THE BEST bagels and donuts in town. Locally owned and operated, this shop really delivers the best quality ingredients at reasonable prices. For bagels, I suggest ordering online ahead of time as they tend to get really packed, especially on the weekends.

Literally the only bagel I’ve found on the west coast that satisfies my cravings for a true bagel. For those who are from the East coast or have spent time there, you will understand me when I say that it is VERY HARD to find a truly good bagel that hits that perfect, almost umami-like, flavor of a correctly made boiled bagel here on the west coast. However, this lovely family run business hits the nail on the head with their amazing bagels, and they are so so so nice. Their sandwiches are incredible too, especially the veggie sandwich. Thank you for the bagels!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Decided to try ordering take out breakfast sandwiches here instead of waiting for a table at the busy restaurants nearby.Ordered a croissant sandwich with egg, cheddar and bacon, a orange cranberry bagel, with egg, cheddar and bacon, plus a cinnamon roll and glazed donut.The bakery items were fresh and very delicious. The breakfast sandwiches were made fresh and expedient in being ready to go. Both sandwiches were satisfactory in flavor only. Unfortunately the bagel and croissant were dry, and not enough butter added for moisture in the sandwich.It appeared that the bread items had been over toasted, creating the dryer taste. We added butter to the bagel and croissant when we arrived home. This improved the moisture in the sandwich, but it still was average in taste.Parking lot was crowded on Sunday when we were there mid morning. This restaurant is licated in a small shopping area on the Mesa in Santa Barbara. Between the other restaurants and the grocery store, it was very crowded. Masks are required, and social distancing. Dividers were placed between customer and cashier. Employees were friendly. Will try eating here again, just to see if this was just a busy morning rush situation with the food flavor.

Al least one person should speak English in this place. Order a bagel with egg and it came cold. We asked them to warm it up and they couldnt understand. Then they said ok. When we open the new bag a warm completely different bagel with no eggs.

Great bagels and a nice family owned bakery. We always go there when we visit. They make great sandwiches and are very helpful. As an Asian American it is also nice to see a minority run establishment which is uncommon in Santa Barbara.

I dont know WHY I keep trying this place. Consistently overpriced, bad food.These are TRASH bagels and First Street (read: Smart and Final) Cream Cheese which they BARELY put on. Spend the $5 next door at Vons for a BAG of them.

Best bagels in Santa Barbara. Made the traditional way, boiled & baked in a stone oven. Closest thing to a New York bagel on the west coast. Really! And super nice staff too. A+++

Been going here for many years. Food has always been great, menu keeps getting better. Classic breakfast with bacon is dank, same with the Thai ice tea and boba. Cheap and good portions too!

Didnt even melt the low quality cheese.... twice! I really need to stop tipping before getting my meals because that was a bad $8 croissant sammach.. two stars for the friendly cashier tho

Okay bagels, awful service, and the worst Thai tea Ive had in my life. The donuts taste like they come from the Albertsons next door, the staff is extremely rude, and it kinda smelled like burnt plastic inside. Avoid this place.

The best donut holes Ive ever had. They dont make them on site and the staff didnt speak great English so I couldnt find out where they come from, but they are awesome. Like little pillows of glazed donuty goodness. They also have the biggest croissants Ive ever seen. The street view picture isnt accurate. Its too the right of the grocery store and left of Starbucks.

Ive been coming here for years and the bakery items, the service, and the people who own and work here are all great.

Super slow never ready or open at 6am. Way too expensive $9 for a half dozen. Sometime u stand at the register for 10min before they help u I came here before work they took 30min to help me it was over $9 for a half dozen doughnuts and I was late to work.

I order a turkey bagel Sandwhich with no tomato or onion and they put one slice of Turky on my Sandwhich that I paid 750 for. I went back up to the counter and politely asked if I can please have at least one more piece of Turky and Said you guys only put one slice on my Sandwhich and you put onions and tomato. They took it off and literally put one more slice of Turky. I said thank you and continued to eat (not very happy) but ok. Then my boyfriend went to the counter and nicely asked how come the photos on the menu show a good amount of meet and you guys only put one slice? Then all of a sudden hell broke loose and some girl comes out of nowhere (Im guessing the owner) and just starts rudely yelling at my boyfriend I gett out of my chair fearing for my boyfriend and all of a sudden like 3 more come out of the back and the lady is just yelling at my boyfriend calling him a liar and if he doesnt like it then he can just leave!! I burge in a say look lady we are you customers who paid a good amount of money and he just asked you a question so please stop yelling. She said Iv never had a customer complain in fifteen years then yelled at us and pointed to the door and said leave now!! I will never go back that was by far the most ridiculous incident I have ever encountered in my life!! Horrible service horrible sandwiches and a huge ripoff!
