered a great weighted blanket from Yaasa a few months ago and its holding up well with daily use. Highly recommend this brand for long term, quality products.

Love this blanket, it indeed is cooler medium during these hot months and I’m grateful. I am waiting and hoping for the stiffness to fall out at some point it doesn’t drape my body like I’d like and I like that feeling. The lack of draping also compromising the weighted feeling.

I am pleased with every aspect of my Yaasa adjustable bed and mattress with the exception of the sound level when the bed is in motion. It is not quiet. My roommate can hear it in the adjoining bedroom. Therefore, only 4 stars.

I purchased Yaasas adjustable bed. Shipping was free and super fast. Oh, and they give a free mattress with your bed, and the mattress is fantastic. Got the bed within five business days. Assembly out of the box took about 20 minutes. These beds are amazing. Wireless remote control makes it easy to adjust positions, and theres a one-touch flat preset that flattens the bed. Ive got two of the beds now, one for me, and one for my twelve year-old. My eight-year old wants one now, and I have no choice but to buy him one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YAASA PRODUCTS.

Unfortunately, I disliked their weighted blanket very much. The material is quite stiff and it is not as soft as the reviewers claim(and coincidentally... you only see high reviews). This has nothing to do with the weight of the blanket. The material this blanket is made of does not flex well. It’s difficult to fold to put away. Note that you CANNOT return this item if you are unhappy with it so please consider that because the price tag on this item is high. I know there are other companies who make weighted blankets with this yarn knit look but cost a little bit more. I wish I shelled out the money for the sheltered and co. weighted blanket I’ve seen and touched. The sheltered and co blanket is much more flexible and soft. I was trying to save a hundred bucks by getting the YAASA blanket but it turned out not to be worth it. Also, customer service is horrible. I’ve reached out via social media and email and barely received a response that the item is non-refundable, which I think should be very clearly stated when purchasing the item. Instead, I’ve only seen it in the FAQs!!!! They just want to sell it and never see it again. I’d stay away. There are other companies that make way better blankets with customer service who respect and want you as a customer.

Buyer beware!!! Awful mattress quality ! Better to sleep on the floor. They do not stand behind it ! Zero return policy even if you call them within a few days of receiving! It does NOT fit into a regular bed frame. After 3 months you can feel all the springs and the mattress has rolls in it, even when it lays Flat. I can provide pictures to anyone that would like to see them.8.1.19 update to Yaasa response: I request a refund for the bed AND the frame so yes the WHOLE system the day after it was “white glove” installed. I say “White glove” because that’s what we paid for! However we received moving guys that were nice but told us there had never installed this kind of bed! Now it’s our fault that it was installed wrong ??!! The CEO feels they are resolving this by offering US to pay more $$! Again, They DO NOT stand behind their products! You can feel the springs with in a few weeks! I now after spending over $3000 on a bed system that we can’t sleep on! I hate posting any bad reviews and tried to work with them.

I purchased a weighted blanket from Yaasa. I am a bit disappointed by the out of box experience. Plain cardboard box with the blanket in a plastic bag and a large label put there by the Chinese manufacturer. My real disappointment is with the strong chemical smell. A few days out of the box and it’s still a strong smell. Ordinarily I’d run something like this through the wash but it’s dry clean only. I sent a note to the company and a person who identified themselves as the CEO responded with a kind apology.

I originally wanted to purchase a weighted blanket and that is what led me to Yaasa. I changed my mind once I got on their site and found the Elements blanket. I could not put my finger on what it was that I enjoyed so much about it until I stayed in a hotel and did not have my travel blanket with me. I simply did not feel the warmth in the hotel bed. The odd part is that it does not only keep me warm, it seems to keep my body temperature just right and helps me relax. I honestly do not want to get out of bed because it feels so relaxing.

Very happy with the blankets and the candles. We have two of the bigger blankets and one of the smaller ones because my whole family started fighting over who got to use it. I highly recommend.

I never would have thought purchasing a bed would be so memorable. when I spoke to the Yaasa team there was a cool chemistry that was both welcomed and unexpected. I bought their adjustable bed and this thing is slick. Its made a really nice addition to my bedroom.

