Skin Deep is a great little gift shop!!! I shop here all the time. They carry unique, quality items, cards that I love, jewelry, and a wonderful variety of soaps and skin products. The cashiers are always friendly, and they also provide a discount to regular customers. Its conveniently located on upper State St near the San Roque Post Office.

I love this place! Has a little something for everyone. Its my favorite place to browse and buy b day gifts for my friends and to treat myself to something special! Not another store like it in town! Treat yourself and stop in and check it out if looking for cards, jewelry, hair and bath and body products and so much more! They will even wrap your gifts for you! Who even does that any more!

This my favorite go to beauty supply store . Staff is personable and very knowledgeable about skin types , hair and much more ! Without being pushy . Adorable unique gift shop as well ! Last time I went in earlier this month they gave me a rad gift bag loaded with high quality skin care samples

Best experience ever. Both professionals were lovely, and their advise help us to decide the best option. My thorougher is 15 and she wanted a grey blue color. I was afraid the procedure would be too aggressive for her. James work has been astonishing not only protecting her hair but also performing an outstanding style. Thank you very much to both!!!

Great little boutique! They offer many hair, skin & nail products from serums and lotions to brushes and files. Also, a great card, candle, jewelry and gift selection. Plenty of parking --except on holidays and Saturday afternoons. I highly recommend you give this store a glance.

I love this beauty store! Sonia is extremely helpful, a couple months back I came in just to browse and I told her my hair was extremely damaged from dying it she recommended keys and Im so glad she did because my hair felt so good after using it. Theres a bit of everything in here, one of my favorite beauty stores in known.

MANDY IS BACK !!!! I am so happy she has returned. I love to see her smiling face....not to mention the great job she does. Her facials are so relaxing and soothing. She is magic...especially on those days when I need the pampering.

The employees here were so accommodating. I came to skindeep with what I thought was a gift card for a massage. In reality, I forgot the gift card. After a great one-hour trigger point/Swedish massage, I realized this, and at checkout the employee and her supervisor could not have been more patient/nicer. They ultimately let me go back and get the gift card.The massage itself was excellent. The masseuse thoroughly addressed my trigger points, and gave me some preventative and treatment tips afterwards. The massage was also comprehensive, and in general extremely relaxing.I highly recommend this local place to Santa Barbara residents and tourists alike.Lastly, I realize that this is a business catered mostly towards women. I myself received a gift card from my girlfriend. That said, the services (massages, haircuts, etc.) are great for men too.

Great place to find all of the top salon brands. Really love the selection of beautiful earrings. Gifts and knick knacks, in addition to the beauty supply, plus an on site salon/spa. Love shopping here!

Skin Deep is a real Santa Barbara gem. You can find beauty products here you find nowhere else in town. If you are tired of the cookie-cutter shopping experience at chain beauty stores, you will be SO refreshed by the unique and lovely items at Skin Deep. And the full-service salon is amazing. Today, my family was in the store and was told to leave because my baby found a toy he loved and was overwhelmed with excitement. Apparently that is frowned upon in this establishment. Never has my family been treated so poorly in Santa Barbara.

I have been getting my beauty products from Skin Deep for years and the customer service is exceptional!! I also highly recommend Cindy Gutierrez for a wonderful deep tissue massage. You will walk away feeling like a new person. I am a marathon runner and she has helped me heal quickly thru many injuries!!

The best place in town for a genuine spa facial! They listen to you and make good suggestions to address your skin issues. The most luxurious hour of your life or of the week! All of the estheticians are friendly and extremely professional. The Yonka or Decleor facials are pure heaven.