LOVE these pillows! I was on vacation and my friend let me use his pillow. Needless to say I went home a day later and bought two of their memory foam pillows! I had the best sleep on these things. Weeks later and im still sleeping better than I was. I would 10/10 recommend !!!

Wonderful blanket!!!I have MS and my symptoms flare if I become too cold (or hot). I bought the larger size and loved it so much I bought a second blanket to use in a different part of my home. Purchased a blanket about 4 months ago and am really enjoying the restful sleep and softness it provides. Feels high quality and appreciate how is adapts with my body temperature to be used on warm or cool nights. A larger size would be great!

We have an old school adjustable bed in our Ohio home. We wanted adjustable for our second home in New Mexico. We did our research and wanted the advanced features of the Yaasa and ease of assembly people talked about. We also wanted our shipment to arrive not before we arrived out there but soon after (so we’d have a place to sleep) The assembly was very simple. Assembling it myself, I was impressed with the quality of all the components.We love the way the beds slides as it adjusts so we can still reach a book or turn the light off on the nightstand. The USB ports are great too. (There could always be more though, we are charging two phone and a fitbit and an apple watch).The adjustment works great, the remote is slim and modern. The soft was the right mattress for us. We sleep very well!The only hiccup we had was because we didn’t know FedEx required a signature for the two boxes the bed came in. Not the mattress for some reason. We weren’t there and FedEx took the shipment back. The first night we slept on the mattress on the floor. We were much happier when the bed arrived and the whole system could be assembled.The Yaasa team’s customer service was outstanding every step of the way!

I had been looking at adjustable beds for a long time and I hadn’t found one for the price, the right settings and strong built needed until I stumble in to this one. The best part is that now I can work from my bed and watch tv in an extremely comfortable way not including the fact that with a quick press of a button I can be in my favorite sleep setting and enjoy a good night sleep. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants an adjustable bed and a great night sleep!

Yaasa makes great adjustable beds. There is nothing on the market that looks or works quite like their adjustable beds. One of the best features is that the lifting arms are contained in the rails instead of under the frame. I have cats, so this design makes me feel less concerned about one of them getting trapped underneath. Now the bad part. Our bed is creaky. It is creaky enough to be annoying. It can even wake us up at times. I believe what is happening is that the lifting arms inside of the rails are hitting metal upon metal somewhere. We hear clangs with every body shift. The bed is so good that I am still giving it four stars.

Positives and negativesFirst positives -the adjustable frame is fantastic. So well made and it arrived in two days. Can’t recommend it enough. I am adding to this post, now 5 months into having the mattress. What I wrote below is still what happened, however, now let me add that this mattress is amazing - high quality and the adjustable frame is so very very well made. Customer service has been GREAT too. For those interested in purchasing a mattress - BUY USA - get the mattress where you know where the materials originate - not from China. YAASA is high quality and worth the money and wait for us.Negatives - I ordered the high end mattress and I have now waited 6 weeks and still do not have it. Although I spent $2,000 for the high end mattress they would not provide any sleep guarantee unless I was willing to pay several hundred more. So basically when I do get it, I’m stuck with it period.Finally talking to customer service is an exercise in frustration as they must be reading off a script and just keep repeating features and benefits. My advice - Talk to customers honestly as your engagement is too scripted.Bottom line. I like that Yassa products are made in the USA so I’m giving them benefitOf the doubt and will revise my rating if the bed comes within the next month and is good. I suspect that if it is anything like the frame it will be worth waiting for.This company needs to figure out their inventory management and marketing though or they won’t last.

Incredibly comfortable mattress! After some research into bed-in-the-box mattress, my wife and I bought a tuft and needle mattress but it didnt work out for us as it was too firm. We tried a couple other mattresses at Sleep Sherpa and liked Yaasa studios the best. We ended up purchasing it and were not dissapointed. It is very comfortable and provides great edge support as well. I like the fact that unlike most mattresses in the box, it has springs which provide additional support. Highly recommend to give this a try. If you have a Sleep Sherpa location near you, you can try it out before you purchase it to see if it meets your needs.
